Excelente estancia con un servicio impecable y una ubicación conveniente. Me alojé recientemente en este hotel y quedé muy impresionado con la experiencia en general. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y bien cuidadas, creando un ambiente cómodo y relajante. Todas las instalaciones, desde el vestíbulo hasta el comedor, están impecables y bien gestionadas, lo que refleja los altos estándares del hotel. El personal es increíblemente amable, experto y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Su hospitalidad hizo que mi estancia fuera realmente agradable. Otra gran ventaja es su conveniente ubicación, a solo una estación de la estación JR y a dos estaciones del aeropuerto. El hotel también ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito cada 30 minutos, lo que facilita el transporte. En general, este hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio gracias a su limpieza, excelente servicio y accesibilidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

¡Hotel muy recomendable! El servicio de transporte facilita los desplazamientos por tierra y mar. El centro comercial Aeon Mall, muy cerca, es ideal para ir de compras y comer. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno es delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones. El hotel está limpio e higiénico. Es una excelente opción y lo recomiendo a mis amigos. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. La habitación cuádruple es muy cómoda. Hay una cafetería Kometa justo enfrente y el supermercado tiene productos estupendos para picar algo a altas horas de la noche.

Estuve muy satisfecho con el servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y a la ciudad de Narita, así como con el autobús a la estación de Tokio. Aunque es un hotel antiguo, las habitaciones estaban en excelentes condiciones y quedé muy satisfecho con las aguas termales. Usé mi cupón de desayuno para disfrutar del buffet del almuerzo, que estaba menos concurrido que el del desayuno y tenía un menú más delicioso. Además, había una farmacia a unos 10 minutos a pie, muy asequible en comparación con los centros comerciales del centro. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo si vuelvo a Tokio.

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

La ubicación es súper estratégica, frente al parque recién inaugurado, y puedes ver los fuegos artificiales nocturnos de Disney desde el hotel. Es realmente grande en comparación con los hoteles de la ciudad y el personal es muy acogedor. Hay tiendas Lawson y Disney en el hotel, que son muy convenientes para ir de compras. Es muy conveniente ir a Disneyland. Es muy rápido tomar el autobús del hotel o caminar hasta el lado opuesto y tomar el tren. Siempre puedes volver al hotel cuando estés cansado. Muy recomendable👍.

El hotel le ofrece un desayuno japonés como dos onigiri y sopa miso con pago de 300JYen. Me disfruté!! Hay un gran supermercado en el primer piso y Moss Burger también. Acceso es muy bueno!!

La habitación del hotel era espaciosa y contaba con artículos de aseo desechables. El baño estaba dividido en tres secciones. El balcón tenía una vista magnífica, ideal para unas vacaciones. El hotel ofrecía un servicio de transporte a la estación de metro. El desayuno era abundante, con varios restaurantes para elegir. El personal del hotel brindó un servicio excelente y rápido.

La higiene es buena, el servicio es normal, simplemente normal. Básicamente, se trata de preguntas y respuestas. Si no preguntas, no se te recordará. No hay mucha variedad de comidas. La habitación con vistas al mar tiene una gran vista. Otra cosa muy importante es que es inconsistente con la promoción de la interfaz de Ctrip y no hay cortesía ni personal de servicio chino. Aunque puedo comunicarme en inglés, al principio pensé que el personal de recepción lo hizo deliberadamente. Después de la comunicación final, se confirmó que el hotel no tiene servicio chino. Lo más importante es que es muy conveniente ir a Disney.

Excelentes servicios con 7-Eleven en el hotel. Cerca del aeropuerto de Narita con servicio de transporte gratuito. Sin embargo, la frecuencia no es alta, especialmente al centro comercial Aeon, pero en general fue una estancia agradable.

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.
