Estar aquí por una noche es una gran experiencia, especialmente para la familia con niños. Me quedé aquí con mi familia y definitivamente volveré a repetir. Los niños que se divirtieron jugando en la piscina Nivel 6. Sólo a la hora de la noche, no hay mucha luz en el lado de la piscina. Familia con más de un coche, necesita pagar más, o puede pagar 20myr por un día en el estacionamiento de la base. En general, todo está bien.

Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.

El hotel está actualmente en proceso de renovación del vestíbulo, por lo que la entrada y salida se realiza a través del vestíbulo del supermercado Billion. Dicho esto, el hotel integró el pasillo temporal y extendió los puestos de seguridad y la recepción al vestíbulo temporal. El vestíbulo del hotel es amplio y hermoso, y el personal siempre estuvo disponible, atento y servicial. El registro fue bastante sencillo. Mi habitación era muy espaciosa y la decoración, aunque un poco anticuada, sigue siendo buena. Sin embargo, el papel pintado del pasillo exterior necesita un poco de cuidado. El baño está bien y cuenta con cómodos asientos y zonas de trabajo. La cama es enorme y las comodidades son adecuadas. ¡La conexión wifi es fácil y muy rápida! La variedad del desayuno es tan buena como la de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque la consistencia en el sabor es un problema. El primer día desayuné muy bien, pero el segundo día fue bastante mediocre, a pesar de los platos casi similares a los del día anterior. El personal del comedor es muy amable y atento a tus necesidades.

Old hotel but maintain well, not small and everything is fair, opposite hotel can find convenient shop. Hotel breakfast has variety choice, considered good at that area. Call grab to surrounding is convenient. Near airport and town too , to airport about rm13 and town rm4 only !

Stayed for 2 nights for a conference Room service (fish n chip a bit stale) Water pressure ok (some debris at the end) AC works superb 20mins away from KBR Check in was smooth Its an old hotel, well maintained WiFi was strong 4 elevators but so slow Swimming pool is small Walking distance to most tourist attraction Would recommend to stay 1 2 nights

Location wise very strategic, within ~15mins drive time to nearby attractions. You can stay conviniently here because you got Nasken, McD at the ground floor… Pak Leh Milo Tunggeng just walkable distance.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to Pasar Siti Khadijah, Dataran Agrotruck, and other attractions in the city centre, making it very convenient to get around. The room was clean and of an acceptable size—comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I also liked the lobby area, which had a projector screening FIFA matches, a vending machine, and a small kids’ play area. The breakfast was just average. I went around 9:30 AM, and several items such as baked beans, baked potatoes, and sausages were not refilled. The variety was also quite limited. Parking was convenient. There are a few covered parking spaces under the building, including an EV charger, as well as additional outdoor parking. Parking is free for hotel guests. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location, though the breakfast could be improved.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Habitación: Limpia y ordenada, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. No enfriaba lo suficiente. Baño: La tubería tenía una fuga y la presión del agua del lavabo era muy baja. Solo se proporcionaron champú y gel de ducha. No había cepillo de dientes. Piscina cubierta: El agua estaba muy turbia. Ambiente: La habitación no estaba insonorizada. Dado que el hotel está cerca de la carretera principal, el ruido exterior era bastante fuerte y podía perturbar el sueño. En general: El edificio del hotel es bastante antiguo y necesita mantenimiento. Aunque la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, varias instalaciones no funcionaban correctamente, incluyendo el aire acondicionado y algunos accesorios del baño. La piscina cubierta tampoco estaba bien mantenida. Además, el ruido de la carretera principal cercana puede molestar a las personas con sueño ligero, ya que las habitaciones no están completamente insonorizadas. En general, la estancia fue regular, pero se necesitan mejoras para aumentar la comodidad y la experiencia de los huéspedes.
