La habitación está bien. Es de tamaño moderado y limpio. La desventaja es que el personal de servicio en hskp obviamente no era tan bueno como el del China Express Hotel a las 8 de la mañana. El hskp era un hombre indio que llamó a la puerta fuerte y entró en la habitación pasando su tarjeta. Me sobresalté en la habitación. El resto estuvo bien. Al lado del hotel hay una obra en construcción, lo cual es un poco ruidoso.

I was quite disappointed by the fact the our room was not serviced for 2 day in a row despite constant reminders and the hotel being a 3 Michelin keys hotel. Although the cleaning is well done, the fact that the room was neglected was unacceptable for this brand. It is for sure the worst rosewood I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities such as cotton buds were not replenished everyday. After the bath robe was used and placed on the ground, the housekeeping took it but never replaced it with a new one until I had to ask. Besides that, everything else was good. The staff was super friendly and sorry about the incident. The scenery was amazing. Personally, I think I would not return as it does not satisfy me overall. The lady at the Spa was also quite hostile when I asked for the spa appointment as she simply said no theres nothing available. The food here is absolutely amazing; I highly recommend ordering the coq au vin room service. The reception was kind enough to let me have early check in and accommodate met request for good views which was much appreciated. There were a lot of flies inside the restaurant which was quite annoying as it’s the first time I’ve seen flies inside a restaurant of this caliber.

The hotel location is superb. Easy access to all the historical visit location. All are within walking distance. The hotel personnels are all very helpful and polite. They have share alots of location information and its a great help for 1st time to the city. The hotel facilities is superb. We love the SPA (Sauna, Steambath, swim pool). The breakfast is very high quality breakfast and has many choices. We love their pastry and breads. We definitely will come back to this hotel in our next visit to the city.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Arabellal. Everything about the experience was exceptional. The property was spotless, and while some mention that parts of it feel a little worn, that was absolutely not our experience. We stayed in the main building, and everything felt top notch and very well maintained. The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and the food was simply extraordinary. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations and genuinely stands out as one of the best stays we have had. We would happily return without hesitation.

El hotel es relativamente satisfactorio en los excursiones multinacionales de Europa, se abre la carretera montañosa del pequeño castillo, y el hotel tiene su propio pequeño estacionamiento. Después de entrar, el personal nos recibió muy caluroso y nos sentamos en el bar para ofrecer bebidas de bienvenida gratuitas. Se dice que el hotel existió en el siglo XIV con una renovación y una buena mantenimiento. Hay un buen olor en la puerta. En total, debería haber más de 20 habitaciones, limpias y cálidas en la habitación, el paisaje exterior del pequeño balcón es el jardín de entrada. Hay también nuestras mesas de frutas y cartas de bienvenida privadas en la habitación. Cabe mencionar que el restaurante del hotel es una estrella de Michilogram. La comida es muy deliciosa en muchos restaurantes de Michilogramos. Además de los platos, hay muchos platos de comidas y pequeños cuartos de picante. También hay muchos tipos de desayuno (el desayuno es más único en Europa), incluso un solo punto de picado, pescado, bistec, etc. En general, el servicio es muy cálido, puede sentir la sinceridad y el entusiasmo de los servicios, y puede decirse que el Navidad es muy emocionante en unas vacaciones en el extranjero.

Absolutely loved my stay! Location was great, it was an easy ~15-20 walk from the train station and within 10 minute walk to either the Steinbergbahn or the Asitzbahn. Staff were friendly and amazing. I booked a single room and got upgraded to a suite! The mountain view from the room was gorgeous. I only stay one night this time but will definitely want to return for a longer stay next time
