CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

謝謝文騫El servicio es excelente, la habitación está limpia, hay una máquina de café en la habitación que puede lavarse, la sala tiene una mesa de baloncesto que puede jugar, y la galleta de la puerta de la sala es muy deliciosa.

LLEE CHUN YANGWe were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times.
A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform.
We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen.

群群群潘雖說被升等香榭四人房，但實際並沒有太大差異感受。嬰兒床墊上有隻小蟲蟲被壓扁出血黏在上面。隔音如網評略差。除此，其餘硬體設施都還算不錯，平日的泳池三溫暖spa和小小孩放電區都算寬敞👍🏻有機會還是會入住。 ps 離場時第二停車場的感應不佳，先生下車來回跑了三次到對講機請開門，入口區也好多車等進來，門就是不開🤣不然就是和對講機說請開門，結果其它車進來了，我們還沒出去就又放下閘門了。

LLucasoPros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms.
Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

HHironoriGood budget hotel with reasonable cleanliness, easily walkable from Hsinchu Railway Station. I was also able to walk around the West of the hotel (Old Hsinchu City Area). The hotel helped me charter a taxi to visit East of the hotel (Hsinchu Science Park Area), further to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), too, which indicates the hotel's willingness to meet guests' needs.

SSeng KeongEventhough there are some wrong messages between Trip. Com, their agent agoda and the hotel. But the hotel's staff was handling it in patients and good manners.
Also a credit to Trip. Com service team, very easy to keep in touch through data call and very fast to identify their issues. Best thing of Trip. Com was very responsibility and accountable on their advertisements in their platform. Eventually they made a compensation for the mastake.

WWEIFENGFui en coche y fue fácil encontrar el hotel. No muy lejos del mercado nocturno. También hay un subsidio hotelero de 100 dólares taiwaneses para el estacionamiento. El desayuno es muy bueno. Fui con niños. La relación precio / rendimiento es buena y se puede recomendar. La actitud de servicio es muy buena.
