I just returned from an unforgettable stay at Amanek Beppu Yula Re and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese hospitality. This is hands-down one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced for a romantic getaway. The onsen is absolutely amazing. The natural hot springs are incredibly soothing, with beautiful bathing areas that offer both indoor and outdoor options and a great view from the window. I spent hours relaxing in the mineral-rich waters, feeling completely rejuvenated. Paired with the stunning infinity pool, which overlooks the city and mountains, it created some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever enjoyed. Watching the night view from the pool and the hot tub was pure magic. There’s also a bar besides the pool The location is unbeatable. Everything is walkable — restaurants, shops, attractions, and scenic spots are all right at your doorstep. We were also just a short stroll from the bus and train stations, making day trips effortless. No need for complicated transfers, which made exploring Beppu feel seamless and stress-free. The free welcome drinks were a lovely touch — beautifully presented and the perfect way to unwind after traveling. The common areas are super inviting and stylish, making them an ideal spot to hang out in the evenings. We loved curling up with a book or just chatting while taking in the ambiance. This hotel is genuinely romantic — perfect for couples looking for intimate dates, whether it’s a quiet evening by the pool, a stroll through the neighborhood, or simply enjoying each other’s company in such a serene setting. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Amanek Beppu Yula Re has raised the bar for what a memorable stay should be. If you’re visiting Beppu, especially for a romantic escape, do yourself a favor and book here. We’re already planning our return trip! Highly, highly recommended — 5/5 stars, and worth every penny.

La experiencia de estadía fue excelente, y me gustaría especialmente elogiar a Li-Ying Wu (también conocido como Go Reii) de Taiwán. Desde el principio del proceso de entrada, ha demostrado su actitud profesional explicando detenidamente todas las instalaciones y servicios del hotel. Siempre llevaba un sonrisa cálido y bienvenido, que reflejaba realmente su dedicación a su trabajo y su respeto por los huéspedes. En el centro de la ciudad, Li-Ying se ha mostrado muy entusiasta con su familia, y ha sido un buen amigo de la familia.

Grandvrio Hotel Beppuwan Wakura is an excellent choice with a superb location. We especially enjoyed the free foot spa, the onsen with its great ocean view and well-provided amenities, as well as the complimentary drinks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four, and the ocean view made the stay even more enjoyable.

Very satisfied with our stay. Room is abit small as the room was constructed out of a container but they still managed to pack everything nicely into the room. Location may not be ideal for travellers relying on public transport but no issue if you’re driving as there are parking lots available for hotel guests in front of the hotel. Love the amenities provided (full range of Pola products and Refa hair dryer!) They even provide a Balmuda kettle. As hotel is located within a park, there is no security fencing. There is a main gate where hotel guests need to scan their card to enter hotel premise but public can easily walk over the slightly raised flower bed to enter the hotel premise even without the need to enter via the main gate. Such setup is only possible in Japan where security is not a major issue and known for being a safe country but we’ll be concerned if this is in another country. There is also no shelter from hotel rooms to the parking area so managing luggage during rainy days will be challenging. But overall we love our stay at this hotel.

超出我意料之外非常之好的一間溫泉酒店！ 首先這裏每間房都有自己的私人風呂，私隱十足，隨時隨地可以浸溫泉！ 酒店內環境優美！ 影相出片！ 碰巧遇到雪景，簡直就係錦上添花！ 另外，房間設備齊全，而且10分乾淨！ 另外冬天去的我們是周圍都有暖爐，廁所都有，非常窩心！ 我們是一泊兩食，食物好好食 ！ 食物非常有特色，感覺到餐廳的用心！ 非常滿意！ 職員態度10分好，有善親和，令我有一種賓至如歸的感覺。 交通方面，我們原本打算開車過來，但是因為天氣問題取消了租車。 我們坐火車到 yufu eki，提前與酒店預約shuttle，10 分鐘左右就到達了酒店！ 總括嚟講係一間非常之推薦的珍寶酒店！ 之後會再返嚟！

Very nice ryokan, need to book earlier to secure the rooms there is only 8 rooms available. Recommend to go there early(day light available) as we got lost by re-routed 2 times. The signs not so obvious. The food and the onsen 10/10. Will stay there again.

Ubicado en el tercer piso de la Torre Beppu, a unos 10-15 minutos a pie de la estación Beppu, es muy fácil de encontrar. Hay farmacias, restaurantes de comida rápida y tiendas de conveniencia cerca, así que no tendrás que preocuparte por la comida, las bebidas o el entretenimiento. Es un hotel cápsula relativamente nuevo. Hay una zona separada para mujeres; el nivel de ruido depende mucho de los demás huéspedes, es bastante impredecible. Los baños y las duchas están fuera de la zona de descanso. Cada persona tiene una taquilla privada y se proporcionan toallas y zapatillas.

El hotel está cerca de la estación y fácil de llegar. El personal es útil y agradable. Disfrute de té y snack bienvenido. La primavera caliente del público es bastante grande. La comida es general y el sabor está bien. Hay un pequeño parque en el hotel, puede ver la famosa montaña.

Este es un gran hotel de 4 estrellas. El restaurante del primer piso ofrece una variedad de cocina local de Oita para el desayuno, y en el piso 14 hay cocina japonesa Camellia Teppanyaki y Fukino para la cena. Probé ambas cocinas en dos noches. Muy satisfecho, gracias por la hospitalidad 🙏

This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. ANA intercontinental Beppu maintains its quality standard. The room is clean and comfortable with good view. The restaurants offer the delicious food. The outdoor onsen facility provides the beautiful ocean view. In the meanwhile, their SPA is nearly the best treatment which we have experienced. This hotel is highly recommended for the stay when you visit Beppu.
