El Waterfront Hotel es muy conveniente para permanecer. El famoso río Sarawak es sólo un paseo de la puerta. El hotel es nuevo y limpio. El cuarto es amplio y tiene muchas comodidades para disfrutar. El desayuno es tan delicioso. Altamente recomendado para permanecer en Kuching.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further.

Generalmente cómodo, excepto la puerta de doble un poco de mal funcionamiento. Acceso fácil para OKU. Precio valioso para tal ubicación estratégica. Requiere sólo 3 minutos a pie de BMC Kuching. Y hay un copiador y 7-11 al lado del hotel boutique también.

When I think of TABUNG HAJI, I think of this hotel. Both of my stays have been here. The tidiness is excellent. The meal is absolutely delicious. I brought nine members of my family, including two disabled parents. Customer service was top-notch. My sincere appreciation goes out to Mrs. Norsiah and the rest of the hotel staff for the wonderful dinner they served us. Please keep up the excellent work, RAIA Kuching Hotel. Without a doubt, I will return. Stay at RAIA and no other hotel!

I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok.

¡Este hotel es el mejor hotel en el que me alojo en Kuching hasta ahora! El personal es realmente amable y agradable. Siempre tienen una sonrisa en la cara, incluso si nos registramos en el hotel a las 11 p.m. Lo que más me gusta de este hotel es el desayuno buffet! ¿Dónde encontrar un hotel que sirva laksa sarawak y mee kolok como buffet? Aquí lo sirven todo!!! Y la vista también es llamativa ya que tenemos la habitación con vista al mar :) pero las desventajas son que el inodoro solo tiene bidet y es bastante lento y la piscina está en el ala puteri, por lo que tienes que caminar un poco. Aparte de eso, ¡todo es increíble y asequible en este hotel!❤️❤️❤️

My go-to hotel was fully booked, which brought me back to this property where I used to stay as a child. I'm so glad it did! The high standard of service hasn't changed a bit. The staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating. We also loved the free breakfast—excellent variety and very tasty. Highly recommended!

The view was absolutely spot on - definitely the highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Kuching Waterfront, making it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, cafes, and local spots. Everything was within easy reach, and the area has a really nice, relaxing vibe, especially in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The convenience of being able to walk around without needing transport made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in a strategic location with a great view.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the beds were super cozy after a long day exploring Kuching. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even more pleasant. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the waterfront, cafés, and local attractions. It was the perfect place for a short getaway and quality time with my best friend. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again when visiting Kuching!
