We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip and the location turned out to be perfect. The shuttle bus service from the airport – Narita JR Station – Aeon Mall was super convenient and reliable. The hotel is away from the busy city crowd, but still easy to explore Narita JR Station area, where you can walk along a traditional old street and even try the famous century-old unagi restaurant. At first we thought Aeon Mall was just for dinner, but it ended up being a great place to shop – lots of tax-free shops, restaurants, Uniqlo, GU, etc. Rooms are larger than average in Japan, and the lobby area is comfortable and welcoming. Cons: The room felt quite stuffy. It uses central air conditioning, but even set to the lowest temperature, it was still warm. After feedback, the hotel kindly provided a fan, but it didn’t help much in late summer. Eventually we had to leave the door slightly open for better air circulation. Interestingly, the corridors and lobby didn’t feel hot at all. Overall, great location and shuttle service, but the room ventilation could definitely be improved. I'll choose this hotel as my last stop again on my next trip

Great Location and Comfortable Stay Hotel New Otani Makuhari was a perfect choice for attending an event at Makuhari Messe—it’s just a short walk away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall.

La habitación es muy espaciosa para los estándares japoneses. El baño y el aseo son bonitos y están limpios. Me gusta mucho la tienda de conveniencia y la panadería en la planta baja, que hacen que sea fácil conseguir bocadillos. El único aspecto negativo es el autobús lanzadera a Maihama: durante las horas punta (apertura y cierre del parque) es muy difícil subirse, tal vez el hotel debería considerar la posibilidad de poner más autobuses durante esas horas. ¡Pero el autobús en sí es muy clásico de Disney!

🌟La habitación definitivamente es lo suficientemente grande. No hay problema para abrir dos cajas grandes. El papel higiénico en la habitación es el más grueso que he encontrado en mi vida. 🌟Hay dos Lawson en el primer piso, el más grande está abierto las 24 horas del día y puede ofrecer reembolsos de impuestos, y el más pequeño solo abre hasta las 11 o 12 en punto. 🌟Hay un área donde se reproducen animaciones de Disney en el lobby. 🌟El hotel dispone de un servicio de traslado en autobús desde y hacia la estación Maihama JR y la estación Disneyland Seaside. 🌟Puedes reservar autobuses a Haneda y Chengten en la recepción.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

Very spacious room with 3 single beds, a balcony and a large toilet. Kids enjoy the hot spring baths. Frequent shuttle service in the peak hours. But when returning to the hotel from Disneyland and DisneySea, the shuttles were really packed. In summary, we enjoyed the stay at this hotel, and recommended to the budget travelers, it’s worth for the money.

La estación de salida de Xinpuan llegó directamente a un puente, la habitación era grande y no estaba en el baño, es decir, cuidado con los pasos. Hay un autobús gratuito a Disney, 20 minutos, muy conveniente. Hay tiendas al lado del hotel, no hay problema de comer y no tener que comer tiendas convenientes. No encontró lavandería. La próxima vez que vaya a Tokio Disney todavía vivirá en esta casa.

Instalaciones: Comparado con China, es bastante antiguo. Limpieza: Bastante limpio, incluso las sábanas estaban duras del lavado. Entorno: El metro está justo afuera de Disneyland Resort y hay muchos taxis justo afuera, lo que lo hace muy conveniente. Servicio: El servicio japonés siempre es bueno, sin quejas.

Nice supper noodle. Breakfast is great with varieties. Laundry is free! Coffee machine nice expresso. Nice sunset Fuji Mountain from room. Surrounding with many supermarkets.
