Todo está bien. El personal del frente es muy amable y útil. La ubicación es la mejor para los viajeros que llegan al aeropuerto tarde a la noche. El hotel tiene una caminata cubierta desde el aeropuerto hasta el aeropuerto. Nunca se pierde por seguro. Una vez llegado al aeropuerto y tomando su maleta de las reclamaciones de equipaje, verá un mensaje de entrada al hotel. (Desgraciadamente, visito este hotel cuando hay un tipo de construcción, por lo que el agua está afectada y no limpia en ese momento. Pero sé que si visito aquí otra vez en el momento adecuado, será la mejor experiencia)

Personal amable, habitaciones bien renovadas con camas cómodas, sorprendentemente sin chinches, el baño estaba bien; el grifo del lavabo era un poco demasiado llamativo, la bañera estaba un poco manchada, pero en general disfruté de mi estancia.

Es cómodo y económico, y es una gran experiencia. Una buena opción para viajes de negocios. He vivido cuatro días y el personal de servicio está muy entusiasmado. Es un lugar barato.

The bathroom stall still had strands of hair on the wall and floor which I assume belonged to the previous guests!! The bathroom wall glue used on the joints were yellow- brown and the bathroom surround was cream in color!! The glue applied could be seen oozing on where the back wall panel joins the 2 side wall panels!

So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

We didn't have any towels in the room

TBH I was shocked. I have not stayed at a best western in many years because I put it so far down the list. Check-in/ out took less than 2 mins. Room was a mini suite and had a couch, coffee table, desk, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, more. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic for my needs.Only glitch was the literal fire drill at midnight on fri. No fire. Faulty sensor set off the fire alarm. Fire truck, people in gear searching the hotel, lobby full of people, screaming buzzer n flashing lights. Just an accident and a bit of drama. Finally got the buzzer turned off and back to bed. I will stay there again. Oh and breakfast was decent. Again I was surprised. Very good stay.
