El hotel era hermoso y nuevo, en una ubicación fantástica. El personal era muy amable y atento. Como el hotel es nuevo, había algunos pisos e instalaciones que aún no estaban en funcionamiento. Al ser uno de los bares, no cambió la experiencia, en general fue un hotel hermoso. Habíamos reservado la suite ejecutiva, pero desafortunadamente el aire acondicionado en el piso en el que estaba no funcionaba, por lo que nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría inferior. Sin embargo, hicieron todo lo posible para compensarnos, con un masaje gratuito de una hora para cada uno de nosotros y nos acomodaron para un check out muy tardío, por lo que no nos quedamos varados para nuestro vuelo nocturno.

Tuve una experiencia increíble en Solaria Hanoi. Me lo recomendó un amigo que ya se había alojado aquí y, como era mi primera vez, revisé las reseñas y vi muchísimas positivas, ¡y todas eran ciertas! La ubicación era muy céntrica, en el Casco Antiguo, a un paseo del lago y de buenos restaurantes cerca. El servicio y la hospitalidad fueron excelentes; me sirvieron una bebida de bienvenida, un trozo de pastel y una toalla fría mientras esperaba a que la recepción se encargara de mi reserva. Todo, desde el registro de entrada hasta la salida, fue muy sencillo. También utilicé su servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, cuyo precio me pareció muy razonable considerando la distancia al aeropuerto. También ofrecen una tarjeta SIM en el hotel a un precio razonable y un paquete. No usé este servicio, pero me parece una oferta fantástica. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba como viajero de negocios solo. Las comodidades son completas, con secador de pelo disponible en la habitación, ¡y el desayuno estuvo genial! Además del buffet, ofrecen un menú a la carta que está incluido en el precio del desayuno. No soy de los que escriben reseñas largas, pero cuando lo hago, o me dieron un servicio pésimo o uno excelente. ¡Solaria Hanoi fue definitivamente positivo! Recomiendo este lugar a todos los que se alojen en Hanoi. ¡Un agradecimiento especial a Tamila y Kho, quienes me brindaron una cálida bienvenida durante toda mi estancia!

My recent two-day stay at Hanoi Le Chateau Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the service staff demonstrated a remarkable attention to detail and genuine care that truly set this hotel apart. The breakfast offering a delicious spread of options complemented by a breathtaking city view. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Me alojé recientemente en el Hotel Hanoi Solis 3 y, en general, mi experiencia fue regular. La ubicación era muy conveniente, cerca de muchas atracciones y con fácil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas, lo que facilitó mucho explorar la ciudad. El proceso de registro fue rápido y el personal, en general, fue amable y servicial. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, aunque un poco anticuada en comparación con hoteles más modernos en los que me he alojado. Las comodidades eran básicas, pero cubrieron mis necesidades para una estancia corta. Sentí que algunas áreas del hotel podrían mejorarse, especialmente el aislamiento acústico y la renovación del mobiliario y la decoración. El desayuno tenía una selección decente, pero le faltaba variedad algunos días, y algunos productos podrían haber estado más frescos. En general, estuvo bien, pero no fue excepcional. En resumen, el Hotel Hanoi Solis 3 es una opción decente si buscas un alojamiento céntrico y económico en Hanoi. Cumple su función, pero no esperes nada lujoso ni excepcional.

La ubicación es excelente. Está a unos 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Hanói. Hay muchos cafés y restaurantes cerca. El hotel ofrece un excelente desayuno y un café local increíble. El personal es atento, amable y educado. ¡May fue genial! El hotel también tiene una preciosa piscina cubierta con una vista espectacular de la ciudad, así como un agradable bar en la azotea. Nos dieron una bolsa de regalo al hacer el check out.

We had a very solid and comfortable stay at the San Premium Hotel, which is perfectly situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need located just a short walk away. The absolute highlight of our experience, however, was the impeccable service. The staff is extraordinarily courteous, welcoming, and proactive. Their English proficiency is excellent, which made communication seamless. When I approached them with several non-standard requests, they handled them with high-level professionalism and genuine politeness, and they were always quick to assist with our luggage. The accommodation itself was highly satisfying. We stayed in a spacious room that featured a wonderfully large terrace. The bathroom was well-appointed and in great condition. Most importantly, the level of cleanliness throughout the room was flawless. The bed and pillows provided a very comfortable night's sleep, and I specifically appreciated the use of proper fitted sheets - a crucial detail for comfort that many hotels surprisingly overlook. It is exactly this kind of attention to basic hospitality standards that makes a property reliable. The only notable area for improvement is the breakfast. The morning buffet was quite monotonous and the food lacked flavor, so I cannot say I was impressed by it. However, if you are only staying for a couple of days, it is completely tolerable, especially considering the abundance of excellent dining options right outside the hotel doors. Overall, the exceptional staff, meticulous room cleanliness, and prime location easily make up for the mediocre breakfast. This is a highly reliable hotel that delivers on the most important aspects of hospitality.

