This is our second stay here, the hotel first floor is under renovation, so swimming pool is not available at the moment. The room is nice and equipped with all the amenities that we need, but a smart TV would make this hotel the perfect place to stay. The air conditioning is so cold, if you like it so that’s good for you. If no, you need to switch it off before going to bed. The breakfast is on the first floor during the renovation, so the space is not as nice as before and the food is just ok, we need more selections of the food. Overall, we had a nice night here.

the good thing,hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also. restaurant is just side of hotel,food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee,nice for hang out. the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better. oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.

Mi habitación era muy espaciosa y la decoración, aunque un poco anticuada, sigue siendo buena. Sin embargo, el papel pintado del pasillo exterior necesita un poco de cuidado. El baño está bien y cuenta con cómodos asientos y zonas de trabajo. La cama es enorme y las comodidades son adecuadas. ¡La conexión wifi es fácil y muy rápida! La variedad del desayuno es tan buena como la de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque la consistencia en el sabor es un problema. El primer día desayuné muy bien, pero el segundo día fue bastante mediocre, a pesar de los platos casi similares a los del día anterior. El personal del comedor es muy amable y atento a tus necesidades.

Me alojé recientemente en el Ibis Kota Bharu y fue una experiencia fantástica. El hotel es limpio, cómodo y sencillo. El personal es amable y servicial, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún mejor. En resumen, un alojamiento agradable y práctico en Kota Bharu.

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

2nd time staying at this place. This time got a room at 1st floor. Hence nearer to restaurant below. So for light sleeper better request for higher floors. Oh ya, by the way, no lift ya. Staircase all the way.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Room – Tidy and clean, but the air conditioner was not functioning well. It was not cold enough. Bathroom – The pipe was leaking, and the sink water pressure was too low. The amenities provided were only shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush was supplied. Indoor Pool – The water was too cloudy. Ambience – The room was not soundproof. Since the hotel is located near the main road, noise from outside was quite loud and may disturb your sleep. Overall – The hotel building is quite old and in need of some maintenance. Although the room was tidy and clean, several facilities were not functioning properly, including the air conditioning and some bathroom fixtures. The indoor pool was also not well maintained. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road may disturb light sleepers as the rooms are not fully soundproof. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed to enhance guest comfort and experience.

Tok Aman Bali es mi lugar favorito para pasar las vacaciones porque no está tan lejos de casa. Pero ayer fui y la limpieza no estaba muy bien. Por ejemplo, la zona para caminar olía a basura. Durante el desayuno, los gatos podían vomitar en el restaurante. El baño estaba estancado porque el agua de la ducha no salía por el agujero. Espero que la próxima vez mejoren la limpieza. Soy un gran fan de Tok Aman Bali.

Water pressure is super low. Take years to shower. Is super noisy the water pump. The hair dryer is using other type of socket I can’t use at all. No tooth brush or coffee n tea. Overall very clean but location is far away and isolated .
