Stay fo 1 nite. Overall did not enjoy much of the hotel as we check in late and left the next morning. The only experience was an earth quake that woke us up at 8.06am It was a very windy day and raining and a storm was in brew for us.. but we areaxh safely despite road closure and land slides and flash flood Thank God

after being highly disappointed with Wairakei resort -we found our new destination what a a upgrade the Hilton is very modern decor spacious clean -couldn’t fault it from the moment we got there -water on entry greeted with a smile -customer service 5/5 got a good night sleep sound proof and in par with price -stayed in the junior suite facing the hot pool -gym recommended The bistro -thou recommend booking times was very full

Great location, near restaurants and casino. There is complimentary car parking but it is first come first served. Valet parking for $42. Room was clean and quiet.

Wow! We go upgraded to two bedroom apartment which was really handy since it has washer/dryer plus air conditioning in both bedrooms and open plan living area. Very clean and modern apartment with good appliances (Bosch cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The apartment is sound proofed. They also have 4 varieties of Zealong Tea Estate teas along with the Zealong cups plus coffee pods. The hotel is next to the lake and shops so it’s quite convenient. My only issue is that outside of night time sleeping hours, the air conditioner would turn off by itself after a few minutes. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The room was unsatisfactory. Cobwebs and insects on walls, broken & wobbly dining chairs. Even the stair railing to go upstairs is shaky. Chipped bowls and plates. Most serious is that hot water shower is almost impossible! Hot water seems to be limited. It's always freezing cold water! Imagine having soap all over your body and literally freezing just to wait for the hot water to come but yet not enough to rinse off the soap! I gave up trying to shower the next day. And no Aircon on upstairs room. We had to ask for a small fan just to ventilate the room

Good service, but the facilitate is outdated and very old, though it was renovated 5 years ago. Even the king superior room is very small, only enough for a bed.

El hotel se encuentra en el lago y tiene unas vistas impresionantes para despertar. El hotel es muy familiar y cuenta con piscina calentada y tenis. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

El personal de recepción fue muy atento, sin embargo, la primera sábana estaba manchada y la de reemplazo tenía un desgarro. La cena fue escasa, cara y poco sabrosa, pero el desayuno ofrecía mucha variedad y comida fresca y deliciosa. El servicio externo no facilitó los datos de mi mascota, lo que supuso un coste adicional inesperado, aunque fue muy conveniente poder alojarla. La habitación era muy cálida y cómoda, gracias.

Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.

Hotel/Motel que va a la milla extra. La habitación es muy confortable, la habitación es muy confortable y la habitación es muy confortable. Café real y una prensa de café en la habitación. Se recuerdan sillas para ver TV. Calma por la noche. Situado fuera de la zona principal del centro, pero un corto viaje por coche. Amigos hostales. Sería muy recomendable este motel.