臨時決定去的，在市區住一晚，選了還劍湖附近比較好一些的，第一次去越南，辦理入住可以不用在前台“罰站”，可以舒舒服服的坐着免費吃西瓜，喝飲料，等工作人員給辦理入住手續，還有一個很漂亮的服務員，給我們詳細的介紹了周邊的景點，夜市，火車街之類的，很認真的用英語給我們講解，真的很難得，哪怕五星級酒店入住，都沒有這待遇～房間比較普通，設施也有點舊了，但是整體OK的。出門吃東西也很方便。酒店的早餐，基本也可以滿足，中式西式都有，越南粉點了以後會主動送到座位，還會有人來給你倒果汁。還有我最愛的百香果！門口有幾個台階，工作人員會主動幫忙提行李的～難怪這麼多人喜歡來越南度假呀……

Una estancia reluciente de oro: preciosa, con algunos detalles que pulir. El Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake es sin duda visualmente impactante. El hotel es increíblemente fotogénico, y si bien la experiencia en general fue encantadora en muchos sentidos, se inclinó más hacia lo estético que hacia la sensación de una estancia de 5 estrellas sin complicaciones. 📍 Ubicación La ubicación es más tranquila y menos céntrica que el Casco Antiguo, algo que vale la pena considerar si te gusta estar cerca de las principales atracciones. Dicho esto, la ubicación junto al lago creó una atmósfera tranquila y apacible que realmente apreciamos. ✨ Aspectos destacados El servicio personalizado de recepción y personal de recepción fue un verdadero punto a destacar. Recordaron nuestros nombres y número de habitación durante toda nuestra estancia, lo cual nos pareció muy atento y acogedor. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y la vista al lago era realmente hermosa. El gimnasio estaba limpio, actualizado y era perfecto para un entrenamiento cómodo. El desayuno buffet ofrecía una amplia gama de opciones y variedad. ⚠️ Áreas de mejora Hubo algunos pequeños detalles que, con un poco más de atención, podrían mejorar aún más la experiencia. Nos proporcionaron una tabla de planchar que no funcionaba y una plancha a la que le faltaban piezas, lo que provocó un ligero retraso en nuestros planes una mañana. Nos proporcionaron una plancha de repuesto, pero estaba marcada y, lamentablemente, dejó una pequeña mancha en una de mis prendas. La cancha de pickleball estaba ubicada en un sótano que parecía un poco inacabado y podría beneficiarse de un poco más de cuidado y presentación. La piscina de la azotea ofrecía preciosas vistas del horizonte de la ciudad; sin embargo, el espacio en sí se sentía bastante tranquilo, con tumbonas desgastadas y un ambiente limitado. Un bar junto a la piscina o música suave podrían mejorar el ambiente y hacer que esta zona fuera más acogedora. Una noche, un evento celebrado encima de nuestra habitación provocó que se escuchara música y tambores hasta altas horas de la noche, lo que afectó el descanso. Una mejor insonorización podría ayudar a garantizar la comodidad de los huéspedes durante los eventos. El servicio de lavandería tenía un precio elevado y no se proporcionó una lista de precios. Aunque podríamos haber preguntado con antelación, una información más clara sobre los precios habría facilitado la experiencia. El servicio de desayuno fue agradable, aunque menos interactivo en comparación con otros hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas en los que nos alojamos en Hanói, donde el personal fue especialmente proactivo al atender a los huéspedes, ofrecer recomendaciones y solicitar su opinión. 🌿 Conclusiones Un hotel precioso con un personal amable y atento, habitaciones espaciosas y vistas preciosas. Con un poco más de atención al detalle y un servicio constante, este establecimiento tiene el potencial de ofrecer una experiencia de lujo verdaderamente excepcional. Una estancia maravillosa en muchos sentidos, con pocas oportunidades para brillar aún más.

El hotel esta un poco apartado y no tiene muchos comercios cerca, el atendimiento estuvo bien, la habitacion bastante bien para ser este tipo de alojamiento, estaba limpia y en general bastante bien, la unica pega es que la cama era durisima. El desayuno fue peor que pesimo, no se preocupan en vigilar que la comida este bien, vi muchos insectos posados en los dulces, mosquitos en la fruta etc..a demas de eso movian la comida sobrante de un plato a otro con las manos...si vas a pasar dos dias como fue mi caso esta bien, un hotel para una breve parada.

/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.
