Everything was great except the breakfast. I made a reservation with breakfast included, but breakfast was not a buffet, but a sandwich. I paid additional 2,200 yen per person for the buffet.

Recientemente me quedé en el Hotel R9 y tuve una experiencia agradable, dandole una calificación global de 4 de 5. Recomendamos este hotel, especialmente para estancias cortas como visitas de noche. El concepto único de las habitaciones individuales de contenedores en el Hotel R9 añade un toque de novedad a la experiencia. Encuentro las habitaciones limpias y bien mantenidas, ganando un perfecto 5 de 5 para limpieza. El hotel R9 dispone de instalaciones como piscinas de primavera, piscinas y saunas, pero ofrece una cómoda lavandería, especialmente útil para los viajeros de familia y solitarios en un largo viaje, pero con una breve estancia en el hotel. Además, el hotel ofrece la opción de sumergirse en un baño de agua caliente, que es especialmente rejuvenecedor cuando se siente cansado. Sin embargo, considerando su atención a ofrecer una estancia cómoda y única, la experiencia global compensa las instalaciones limitadas. El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas, con una excelente ubicación, con una excelente calificación de 5 de 5 al conducir. El hotel R9 es una excelente opción para los viajeros que buscan una estancia corta y conveniente.

Reservé una habitación doble, pero se ha actualizado a una habitación doble! ¡Hay una instalación caliente junto a la que usé. Este es un lugar muy bueno. No hay muchas tiendas de arroz alrededor, por lo que es mejor decidirlo de antemano.

The hotel located nearby higashi Karatsu station, and provides shuttle services (need to contact/book earlier) for return trips to the train station. Located just beside the river, the room has amazing view overlooking the river and bridges. Onsen is good but I wish there is outdoor onsen that can see the amzing sunset. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Loved the private onsen experience! Breakfast was especially delicious, highly recommend not skipping it for sleeping in, the tofu porridge is something I’ll crave forever. If you’re arriving by train, there’s a guest info center next to the train station where you can ask them to call the property to pick you up! Very convenient. Room was immaculate with lots of amenities. Felt incredibly pampered. Location is a little far off from the convenience shops, but there are a number of things to sight-see and nice restaurants within 30mins walking distance.

A very pleasant stay in Ureshino Onsen area. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms compared to typical business hotels in Japan. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have its own onsen, there are excellent public hot springs just nearby, which made the experience unique and relaxing. The location is quiet and perfect for unwinding, especially for travelers looking to enjoy nature and hot springs. Staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were simple but convenient. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We chose to stay here because hotels in Fukuoka were very expensive, and since we had the JR Pass, this location right beside the Tosu station was super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great — especially the included breakfast! It was a wonderful chance to try local Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast starts as early as 6:30am, which was very thoughtful — I still remember rushing to catch the 6:50am train to Fukuoka after eating, and I even had 5 minutes to spare, haha! Staff were friendly and helpful, though English communication was a bit more limited — probably because it’s not a major station area. Still, everyone had a great attitude and tried their best. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

Highly recommend this hot spring hotel! It perfectly captures the traditional Japanese style. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and the matcha green tea–style hot spring was truly unique—it left my skin feeling incredibly smooth thanks to the special water quality. Both dinner and breakfast were authentic Japanese meals, and the service was professional. A free shuttle to/from the JR station is also provided. An excellent stay!

Drove there. Our room is located first floor with private onsen bath in the room. No shoes are allowed when you first step into the Ryokan. Slippers are provided. Staff are friendly and nice, the room is clean and spacious. Food was typical Japanese breakfast. The private in-house onsen bath was awesome but sadly on the second day, the onsen bath tub started to leak hot spring water from all sides of the bath tub and from the wall and there is no way to stop the water gushing out! As a kind gesture, the manager gave us some private time on the private onsen (require booking)

很讚的酒店，衹有16間房。我們預訂了2間，1間是面對海景的户外有温泉的房間，1間是帶浴缸的海上漂浮房間。訂的是一宿二泊，晚餐有竹﨑蟹🦀大的海老，尤其是蟹黃飯，很特別。 酒店設施也不錯，房間很大，都有休息區域。 唯有不足的就是交通，沒有公共交通。我們是自駕，當日也可以讓酒店到就近的車站接送。
