We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud  (no soundproof walls )although  our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

De la ubicación a los habitaciones y servicios - todo es muy notch. La comida que se sirve a los huéspedes es también muy deliciosa. Aguardando mi próxima estancia en esta propiedad.

Picked this hotel because it’s a reliable brand and it didn’t disappoint. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The lads at reception tried to sneakily add some extra charges when I checked-in which was frustrating as I’d paid up front, so I’m glad I was concentrating!

Journey time to hotel from airport about 20 min drive. Hotel to cricket stadium journey time will be 15 to 20 min drive. It’s easy to get uber and ola service. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

It's a very good hotel, with great amenities, and good staff behaviour and great stay. A good hotel to recommend and has a great food.

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Nawab, el *** que ayudó con coches, fue una verdadera ayuda fenomenal. Llamó a mi viaje y me aseguró que mi viaje fue bien, y me llevó y el coche cargado y en mi camino.

Отзыв об отеле в Калькуте Останавливались в отеле в Калькуте. Отель расположен не в центре города — дорога на такси занимает примерно 30 минут до центра и около 20 минут до аэропорта. При этом место тихое и спокойное, без городского шума, что для нас было большим плюсом. Номер площадью 21 м² — для двоих гостей немного тесноват, но в целом комфортный. По нашей просьбе принесли тапочки. Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и быстро реагирует на любые обращения. В целом остались довольны пребыванием. Рекомендую.

Amazing experience Staff were lovely from reception to dinner 🍽 and breakfast..lovely menu Would definitely stay again

I stayed there for 3 night. The was very nice and we felt very good experience. The food quality was also very good. Overall it was a nice stay.
