A brand new hotel that’s been running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. They could be proactive enough to offer new visitors a more memorable experience. For example, they would ask you to pay more for an upgrade if you wanted. They have available rooms around but it was not that easy they could upgrade you easiest in any easygoing action. Restaurants were all closed on Chinese New Year Eve of 2024 Feb. 9. All food have to be ordered for in room service and you’d have waited for 45-60 minutes for arrival time. Nail files were not available. The door design of bathing rooms had some issues. Gym reception staff were not around and you’d have to take care of yourself. Some staff were not able to follow up for something they promised to do so for you.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Somerset Westpoint for about 3 months in 2021, waiting for the permanent house we had found to be available for us to move in with all our furniture. We got a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on a high floor, with an amazing view overlooking West Lake. Beautiful place, modern and stylish, all the furniture and appliances were just in perfect condition. The outdoor swimming pool (probably around 25m long) is wonderful and never crowded so you can actually swim for your daily exercise if that is part of your routine. They also have a great gym and a virtual golf practice that seems to be state of the art technology (but we never used it). So the place itself is amazing, modern and charming, pristine clean, and greatly located in Tay Ho. But even more outstanding maybe is how nice everyone has been there with us during our stay. From the housekeeping to the front desk staff and the management, everyone has just been wonderful to us (and I am not saying that just because we got a totally unexpected special chocolate treat on Bastille Day – we are French…) Impossible to mention everybody here but we would like to give special mentions to the ones that we remember the name of and that we had a special relationship with: our dedicated and meticulous housekeeper, Hoang Diu, who took such good care of our home during these three months; Kylie Quynh who was able to locate for us the manufacturer of some of the furniture at Somerset that we wanted to get for ourselves, Mr Mitchell, always so nice and pleasant, and of course Miss Minna, always smiling, who made me feel at home with her great French speaking abilities and who gave us as a souvenir an orchid from her garden that is now in ours. Also, I would like to mention someone that we have never met in person but that we exchanged a lot on WhatsApp with, Miss Doan Thanh Huyen, customer representative, who helped us with the logistic of moving in and out, and who has proven herself to be an amazing incarnation of “customer satisfaction first”. We have travelled a lot, in many different countries, and I have to say that this place really stands out. Big thanks to all the team for making us feel so comfortable and wishing you all the success that you deserve!

One of the greatest serviced apartment I've ever visited. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious and nicely maintained. The kitchen is completely new, and room service will even take care of the dishes. The restaurant and the breakfast are both excellent. There's a huge, brand-new gym. The location is West Lake, which is located away from Hanoi's noise and smog.

El desayuno es un paquete, no hay buffet, no hay salchichas, hay una selección 7-8, hay hamburguesas, sandwiches, rosas, y así sucesivamente. Compara con Europa y la belleza. No hay muchas variedades de comida para almorzar. Hay piscina pero no nadie. La salchicha es muy buena. El servicio de la recepción es muy bueno, las chicas y las chicas de Chen son muy cuidadosas.

Reservamos un apartamento de una habitación para un viaje de fin de semana. El restaurante para el desayuno buffet está en el piso. Delicioso comida con un tipo de pho servido cada día. El hotel está situado a unos 30 minutos en coche de Grab y el barrio no es el mejor lugar para caminar, pero hay una tienda de café a 1 minuto a pie que sirve un buen café.

El hotel es un hotel decente para negocios, pero no es realmente adecuado para unas vacaciones familiares. Así que el huésped debe salir del baño para obtenerlo todo de botellas fijas en el cubículo de baño ... No es divertido 😀! Comodidad sin jet de agua, incluso en la época actual. Necesidad de cambiar 2 ascensores para llegar a la piscina, sin duda no un fácil acceso ... A pesar de la entrada móvil y especificar las necesidades claras de 3 huéspedes (como solicitado por el hotel) antes de llegar, tenía 1 baño; 2 toallas ... Ser miembro de SPG/BonVoy desde ＞20 años, sentía algo que se echa de menos como propiedad de Sheraton.

En casa, se ha utilizado lo que se ha conectado con el pueblo. El dueño del pueblo ha dicho que el alojamiento necesita contactar con el teléfono. El café del primer piso no está operativo, por lo que no estoy seguro de si hay personal que pueda ir directamente al lugar. La gente más satisfecha es tener lavavajillas y la decoración es mi estilo favorito, Sólo se siente cómodo en la limpieza. Puede ver el pelo de los demás en todas partes, y está muy grueso. Además, hay un ex huésped dejado bajo la lavandería. El turbo es el tipo de hotel viejo que se usa para pulsar la llave de energía, pero no está fijado, Es muy incomprensible.

El hotel está situado a media distancia entre la ciudad y el aeropuerto. Es limpio y tranquilo. Tengo desayuno después de las 6:00 y tengo una elección de cocina o continental y es satisfactorio. Si quieres Pho, también está disponible, aunque puedes esperar que esté disponible después de 6.30 am. No tengo quejas, me gusta el duche y la lavandería se recoge cada día. Uso el gimnasio por encima del 7o piso y considerando que es un hotel que está razonablemente equipado.
