El hotel está bien ubicado y a un precio asequible, lo cual fue una ventaja. Sin embargo, tuvimos varios problemas durante nuestra estancia de 3 días y 2 noches: Solo nos proporcionaron dos botellas de agua mineral para toda la estancia, lo cual nos pareció insuficiente. El suelo no estaba limpio al hacer el check-in. La pasta de dientes que nos proporcionaron estaba apenas llena al 30 % y solo se pudo usar dos o tres veces. El tiempo de espera para el ascensor fue largo y, al llegar, hacía muchísimo calor dentro y no había ventilador ni ventilación.

Finding the place was quite confusing — I accidentally entered the wrong building and got lost for a while. The parking system was also a bit inconvenient since it costs RM2 each time you go in and out, which adds up quickly. The room itself was spacious, with a nice color scheme and cozy ambiance. The toilet was clean, although sometimes I could smell cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. The shower head holder was a bit loose, so it tended to move around when showering. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but they only provided one set of complimentary drinks. When I asked for more, I was told it’s hotel policy to give only one set upon check-in — a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the internet connection was fast, and the bed was very comfortable — I slept really well. However, the floor was quite dusty; I noticed it when I walked into the bathroom and saw black marks from my footprints. When I checked in at 3:40 p.m., there was still a staff member inside the room, which felt a bit awkward. Overall, it’s a decent stay with a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi, but cleanliness and clearer directions could be improved.

Everything ok. Since my checkout is before 6.30a.m, I have no chance to joint the breakfast. I guest. Ok too. Just to inform that My spouse by mistake have drop my spec at car park situated at side of the main building. 2sy slot at far end. Pls contact me hp 0********* if happen someone found it.

My room was amazing, modern and fully-equipped to make me feel at home. The amenities were too many to mention. What a bargain! Because the complex is under development, getting taxis were a bit of a chore using the apps, but the luxury offered was well worth the minor inconvenience.

This is my third time staying at Mossaz in 4 months and it's gradually losing its standard. The first time everything was in the room, including toothbrushes. The second time there were no toothbrushes, no kettle, no iron, and no ironing board. This time there were no toothbrushes, no hair dryer, and no desk chair. Either the staff is becoming negligent or they are intentionally removing things from the room to charge the guest for later. My advice is to take photos upon arrival and send the photos of whatever is missing to the front desk's Whatsapp.

I don't feel safe to stay outside at midnight even though the pool is open for 24 hours. It is because there was a big group of Indian guys that drink alcohol and stay all night outside. They make noise all night long. Even when i check out at 630am. They are still not sleeping and continue with their noise party.

Stayed a nite for a short course & everything was all good. Food are yummy. Hospitality is great. Only thing is about the vending machine @ the lobby, hope the payment option can be done via bankcard/qr

No pensarías que pagaste barato, pero conseguiste una unidad como de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En serio, este anfitrión no gana nada. Solo quiero ganar dinero, pagar barato, pero conseguir una unidad de 5 estrellas. No exagero. Es cierto. Repito sin duda. Es difícil convencer, es difícil saberlo.

I would like to inform you that the air conditioning at the lift area is operating very slowly, and there is no air conditioning inside the lift. This situation has caused discomfort, especially during peak hours. I kindly request that the management take the necessary action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Great stay! The hotel room was clean and very spacious!, staff were friendly and helpful (terhilangkan kad akses), and the location was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
