It’s a good hotel with friendly staff who really do their best to ensure guests have a good stay. Although, the rooms are abit small and the AC’s electricity might get cut off suddenly. Owners should look into making sure amenities and facilities are improved to ensure guests have a more comfortable stay.

La comida también era muy deliciosa, les pedí que enviaran a mi habitación, son muy pacientes, envasaron la comida cuidadosamente y entregaron con todo el conjunto de platos, vidrios, limones, cuchillos y así sucesivamente. En la mañana se oye cantar las aves y el personal hacen diligente jardinería, limpieza, lavado, incluso se arrojan para limpiar las cuchillas de la carretera que conducen a los edificios de habitaciones en el jardín que me toca y me impresiona. Aquí hay un hotel de 3 estrellas con un centro de aparición de 2 estrellas.

The place was great except for the washroom. It wasn’t very clean and the basin sink was clogged.

We stayed for one night and booked two rooms. The size of the room is good and has a balcony with a great view. The rooms were clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient and easily accessible. Sufficient area of parking available. We had dinner and a complimentary breakfast. Both were delicious and yummy. The hotel is full of greenery and picturesque areas. The hotel has a large swimming pool with four feet depth. The pool was clean and well maintained. The hotel was not over crowded. Staff were also very good and supportive. The overall experience was very good and recommended for stay.

Very helpful staff. The staff make the place. Call beforehand to check if ****** is open. Trip.com had wrong number and a Taxi request failed. Please continue the music and BBQ. Change the prices a bit. Have more rain day options. Direct middle of Butwal and Lumbini. Not near bus FYI

施設と部屋はとても綺麗でした。ティッシュペーパーと手拭きタオルがあれば嬉しかったなと思います。また、電話の何番を押せばフロントにつながるのかなど口頭の説明だけでなく部屋に案内があると親切だと思います。不親切だなと思ったのは、ホテルへ向かう足がなくタクシーを手配してくれたのですがタクシーが私達を乗せる前に引き返してしまったにも関わらずホテルがチェックインした翌日にタクシー代を請求されたことです。理由はホテルがタクシー会社と契約しており、乗車しなくても料金が全額発生するためという話でした。乗車できなかったのに料金を請求されたこと、タクシー手配する時に取り決めを教えていただけなかったことに憤りを感じます。納得はいきませんでしたが、半額のタクシー代をお支払いさせていただきました。施設や部屋自体はとても綺麗ですので、ぜひホスピタリティーの部分、信頼を損ねないコミュニケーションをとっていただきより多くのお客さんがこのホテルを利用して満足してもらえるといいなと改善を願いレビューをアップさせてもらいます。
