When I think of TABUNG HAJI, I think of this hotel. Both of my stays have been here. The tidiness is excellent. The meal is absolutely delicious. I brought nine members of my family, including two disabled parents. Customer service was top-notch. My sincere appreciation goes out to Mrs. Norsiah and the rest of the hotel staff for the wonderful dinner they served us. Please keep up the excellent work, RAIA Kuching Hotel. Without a doubt, I will return. Stay at RAIA and no other hotel!

The location is very strategic, close to the airport. There are restaurants, a pharmacy, and other facilities located under the hotel. As for cleanliness, it was moderate because the room was dusty, there was hair, and there were stains on the pillow and bedsheets.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further.

Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!! habitación con vista al río. la ubicación es increíble. A poca distancia del paseo marítimo de Kuching. La habitación es modesta y bastante sencilla: decoraciones y muebles sencillos y simplemente aburridos. Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. Las comodidades proporcionadas no son adecuadas para una habitación familiar.

El hotel ofrece un buen servicio de desayuno, un buen servicio de comidas y unas habitaciones. La zona de comedor también era cómoda y relajada. La habitación está muy bien equipada y está muy bien equipada, muy bien equipada y muy confortable.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok.

The view was absolutely spot on - definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Kuching Waterfront, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, cafes, and local spots. Everything was within easy reach, and the area has a really nice, relaxing vibe, especially in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenience of being able to walk around without needing transport made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a strategic location with a great view.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. The food was great, and maybe for breakfast selection can add some ”kuih-muih” too. The view from the swimming pool is also nice, just that the edge of the pool, where the waters are draining down, need to be clean, seems like it's not being clean for ages...it was green .. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and just next to the shopping mall.

The service was good. Breakfast was okay. Love the room so big it feels like an aprtment already for junior suite. Although the furnitures are a bit retro but overall good stay.
