Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff

Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.

It's a very good hotel, with great amenities, and good staff behaviour and great stay. A good hotel to recommend and has a great food.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad muy alta, muy limpio y muy agradable. Los chicos en la recepción trataron de añadir con la moda algunas cargas extras cuando me ingresé, lo que fue frustrante cuando me pagó en el frente, así que me alegro de que estaba concentrando!

La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. Nawab, el *** que ayudó con coches, fue una verdadera ayuda fenomenal. Llamó a mi viaje y me aseguró que mi viaje fue bien, y me llevó y el coche cargado y en mi camino.

Los hoteles desempeñan un papel crucial cuando salgo por un viaje. Firangipani Suites es de lejos uno de los mejores estancias que he estado haciendo. De la ubicación a los habitaciones y servicios - todo es muy notch. La comida que se sirve a los huéspedes es también muy deliciosa. Aguardando mi próxima estancia en esta propiedad.

Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.
