Great location in the city, surrounded by many good food spots and public transportation. Modern hotel, beautiful interiors and experience. Very welcoming front desk setting and dining area. Super clean and beautiful place. Helpful and professional front desk team. Great view of the city from our rooms, rooftop pool/sauna/onsen. Spacious rooms with huge windows for unobstructed views. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was mixed — there are some nice touches, but also noticeable shortcomings. **Room:** The room was spacious but clearly outdated; furniture and interior look worn. The ventilation works, yet it still feels quite stuffy inside. It would be great if the hotel improved air-conditioning or installed mosquito screens: the sea view is beautiful, but opening the window isn’t an option because of too many insects. **Facilities & Service:** The only real extras are massage service and a shared onsen. There’s no gym, pool, or other activities — the hotel is designed for quiet relaxation. A shuttle service is available, which is convenient, but if you miss it, getting to the hotel on your own can be quite difficult. During this stay the hotel was quite busy, and it often took a long time to catch the elevator to our floor. **Dining:** Breakfast and dinner can be pre-booked; the food was tasty and varied. The bar offers a pleasant atmosphere with a decent drink selection, and in the evening the lobby lounge opens with alcoholic drinks and light snacks — a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. **Location:** The property faces Beppu Bay, yet the seaside feeling is limited — there are few walking areas nearby, and due to insects it’s hard to enjoy the open air. **Overall:** A good option for a calm, onsen-style getaway with decent food and polite staff, but when the hotel is crowded, the lack of facilities and outdated rooms become more noticeable. With some modernization and better infrastructure, this could be an excellent resort.

Este es un gran hotel de 4 estrellas. El restaurante del primer piso ofrece una variedad de cocina local de Oita para el desayuno, y en el piso 14 hay cocina japonesa Camellia Teppanyaki y Fukino para la cena. Probé ambas cocinas en dos noches. Muy satisfecho, gracias por la hospitalidad 🙏

First of all, I would like to extend special thanks to the hotel for their cooperation, and especially to Mr. Ninomiya from the hotel for his tremendous assistance, which made my partner and I experience a truly romantic and unforgettable time. The hotel staff spoke good English and were very friendly. The environment was tranquil and clean, the hot springs were excellent, and the view from the room I booked was absolutely superb. If I have the chance to visit Beppu for a vacation again in the future, I will definitely return and will also recommend it to my friends.

Общие зоны душевых и туалетов чистые, шампунь и гель для тела в свободном доступе. Осталась в полном восторге от раковин, где сразу и мыло, и вода, и сушка. За дополнительную плату можно воспользоваться здешней прачечной (постирать и высушить белье). Из минусов: - Этажом выше находится караоке, и да, его слышно. - Есть разделение на мужскую и женскую половины, но стоит понимать, что сотрудники по этому признаку не делятся, по крайней мере, пару раз видела мужчину, который возился с корзинами. - Ячейки для багажа явно не предназначены для чемоданов.

El mejor día para el viaje de 9 estados, Trip.com enviará un mensaje de confirmación de entrada y podrá reservar el coche para la estación JR Tianjin. La habitación no es pequeña, hay un pequeño ataúd. La cena está en la habitación, el desayuno está en el restaurante, los platos son muy ricos. Hay cinco sopas privadas, una cita en la recepción, 45 minutos, y una cita no se limita. 최근 한국인 리뷰가 많이 없어서 걱정이 많았어요. 처음 가는 일본여행이기도 하고, 벳푸는 꼭 가고 싶은데 어떤 숙소에서 지내야 할지 고민이 많았거든요. 위치는 보지도 않고 내부 사진만 보고 예약하게 된 숙소인데, 예약하고 보니 번화가와는 좀 떨어진 곳에 위치해 있어요! 하지만 벳푸에 가는 목적은 온천이었기에 숙소에서 도보거리고 온천을 이용할 수 있다는 것에 큰 메리트를 느꼈습니다. 숙소는 정말 깨끗하고, 아늑하고 근데 또 넓고 쾌적하고! 침대도 엄청 엄청 푹신해서 한번도 깨지 않고 아침까지 잘 잤어요! 또한 숙소가 언덕에 있어서 힘들다고 하는데, 어차피 여행은 도보의 연속이므로 오히려 일본에 시골 풍경도 느낄 수 있고 너무 좋았습니다!♥ 그리고 친절히 안내해 주신 호스트님 덕분에 정말 기분 좋았어요! 후쿠오카 여행을 간다면 꼭 벳푸를 한번더 갈 것이고, 다시 이 숙소를 방문할 의사가 있습니다! 행복한 추억을 선물해 주셔서 너무 너무 감사합니다 :-)
