الفندق جميل جدا من تعامل الموظفين والموقع والاطلاله على البحر شيء خرافي والأكل ماشاء الله الشيف مبدع طلبت من عندهم أصناف ايطاليه على العشاء لذيذه بس ياليت يطورون من مينيو الإفطار او يخلونه بوفيه مفتوح افضل تكرار الأطباق الرئيسيه في وجبة الافطار لمدة 3 ايام ماكان شيء مرضي ونتمنى الأفضل

ماشاء الله الاستقبال رائع والموظفين محترمين يلبون طلبات ومهتمين بالخدمات الاخت زهرة الشهرى بالاستقبال ماقصرت وسوت ترقية للغرفة بوفيهالافطار جيد ومتنوع النظافة جيدة ومعظم الادوات متاحة بالغرفة ينفصها فرشاة اسنان فقط الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات All employees are helpful and respectful, especially the reception Very good location and breakfast is varied All tools and services are available

La habitación es muy limpia, tranquila y cómoda.

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

Good business hotel, perfect breakfast, free parking. Only 15 minutes drive to the airport

حجزت شخصين وطفل عمره شهر ويوم وصلت الفندق قالو راح يجيبو لي سرير طفل وبعدها وصلت الغرفه افادوني انه غير متوفر ووعدوني في اليوم الثاني وطلبت منهم في اليوم الثاني وافادوني بانه كمان غير متوفر

المكان رائع لكن لايخدم المحجبات للأسف

首先服務我必須給差評，我住了好幾天，叫酒店給我開發票，結果我發了好幾次消息，就開了一張，而且衹開了一天的，其他天數的沒有開給我，在WhatsApp上發訊息過去已讀不回，到現在也沒有給我開發票。其次是設施問題，連公共洗衣機都沒有，提供洗衣服務但是很貴，一件普通的衣服都要40-50 RMB，游泳池也沒有水，就是個擺設，浴室裏麪沒有手持的花灑，衹有頭頂淋浴，而且晚上的熱水也不熱。餐廳裏的東西很貴，比外面街上的貴的多，一個四星級的價格跟對面五星級的價格差不多，性價比很低，不推薦大家入住，避雷避雷。
