¡Aquí está mi opinión sincera! El estudio es realmente bonito y limpio. Por el precio, vale muchísimo la pena, especialmente en la zona de Damansara, donde la mayoría de los alojamientos cuestan desde RM160 y aun así no ofrecen mucho o no están tan limpios. El apartamento incluye secador de pelo, plancha, mininevera, microondas y cubertería completa. No tiene cocina ni fogones, pero es suficiente para comidas sencillas. El aire acondicionado es frío, hay Netflix disponible (solo inicia sesión con tu cuenta) y la piscina tiene una vista preciosa 🥰 ¡sin duda un extra! Desventajas: El desagüe del inodoro tenía un ligero olor y la presión del agua era un poco baja (quizás estoy acostumbrado a agua más fuerte en casa, jeje😅). El ascensor también era un poco lento; tuve que esperar entre 10 y 15 minutos. Pero, sinceramente, no es un gran problema. Aun así, vale la pena si buscas una estancia limpia y cómoda con un presupuesto ajustado👍🏻

Al registrarme, me informaron que la habitación estaba ocupada porque el hotel tenía overbooking. Tras un alboroto, me ofrecieron un estudio. Cuando volví a reclamar la diferencia en la tarifa de la reserva, accedieron a compensarme. Ahora, incluso después de una semana, no ha pasado nada hasta que tengo que contactar con Trip.com por mi cuenta. Esta no es mi primera experiencia desagradable con Trip.com. Solicito sinceramente que investiguen la situación de los huéspedes que ya han confirmado sus reservas, pero que les nieguen alojamiento sin siquiera informarles con antelación es una gran frustración.

booked a 2 bedroom apartment at unit P-16-13, location in PJ was ok but the roads are too confusing even for Waze to navigate. like that it is next to Empire City Mall but the mall is not fully functioning yet. apartment is clean and furnished, but only 1 bedroom has windows, second bedroom is small, windowless and can be claustrophobic for long stay. toilet is a shared space between two bedroom units, doors are tricky to manage, desperately needs better lighting (toilet light too dim) and a shower curtain to keep the wet/dry area separate, the entire toilet floor gets wet no matter how careful a person showers. rooms are pretty space tight, can be better equipped with more socket outlets, suggest to install beside table lamps which is more ionvenient for users without the need to turn on entire bedroom light which can be very disturbing. kitchen is well equipped, living area is ok, fridge is not cold enough, housekeeping serves new towels but refuses to collect back the used ones, so we are stuck with a pile of towels over 7days stay.  only elevators to serve 25 floors, waiting for lifts can be as long as long as 5mins or more.

This is my third time staying at Mossaz in 4 months and it's gradually losing its standard. The first time everything was in the room, including toothbrushes. The second time there were no toothbrushes, no kettle, no iron, and no ironing board. This time there were no toothbrushes, no hair dryer, and no desk chair. Either the staff is becoming negligent or they are intentionally removing things from the room to charge the guest for later. My advice is to take photos upon arrival and send the photos of whatever is missing to the front desk's Whatsapp.

La habitación es de estilo apartamento. Desde el lobby, nos tomó el bugy aunque está bastante cerca, todavía está bien, no hay necesidad de caminar mientras arrastramos el equipaje. No obstante, cuando entramos en la habitación, había un fuerte olor de musty. Eso fue lo único que lo arruinó. Todo lo demás estaba bien.

A clear instructions is given for check in, and it was easy and smooth. The 2 bedroom suite come with a bathroom, a small open style kitchen and a small living room. The space is not like super spacious and the layout make it a bit squeezy. However for a group of 4, it's still ok. The room itself is clean, however the coverage for Internet (I am using my phone data only) is not very good. There is construction around/nearby the building but not much noise from the construction, just the road are very messy , and it's a hectic for us, as we are not familiar with the location. Parking per night is RM6, kind of reasonable, and there are plenty of parking lots. We didn't explore the building much not sure about the amenities/facilities, but we do passed by a mart before check in. There is a mosque nearby, and we can hear it from our room.

Even is a long times years hotel, but when you step in to hotel, you will feel very comfortable and like it. The room is big enough. Just some part in the room maybe hotel management overlook. But room door third lock spoiled,. But i choose to ignore it because i feel safe in the hotel.housekeeping need to alert because in my room toothbrush shower cap only provide one instead of 2.room slipper ourstanding but i able request blfron the staff. Check in and check out feel Smooth. Hotel got gym room, swimming pool etc. Last, car park need to pay RM4 and not free.

Staff at the front desk should go for customer service training. Don’t know how to smile and say thank you.
