Spacious room with a complementary breakfast. Great location as well. Closed to JR station. Various of public car park nearby too.

Close to jr station but won’t choose it next time. Stayed there for two nights as no choice of hotels due to the balloon event. the twin room is so small and hygiene was not that good, we saw a cockroach in the lobby, probably due to the restaurant next to it.

非常非常的推薦有預算的都選擇這個酒店！ 房間窗户可以直接看到護城河～距離景點（熱氣球、神社）都非常的近！ 交通：佐賀車站直接坐昭和巴士（唐澤方向）可以到酒店 或者最方便直接打車。 服務：最後一定要誇一下酒店前台的服務人員！真的幫大忙了！由於九州地區暴雨被滯留在了佐賀出不去，然後行動不方便，想把行李直接快遞到福岡酒店。 前台有一位戴眼鏡的女士，特別好的協助我填寫宅急便訊息！雖然最後快遞公司因為大雨的原因，可能無法在我離店之前將快遞寄到我下一個酒店放棄了，但是酒店服務人員還是大大的協助了我！ 餐飲：夏天太熱了，就在酒店一樓的咖啡廳坐下來邊喝咖啡邊看風景吧，也是非常不錯的一種休閑選擇。（年輪蛋糕很好吃）

The Hotel is very accessible. 2 minutes walk from Tosu station. There is also Lawson beside. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are welcoming and some can speak English. The food from the restaurant is delicious.

We chose to stay here because hotels in Fukuoka were very expensive, and since we had the JR Pass, this location right beside the Tosu station was super convenient. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great — especially the included breakfast! It was a wonderful chance to try local Japanese dishes, and I really enjoyed it. The breakfast starts as early as 6:30am, which was very thoughtful — I still remember rushing to catch the 6:50am train to Fukuoka after eating, and I even had 5 minutes to spare, haha! Staff were friendly and helpful, though English communication was a bit more limited — probably because it’s not a major station area. Still, everyone had a great attitude and tried their best. Overall, a very satisfying stay!

The hotel had a very good location which is just next to the JR station. The room is very clean and has a good view. Staff at the reception are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet style with excellent food. But it would be better if dessert or some fruit could be served too. Anyway the breakfast was very good.
