Hoteles en Hsinchu con desayuno

I had a really nice stay at Episode Hotel Hsinchu. The place feels modern and cozy, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is also convenient for business but not so for leisure holiday. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, easy stay in Hsinchu.

We had a good time in the ho hotel. room was spacious and clean. breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

Hay un estacionamiento en el interior, el salón del hotel es muy bonito, y bonos de recepción (tarjeta, helado, fruta), el cuarto es muy grande y muy cómodo, la ubicación es grande para abrir la maleta hay muchas posiciones, muy bueno, el cuarto de baño tiene un ventilador de aire acondicionado, y el futuro querrá quedarse otra vez

Positivos: - Perfecto resort familiar con toneladas de actividades para los niños. - el desayuno es fantástico, en términos de sabor y variedad, especialmente el uso de comida local hsinchu - habitación grande, cómoda y con bonito decoro - International Power Socket - champú infantil, jabón y loción proporcionada - Eco-friendly (acondicionamientos de baño como toallas, pasta) sólo a petición - piscina interior - sauna Negativos - la ubicación no es la mejor (en el lago, pero no cerca del centro de la ciudad o de otras instalaciones. - el sonido de aislamiento no es perfecto. Quizás sólo mi habitación. El cuarto frente a la carretera, puede oír el sonido del tráfico.

El personal es amigable y accesible el agua y el café es ilimitado y me encanta más la cama es agradable por lo que lambot ❤️🇹🇼👍

La habitación se veía un poco anticuada en algunos detalles; las esquinas del baño estaban oscuras y el suelo parecía sucio (o más bien, el color y el material le daban esa apariencia). Por lo demás, ¡fue genial! Tenía bañera y el personal era muy amable. Sin embargo, no había aparcamiento para motos porque hay un restaurante de fondue en la planta baja, y está lleno de clientes desde la noche hasta la madrugada. El callejón también estaba lleno; solo se podía aparcar en las plazas de aparcamiento de la calle contigua.

Eventhough there are some wrong messages between Trip. Com, their agent agoda and the hotel. But the hotel's staff was handling it in patients and good manners. Also a credit to Trip. Com service team, very easy to keep in touch through data call and very fast to identify their issues. Best thing of Trip. Com was very responsibility and accountable on their advertisements in their platform. Eventually they made a compensation for the mastake.

El viaje familiar de años, básicamente el servicio es bueno, el lugar también es bueno, es conveniente comprar cosas cercanas para comer y cocinar, el desayuno también es bueno, sólo el estacionamiento en el sótano está lleno, el estacionamiento en el mercado cercano también puede estacionar

Booked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601. Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated. The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.  Other than that it appears to be clean. As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm. Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener. And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right. She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬 Next, AC controller doesn’t work. She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead. How eventful.  Won’t stay again if I can help it. Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
