The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. It felt safe with the fingerprint and face recognition. The location is convenient and secured. The room was clean and spacious, esp for the cost. It is worth it. Great views from the room and rooftop! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again if ever I’m re visiting Cape Town. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

У отеля 4 звезды, но в номере нет ни кофемашины, ни тапочек, ни халатов. Местами отель требует ремонта. Все бы ничего, если бы ценник не был таким высоким. 20 тысяч за ночь (самый дешевый номер с видом на дорогу) - очень дорого, на мой взгляд. В районе отеля поблизости нет ни магазинчиков, ни кафе (кроме тех ресторанов, что на территории отеля работают), что бы куда-то добраться, нужно ехать на такси(но это не проблема, ценник довольно гуманный). Недалеко находится огромный торговый центр. Завтраки в отеле были неплохие. Так же у отеля 2 бассейна, на 1 этаже с видом на океан и Кейптаун и еще один на крыше. А еще до этого были в 6/7 отелях и апартаментах в Кейптауне и других городках и везде были приветственные напитки (где-то соки, где-то вино), в некоторых фрукты или сладкое, во всех были кофемашины, но в этом отеле ничего этого не было. А еще из минусов, в номере прям над кроватью, сыпется побелка/штукатурка. Не приятно.

It was good I was just only Informed that breakfast was not part of the stay which left me disappointed as usually hotels include this.

Nuevo hotel en buena ubicación. Las habitaciones son grandes y bien equipadas con cocina pequeña y lavavajillas con secador. El baño con ducha está limpio y también bien equipada. El desayuno es amplio con mucho fruta, pan delicioso y café fresco por elección. Dado que el hotel está en una calle atractiva con gastronomía, se hace más fuerte por la noche. Reservaríamos el hotel inmediatamente.

Muy buena estancia en Ciudad del Cabo, muy bien ubicada con fácil acceso. Habitación muy bonita pero la limpieza necesita mejorarse, hay polvo en los muebles y el suelo. Además los baños no estaban muy limpios. También puedo añadir que las ventanas son de un solo cristal, por lo que son bastante ruidosas por la noche.

Посетили отель в январе 2026 года . Нам все понравилось номер студия с балконом вообще топ 🔥 Удобное расположение, парковка паркинг все есть . Единственный минус в нашем номере не работала стиральная машина, и мы постоянно ходили просили , чтобы нам выделили комнату для стирки, напрягало немного. И неприятный момент, что с нас сняли 350 зар , за  испачканную простынь , это случилось исключительно случайно независимые обстоятельства женского организма (((

Disappointing — Not the Taj Experience I Expected I stayed one night at Taj Cape Town and, having stayed, worked, and studied at other Taj properties worldwide, I left feeling that this hotel does not deliver the signature “Taj” experience. Location: Excellent — centrally located and convenient for business and sightseeing. Rooms: Very good. The guest room was well-appointed, comfortable, and met the standard I expect from a five-star property. No complaints on accommodations. Food & Beverage: Below expectations for a Taj. The breakfast buffet was serviceable but average — acceptable for a quick meal, but nothing memorable in terms of variety, presentation, or quality. The on-site Asian restaurant is extremely small (about five tables) and suffers from poor ventilation: the exhaust does not appear to function adequately, so the space quickly fills with an oily cooking smell that lingers and detracts from the dining experience. The food itself was below the quality I would expect from a Taj-branded restaurant. Service & Brand Feel: This is where the hotel most noticeably misses the mark. While staff were professional, the overall atmosphere lacked the warm, polished service and attention to detail that distinguishes other Taj properties I have experienced. It felt more like a standard city hotel operating under the Taj name rather than a hotel delivering the full Taj brand promise. Value: Concerning. The hotel charges approximately INR 2,000 per day for parking — a steep add-on that should be clearly communicated up front and factored into the overall value proposition. Summary: The location and rooms are strong points, but the average breakfast, a small and poorly ventilated Asian restaurant, and an overall absence of the characteristic Taj hospitality leave this property short of expectations. If you are seeking the classic Taj experience, this particular hotel may not meet that standard.

¡El personal de recepción fue encantador! Gracias a Thembisa por ayudarnos a reservar nuestras divertidas excursiones por Ciudad del Cabo. ¡Un saludo a Albert, que siempre nos recibe con los brazos abiertos! Excelente ubicación con habitaciones espaciosas. El desayuno era bueno y muy variado. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Pasábamos por allí y nos detuvimos en el hotel, donde nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. Es encantador y muy grande. El vestíbulo es acogedor y los gerentes son excelentes y amables. Está impecablemente limpio y hay música agradable tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes. Hay piscina. Por las noches, hay música en vivo en el restaurante. Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y tenía una magnífica vista de las montañas. Al regresar, nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida. ¡Qué bien! La zona es excelente, en pleno centro. Todo era tranquilo y seguro. ¡Recomendamos ampliamente este hotel!
