Very nice place for relaxation with a nice view hard to reach without a car no night life at all after 10:30 pm nothing at all so we had to rent a car to go to town . They changed the towels procedure by the beach without informing us that they refused to give me towels very nice breakfast but staff refuses to serve u hot drinks after 10:30 very good supportive concierge officer free parking

El hotel es delicioso y también de servicio. Estoy muy irritado con el servicio, la comida y todo el concepto, pero no puedo llamar ninguna de las menos aquí. A pesar de la carga completa del hotel debido a las vacaciones a finales de mayo, no hubo un sentimiento de multitud. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no hay nada que pueda recordar. La comida del hotel es principalmente deliciosa, lo que es raro, muy disfrutado de la elección de bistecs para la cena, de muchas snacks interesantes y saladas. The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

The hotel was in a great location. The local minibuses pass just in front of the hotel entrance. Everything was clean: the room, pool, bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant whose food is to die for. Plus, the restaurant offers a 10% discount to the hotel guests. I booked a studio suite for my family and it was well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle and even a washing machine. The only downside I could think of may be the beach which is not amazing considering the stunning coastline of Turkiye and the pool is rather small. So if you are looking for a full on beach holiday, Turunc may not be the best bet. We were looking for a late summer holiday with evening and morning walks, lovely food and a sea time. Thus, it was the best holiday we could ask for. In early September, the town wasn't crawling but still lively. Not too hot so we did even enjoy the noon at the beach and enjoyed our dinners by the sea with a bottle of delicious wine without having to book in advance. We cannot thank them enough

С трудом нашли на машине отель. По адресу навигатор приводит к нижней части отеля, а заезд в паркинг и ресепшн находятся наверху. Указателей там нет никаких, только случайно увидев букву ”J”, подъехали туда и нашли. Внизу же есть указатель, направляющий к закрытой намертво калитке без вывесок. Сам отель хороший. Бассейны открытые на разынх этажах. Есть бесплатные закрытый теплый бассейн, сауна, хамам. Сотрудницы-индонезийки могут платно выполнить различные виды массажей. Заказывали аппартаменты с одной спальней. В гостиной раскладывающийся диван. Муж храпит, поэтому думали, что он будет спать в гостиной, а я в спальне. Но постельных принадлежностей для дивана в шкафах, увы, не было. В аппартаментах предусмотрены два санузла. В одном унитаз и раковина, в другом унитаз и душ. В одном из них невозможно было сходить в туалет - крышка унитаза не держалась и все время падала на спину. В другом не закрывалась дверь. Даже при условии, что вы пара с многолетним стажем, весьма неприятно ходить в туалет с открытой дверью. Кровать удобная, мягкая в меру. Телевизор с выходом в интернет. Большие панорамные окна на внутренний бассейн. Не очень далеко находятся мельницы.

I had the most amazing stay at the hotel. I was welcomed by a very kind gentleman who made sure that I was satisfied with my room and arranged my transportation to locations I wanted to go too. The hotel is very clean with amazing views of the Yalikavak Town. Very close to ocean front restaurants and also the Marina. I can’t recommend this place enough. Not to mention the breakfast which was included, absolutely amazing. I’m so grateful to the stuff, they were amazing and I’m coming back soon!

Отличное расположение отеля, до центра пешком минут 25. Близко ТЦ Блю Порт. Боковой вид на море, собственный пляж. Вход в море, мелкая колючая Галька, лучше браться специальные тапки. Хороший скромный завтрак в ресторане отеля. Посетители, пожилые иностранцы.в основном англичане. Номер очень маленький. Холодильник и чайник с чаем в наличии. Очень. Удобная постель и подушки. Душевая кабина удобная для полных, есть где развернуться, но двери нет и поэтому вода везде. Это не критично для меня. Самое плохое, это фен. Выключается после 1 минуты работы. Уложить волосы невозможно, огромный минус. Из принадлежностей, только ватные палки и крем для тела. Ну и гель для душа. Отель не новый, но следят за всем отлично, качественно.

Big and clean room with new furniture. nice bathroom. AC worked really well. El gimnasio es pequeño, pero todo para un ejercicio completo está disponible.  El masaje también era grande. Un poco precioso, pero vale la pena.  La ubicación es muy agradable, no hay música alta por la noche, pero lo suficientemente cerca de los bares/restaurantes/clubs y sitios históricos.

Reservamos una habitación con balcón y vistas al mar. Sin embargo, al llegar, el hotel intentó cobrarnos 30 euros adicionales por día por las vistas al mar y el balcón. Intentaron obligarnos a alojarnos en una habitación en la parte antigua del hotel, a la que se accedía por varias escaleras, con una ventana muy pequeña, sin balcón ni vistas al mar, o a pagar el extra. Nos negamos e insistimos en que teníamos, por escrito (en un correo electrónico), una reserva con vistas al mar y balcón. Finalmente, accedieron a que nos quedáramos en la habitación mejor y no nos cobraron. La habitación era estupenda, las vistas excelentes y había ascensor en la parte nueva del hotel, con terrazas para tomar el sol muy animadas. El almuerzo fue excelente. Los cócteles estaban buenísimos y todo estaba incluido.
