They’re welcoming and warm. Hotel staff are superb and service is good. Bed was comfortable and decoration of room was nice. Good ambience makes it all an enjoyable stay. Location near to the airport. Highly recommended.

Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger

Imperial Hotel Kuching offers a convenient location and generally comfortable rooms, but the air-conditioning system needs attention. Each time the unit is switched on, it produces a loud, persistent noise that disrupts rest. The room itself is clean and well-kept, and staff service is prompt, yet the noisy aircon significantly affects the overall stay. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the guest experience.

I had a truly pleasant experience staying at the Grand Margherita Hotel in Kuching. The location is excellent—right by the waterfront—making it very convenient for sightseeing, relaxing walks, and exploring nearby attractions and eateries. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast had a good selection, with both local and international options, and the dining area was comfortable and spacious. Facilities like the pool and common areas were also well-kept and enjoyable. Overall, Grand Margherita Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for leisure or business.

habitación con vista al río. la ubicación es increíble. A poca distancia del paseo marítimo de Kuching. La habitación es modesta y bastante sencilla: decoraciones y muebles sencillos y simplemente aburridos. Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. Las comodidades proporcionadas no son adecuadas para una habitación familiar.

It is so easy to book this hotel through ***********. I checked in to this facility for one night stay. No deposit required, easy check out too. Apart from the basic toiletries, hairdryer and iron with iron board is provided too. We get 2 single beds which view is facing the hallway but it was nice though because we can see the light. Not too far from airport which cost us only Rm11. Did not get to try their breakfast otherwise quite satisfied with my stay and their service

The location is superb, walkable distance to Darul Hana bridge, India Street, Carpenter Street and Borneo Cultures Museum. Plaza Merdeka is right beside the hotel, you can go to the mall through hotel lobby. I love how comfy the bed is and receptionist is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Kingwood Hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The biggest highlight was the stunning sunset view of the Rajang River which I absolutely loved it. The service was very good, and I appreciated the convenient parking as well as the swimming pool facilities. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited. During my 5 nights stay, the food options were mostly the same, alternating between days, which became repetitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it, especially for the river view and good service.

Value hotel to stay. Service is good. Water pressure unsteady but staff amnagaed to solve it immediately. The cold water came out green color, so we don't dare to drink. Have to to buy own water.

Eso fue mi más de 3 veces estancia en Meritz y fue completamente increíble, no sólo por la puerta de conexión al centro comercial, también por la seguridad. im highly recommended to stay here if you’re lazy to go anywhere cause the mall just next to u 😆. not even 10 step u took from the hotel to reach the mall.And for the services , everything was good until i order for room service , No sé por qué la señora que contestó mi teléfono no hablaba en tono adecuado.Espero que corrijan cómo deben comunicarse al huésped.
