ホテルへは仙台駅前西口からペデストリアンデッキを通りPARCO2を目指す。PARCO2営業中ならそのまま中に入り正面中央にあるエスカレーターで1階へ、左手奥にある朝市口から出ると左へまっすぐ。右手にセブンイレブンが見えたらさらにまっすぐ進むとすぐ右手にあります。PARCO2が閉まっている早朝や夜に着く方は、左手に進むと隣のビルEBeans（イービーンズ）前にエレベーターがあります。 アメニティは欲しい物をロビー前で取得。部屋にはスリッパがありますが使い捨てのものがよければここで。お茶の粉末スティックや綿棒なども置いてあります。 部屋鍵は差し込みタイプなので出かける際はフロントへ預けます。バスルームのバスタブは狭いので男性や大柄の人にはキツイかもしれません。シャンプーなどはPOLA、ハンドソープもありました。コンセントもベッドにあり便利でした。 素泊まりで予約したが評判なので当日フロントで¥1100支払い朝食を利用しました。牛タンカレーや三角揚げを焼いたりできるのがとても良かったです。 口コミにありましたが夜中に油のようなニオイがしたのがマイナス点ですが、トータル的には値段も含め良いホテルだと思いました。 1階フロント奥側に喫煙所・コインランドリー・電子レンジがあるそうです。各階で違いますが私が泊まった階には製氷機・コカ・コーラ社自販機・ズボンプレッサーがエレベーター前にありました。 お値段もお安すくビジネスホテルなので、男性客が多かった印象です。

Es mi 2o estancia aquí en este hotel, y me encanta. Nice espacio para un solo ocupante, cómodo cama y cocinas. Me gusta la parte donde puedo abrir ventana ligeramente ajar para ventilación. La habitación está muy bien equipada, y el personal de servicio es amable y útil.

Great hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance to JR central train station with limited car parking facilities directly behind the hotel and next to a local train station (which we forgot the name of the station as we rented a vehicle). If you drive to the hotel and decided to use the hotel car park (subject to availability), the hotel will charge you ¥1500.00 per night with unlimited entry and exit within the next 24 hours. Of course there are plenty of other car parks nearby too which offers cheaper rate for parking but you’ll have to hunt around or just pay the ¥1500 for the convenience. The onsen (indoor only no outdoor and the water is milky) is located on the 2nd floor which is the same floor with the hotel only restaurant which offers buffet breakfast. The gender separated onsen closes at midnight and won’t be opened till 9am the next day so you’ll need to time yourself well. There is a laundry and dryer self service facilities with vending machines and complimentary ice making machine on the 2nd floor for your convenience. Breakfast is a typical western and Japanese affairs however you won’t be left hungry. Service is of typical Japanese affairs where you will be greeted each time you walk past the reception. The hotel encourages you to pick up tea bags, onsen body scrubs, tooth brushes, combs etc next to the ground floor lifts before you head up to your room. If you stay more than a day but less than 3 days, the hotel won’t provide room service but they’ll gladly change the towels and clear the bins for you. We are allocated to a smallest room on 11th floor (room:1106) facing the Yodobashi multi story car park, so request for any middle rooms facing the train station would get you a bigger a better view. Comfortable stay and nice bed and good bathroom and for the price we pay, we have no complain.

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

Habitación muy espaciosa. La nuestra tenía un sillón de masaje, ¡lo cual fue genial! Cerca de restaurantes y zonas comerciales, pero un poco a pie de la estación JR. Personal muy amable. El desayuno estaba bien, pero no era impresionante. El vestíbulo era bastante agradable y ofrecía café gratis.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and kind from the very start of the booking process, so informative when I asked about room type and the condition that I was looking for. I spend time there for 2 days 1 night with 1 room and 2 meals to celebrate my birthday with my sister. The hotel even passed the information to the restaurant staff and they were kind enough to sing the happy birthday song for me and also gave me a birthday gift. The room was cleaned well and has all the amenities you might need. The private bath was very good too.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking. The atmosphere was dull and devoid of any character or charm. Very close to a JR station, very reasonable price, excellent traditional Japanese food and onsen, comfortable room, friendly staff, but the only shortfall is no luggage storage is allowed after check out at 10 a.m. (not even the same day storage). We have to carry the luggage to the public locker of the next JR station for temporary storage.
