Esta es mi primera reserva de hotel con Trip y debo decir que al principio tenía mis dudas sobre si se procesaría. Por suerte, el hotel recibió la confirmación. Solo tuve que decirle mi apellido a la recepcionista y pudieron localizarme en su sistema. Nos ofrecieron galletas de cortesía, que estaban riquísimas. La cama de la habitación doble era más pequeña de lo esperado, pero aun así era suficiente para dos adultos. Las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas, así que se oyen los coches de la calle si te toca la que da a la ciudad. Pero si no eres muy sensible al ruido, es tolerable. El gimnasio, abierto las 24 horas, estaba bastante bien equipado para su capacidad. Tenían toallas, toallitas desinfectantes y dispensador de agua. El desayuno del hotel también estuvo muy bien. El restaurante tenía una buena vista. En general, ¡la estancia fue una ganga! Volvería a usar Trip.com.

I booked two rooms through Trip.com, but upon check-in, the front desk staff initially provided only one room for some reason. We had to go back and speak to them to get the second room. The rooms ended up being on different floors—one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor—which was not ideal for a family trip. (I had specifically included a note in my Trip.com booking requesting adjacent rooms on the same floor.)

I must say the state of the room and smell of smoke was terrible unfortunately I arrived late and had traveled so was tired but taken photos of everyone’s eyes I was also shocked at breakfast time I was left standing on two separate occasions for 10mins to be seated no one came no one served me and no one gave a dame

A very pleasant stay in Bath, with a great location and excellent staff who made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is well located, making it very convenient to explore Bath on foot. Many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, cafés and shopping areas are within easy walking distance, which is especially useful when you are visiting for the first time and want to make the most of your time here. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and well maintained. It offers a nice balance between being a relaxing place to stay and having everything you need for a city break. What really stood out was the great service from the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. It is always nice when the team genuinely makes an effort to ensure guests have a pleasant experience, rather than simply going through the motions. The combination of a comfortable hotel, convenient location and great hospitality made our stay in Bath very enjoyable. Overall, a good hotel with a great team and an excellent location. A very pleasant experience, and definitely somewhere I would happily consider staying again on my next visit to Bath.

I love Charlton house, it was really quirky. The way it has been styled is really unusual. It makes you feel like you're in a bit of a fantasy world with the little corridors and quirky little nooks and crannies. For me it fit the bill, it did the job that I needed but I understand for those people that do not get it on an offer and pay a lot of money to stay there I understand how they might say that it's a bit dirty a bit tired a bit grubby and needs a bit of TLC. There seemed to be one very sweet man that was running around doing pretty much everything and the rest of the staff were hidden behind doors or just not there. I'm not sure. There were staff present in the spa and they were lovely and helpful and kind. My little room was gorgeous and cute and cozy, and clean enough although tatty in places. For me I really had a nice day and I would definitely come back. The breakfast was extremely basic but I didn't have extremely high expectations, and I'm not really a breakfast person, so again it may not make the tick box for others but it did the job for me. We had an amazing stay at The Bailbrook House Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We ate in the restaurant on both evenings and all the food was excellent. We had a small issue at breakfast as were quite late coming in for it and some of the fruit had gone, however having said that the poached egg and avocado on sourdough I had was to die for, and was delicious, and the full english was very good too. All in all it was all very enjoyable stay and would definitely return, and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Competent hotel with comfortable bed and good shower. Nice bar, didn’t try the food. Not happy to pay £10 for parking, but not knowing the town gave us little choice. Location is generally not good because the town of Bridgewater is really pretty dire. Would not return for that reason.

No sé por qué la suite de lujo reservada está en tres pisos, la ventana es más pequeña, y hay una pared afuera, básicamente no veo cómo era la habitación afuera. Muy decepcionado. Y también es que las instalaciones de la habitación son algo viejas, el aire acondicionado siempre ha sido asombroso, muy guay, el baño es grande pero no tiene calor, el baño está muy frío, y el baño es muy sencillo... de hecho, no es muy adecuado para este precio. La única cosa que podemos hacer es que su restaurante está bien, y que todos los platos que hemos pedido son deliciosos.

Me gusta mucho el estilo de decoración de este hotel y el servicio del hotel también es muy cálido. Sin embargo, la primera noche me asignaron la habitación 503 en el segundo piso. La habitación era pequeña y la vista desde la ventana no lo era. Bueno, la clave es que afuera de la ventana está la enorme campana extractora del restaurante del hotel. El trabajo era tan ruidoso que mis amigos y yo no pudimos dormir en medio de la noche, y la campana extractora no paró hasta las tres. en punto de la noche. Al día siguiente fuimos al hotel y pedimos cambiar de habitación. El hotel dijo que lo sentían y que harían todo lo posible para organizar un cambio. Al mediodía, efectivamente me había cambiado a una habitación en el segundo piso que daba a la calle. Era más grande y tenía una mejor vista. La clave era que ya no tenía que preocuparme por el ruido de la campana extractora. El personal del hotel también nos ayudó con entusiasmo a reservar billetes de autobús de larga distancia en el ordenador. El desayuno del hotel también es muy bueno. El desayuno inglés requiere reserva el día anterior. Además, el hotel cobrará un depósito de 50 libras por día al momento del check-in. Espero que puedas obtener un reembolso dentro de las dos semanas posteriores a tu salida del hotel. Han pasado tres días y no he recibido ningún mensaje de reembolso.
