El hotel era más antiguo pero limpio. Conveniente para Gatlinburg, y el parque de la montaña Smoky. El cuarto tenía todo lo que necesitaba mini frigorífico, pequeño café, secador de pelo. El ascensor a los segundos y tercer pisos. Pero no fue conveniente para ambos extremos de las grandes entradas exteriores. Las camas estaban cómodas. La habitación tenía una televisión de pantalla plana pero los controles remotos no funcionaron. Intentamos llamar al escritorio delantero, pero el teléfono tampoco funcionaba. Cuando fuimos al escritorio delantero para decirles, dijeron que no sabían que las habitaciones tenían teléfonos. Nos dieron una nueva remota que tampoco funcionó. Había sólo 1 lavavajillas y toallas en el cuarto, pero nos dieron más cuando fuimos al escritorio delantero. La piscina estaba abierta, pero no se calientaba como se anunció.

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

El hotel es más viejo, especialmente en el suelo, y se siente humeante y no se siente limpio. Pero está en una buena ubicación, el estacionamiento es grande, la habitación es grande, el servicio es bueno, el desayuno es bueno, porque me conozco, vivo en esta casa muchas veces. Una vez vivimos en un hotel de Wanhoo al lado. Aunque es un lujo, la habitación es pequeña, la medianoche también reportó dos alarmas de fuego, el precio es demasiado bajo y la experiencia es demasiado mala. Así que habitamos a menudo en esta casa.

I know that reviews seldom lead to any improvements, but hopefully this one will help save someone some money if they were planning on staying here. The young man at the counter named Sean was very pleasant and efficient. That was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t bother me as long as it’s maintained, as this property USED to be. Now, clearly there are different owners with a much lower standard of cleanliness. On the surface, it appears clean, but if you look closer, you can tell that the details aren’t there. It’s the start of a slide backwards into unclean and unsanitary conditions that often occurs when those with lower cleanliness standards run a hotel. The shower floor was almost black. It was clear that it hadn’t been scrubbed or thoroughly cleaned in a long time The breakfast was sad, paltry and meager. There was some bread, a generic flaked cereal, an odd steamed egg substance and greasy, unappealing sausage patties. There was a waffle iron, but the mixture tasted funny. The coffee is in an automatic type machine. It tasted horrid and was lukewarm coming out. Based on the lack of cleanliness in the rest of the hotel, I doubt this complex coffee machine is regularly sanitized. The bed was hard. That may appeal to some, but it was very uncomfortable to me. The pillows are small little throw pillow sized things with no shape or support. Spend $30 more and go right up the road to the Holiday Inn or Hampton. You’ll be glad you did.

Pero cuando lo hice, me di cuenta de por qué la tenían y el motor eléctrico se desactivó ... No se desplomó todo el camino y se deslizó. 💧El bañón es hacia atrás, agua caliente a la derecha y fría a la izquierda. 🌡️ El termostat se rompió. Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, está cerca de la Universidad de Van Delberg, hay instalaciones hardware disponibles, piscina y fitness, además de lavandería. El servicio es muy malo, especialmente el servidor de la habitación es todo el Xiang, no puede entender el inglés y no es serio en el trabajo, a menudo olvida limpiar la habitación o olvidar colocar los suministros de higiene y cafeteras necesarios todos los días, y nadie se encarga de la recepción después de quejarse, Es la peor experiencia que haya tenido desde que viví en el hotel. Not a great experience. 1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new. 2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned. went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda. 3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser. 4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky. 5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service. 6) Beds were extremely comfortable. 7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey
