Very clean lobby freshly refurbished, Chesterfield sofas in the lobby and nice reception, location is literally by sea, breakfast was continental with buffet type that covered most of needs (meat/veg/cereals/pastry) served in the ballroom that they have for weddings and other big parties (might be noisy when wedding are booked, i don't know, we were lucky no wedding was on during our stay, would have likes some music playing), also drinks: teas, juices and coffees available served until 10 o'clock in the morning or 11, room 226 was basic, comfy hard mattress, AC, wardrobe, TV and mini fridge (don't forget to plug it in) bathroom looked a little outdated, we had a problem with the drainage sink that was fixed on the same day, water from bath tub didn't drain properly making it stay stale and it look a little weird also the bathroom door had visible flooding marks on it signalling the problem is constantly affecting it and the hotel is aware of the situation, hot water was provided 24h, also there was smell of moisture in the room because of it after going out fir a few hours, the hotel was advertised as 4 stars when booked, but on the front it said 3 stars (which i think 3 stars services is the real situation of the hotel), parking was available at the front of the hotel which is not free you have to pay for it, but the reception lady told us they have some free parking spaces at the rear of the hotel through some metal doors that are manually operated, paint buckets were left unattended at the rear of the hotel in the parking lot, clearly the hotel had suffered some recent renovations, paint was still wet and peeled off the metal stairs when warm weather, the access to the parking spaces is quite rudimentary (looks unattended), staff was polite and answered greetings, the cleaning was being done every day, check-in/check-out was ok, been asked for documents for all the guests. Bare in mind walking to the sea can be quite long due to the long extension of the sandbanks, if you're going to the sea you have to pay for sunbeds we paid 30 lei for 1 sunbed in June or you can use the free spaces that are for the towels, the seaside offers a bar section with toilets and music.

The room was amazing, the view was great and so was the cleanliness of the entire property, not just my room. On the downside though, we had a huge 2 hour delay with our check-i because our room was not ready (checked in at 17:00 instead of the guaranteed 15:00). Moreover, during one of the evenings we decided to order room service, which would not answer the phone, and when we called the front desk they said they can collect our order. After one hour and a half of waiting, we call the front desk again, asking how much longer until our food arrives, and they said soon. 20 minutes or so passed, my partner went to the reception to ask about our food order, to which he found out that the reception has never sent our order. Though, the employee's were very nice and had a smile on their faces when interacting with them!

They stay spent in hotel was a wonderful one, very pleasant and a very high level of confort: very Nice and kind staff, excelent accommodation and meal services, and excelent accommodation condiitions. In a word: EXCEPTIONAL!

El hotel está en una buena ubicación y todas las habitaciones tienen vistas a la playa. Las habitaciones son limpias y la ubicación es buena, hay restaurantes y tiendas de souvenirs cerca. El personal fue muy amable y útil

Comparing price and grades with other 2 star hotels, room heating and air conditioning is good. But bed spring is so much soft and noisy, then it is necessary to be upgraded for more good health.

El personal fue muy amable y siempre útil. Sin embargo, la limpieza de los cuartos dejó mucho de desear. Cada uno de ellos sólo se enseñaron 2 desperdicios, se intercambiaron toallas y se pone un poco en común el techo de la cama. El suelo no se ha sugado ni lavado durante 6 días. Las ropa de cama nunca se han cambiado. Sin embargo, tengo que decir también, francamente, que después de la 2ª noche había cambiado la habitación a una cama de tamaño regal. Quizás por eso se hubiera pensado que durante los cuatro días que quedaban en el nuevo cuarto, no se necesitaría cambiar la ropa de cama. De lo contrario no tengo nada que reprochar.

Una agradable viaje, experiencia inolvidable, transporte conveniente, entorno hermoso, hotel limpio y cómodo, el restaurante de abajo a media noche celebra una fiesta con graves efectos sobre el descanso, el servidor no se mueve

Pros: Muy bien servido desde el personal. Actualizar a la adecuación de las necesidades especiales. Espaciales habitaciones y baños. Muy buenas galletas. Air conditionado. Qué ambiente. Muy cerca de la playa. HD TV y Netflix. Aplicaciones perfumadas. - ¿Qué? Cons: Problema molesto con alarma en la caja fuerte. Espera a que se inicie el check-in. El hotel de la ciudad no ha pedido ningún impuesto anunciado.
