I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the experience even better. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I really appreciated the complimentary water and the overall attention to guest comfort. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Friendly staff, nice pool. Breakfast was passable but nothing special. Biggest complaint - despite all rooms being non smoking, my room absolutely STANK of stale cigarettes. They offered me a can of air freshener spray which covered up the issue for all of 10 minutes. By the time I checked out all my clothes had picked up the smell of stale smoke and made everything in my suitcase smell too.

The hotel is an excellent hotel, some of the staff is not educated yet, special in the lobby bar - coffe bar - i ask for check Bill, after 20 min. I asked why it was more interesting to small talk in doing the Bill,  Guide your staff The words; If you have 3 excellent staff and get one bad. How many excellent do you have and how many bad? Correct answer is 4 bad Justice by yourself

It is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment. Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city. The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

El precio, la amabilidad y el servicio fueron satisfactorios. Planeo reservar aquí nuevamente en mi próxima visita. Ubicación: a 20 minutos a pie de Junction City, el mercado de Bojok y la oficina de cambio de divisas.

Would stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Also room key needed to be updated. Like old style bulk key chain back in the 80's . Great breakfast buffet and enjoy it. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, very pleased with stay.

Todo el equipo es nuevo y actualizado y casi no se ha utilizado. Durante mi estancia, casi un huésped lo utiliza cómodamente cada día. Sin embargo, no se olvide que hay muchos parámetros de energía, y los corredores se detuvieron de repente debido a la detención.

Cada vez que vaya a Tailandia, vive su hotel! ¡Principalmente cerca del hospital y a dos minutos a pie, hay 711 supermercados fuera del hotel, farmacias y restaurantes muy convenientes!

We were very happy with the hotel. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, buffet breakfast was good, room service is good. They have a large gym, beautiful pool and the spa is also a great treat. The hotel is located at a good spot with many restaurants and shops around. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful.
