Rooms are well decorated but my room (mountain view/third floor) was very loud. I could hear the train and the trucks at night :( they do provide earplugs but they’re just not comfortable for me. There is a pool at the hotel, but it’s great that guests can use the pool on the opposite side as well (there’s another hotel, from the same property) Location is good, but not if you want to walk around

This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves.

Onederz Kempot is a clean and welcoming guest house with a beautiful pool area that's perfect for relaxation. The food served here is quite good and adds to the overall pleasant experience. They offer entertainment options including table tennis and other games, which is a nice touch for guests looking to have some fun. Unfortunately, most of the games equipment is in need of repair and appears quite broken down. I hope the management will invest in upgrading or replacing these amenities soon, as they have great potential to enhance the guest experience. Despite this issue, the game area concept provides good entertainment value and shows the guest house's commitment to offering more than just accommodation.

La ubicación es excelente, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa y de los restaurantes. El hotel en sí era limpio y el personal estaba adorable, muy bienvenido y acomodado. El hotel está gestionado por una familia con gran atención a los detalles. Le recomendamos quedarse aquí!

Good Time Relax Resort is a peaceful place to stay if you’re looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of town. The setting right on the water and along the Green Cathedral trail is beautiful and makes it feel very calm and connected to nature. The main downside during my stay was that the pool wasn’t very clean and was starting to go a little green, which made it less inviting to use. The gym and sauna also appeared unavailable, with masking tape over the signage, which was a bit disappointing. Overall it’s a nice resort in a lovely location, especially if you’re after somewhere quiet and scenic rather than central.

The best place to stay in Kampot is this place. Nice location at the riverside with nice pool and food. 2.5 km from the city center but it’s easy to get a tuktuk through grab. If get chance so will visit agin

Positive: Good location and clean room Negative: - No elevator, big luggage or family staying from second floor onward will be challenged. - Thin wall, AC noise and other room bathroom usage will bug you. - Annoying light, bathroom light and room light are the same button. It means if you want to use bathroom at night you will need to turn on light for the whole room. - Unfriendly staff, check in counter and security aren’t friendly. Only cleaning lady’s are friends. Hopefully the hotel management will check room quality esp light and noise

We have been staying here for 5 days and everything has been amazing. The food and desserts are absolutely delicious, the nature around is beautiful, and the place is very clean. The staff are warm, friendly, and always helpful. There are fun activities like billiards and table tennis, which make the stay even more enjoyable. The people here are very kind and welcoming, you really feel at home. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. I truly appreciate everything and Rady very good person and goooooood staff I love Rady !🙏

I stayed at Montagne Residence over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend Montagne Residence for anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway.

The resort itself is super nice and peaceful. I got myself the Palm Cottage which has a huge balcony + your private patio + pier! One negative thing about this resort is that it gets very very very quiet at night that made us feeling kinda scared hahaha. (no free show btw) Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely go again, but with a big group. Haha
