El hotel está actualmente en proceso de renovación del vestíbulo, por lo que la entrada y salida se realiza a través del vestíbulo del supermercado Billion. Dicho esto, el hotel integró el pasillo temporal y extendió los puestos de seguridad y la recepción al vestíbulo temporal. El vestíbulo del hotel es amplio y hermoso, y el personal siempre estuvo disponible, atento y servicial. El registro fue bastante sencillo. Mi habitación era muy espaciosa y la decoración, aunque un poco anticuada, sigue siendo buena. Sin embargo, el papel pintado del pasillo exterior necesita un poco de cuidado. El baño está bien y cuenta con cómodos asientos y zonas de trabajo. La cama es enorme y las comodidades son adecuadas. ¡La conexión wifi es fácil y muy rápida! La variedad del desayuno es tan buena como la de cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas, aunque la consistencia en el sabor es un problema. El primer día desayuné muy bien, pero el segundo día fue bastante mediocre, a pesar de los platos casi similares a los del día anterior. El personal del comedor es muy amable y atento a tus necesidades.

I recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay. However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around Kota Bharu. However, the amenities could be improved slightly, as basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

An amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima Kasih sekali lagi untuk Adik Syabil kamu Baik bangetttttttttt

Siempre es mi opción para alojarme en Kota Bharu. Buena ubicación, a poca distancia a pie de Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah. Hay comida por todas partes y el precio es asequible. Hay muchos restaurantes para elegir. En cuanto al hotel, ¡el desayuno es increíble! Delicioso y con una gran variedad de platos. ¡Muy recomendable!

En cuanto a la ubicación, cerca de Pasar Siti Khadijah (ehailing). Nos alojamos en una habitación doble cerca del ascensor, lo cual es conveniente ya que llevo a una persona mayor conmigo. El espacio de la habitación es correcto, aunque no demasiado amplio. Dispone de alfombra de oración, instrucciones para la kiblah, gel de ducha y champú (debes traer tu propio cepillo y pasta de dientes), hervidor de agua y Astro TV con 4-5 canales. Plancha y tabla de planchar en cada planta. La habitación no está insonorizada. El desayuno es correcto (2-3 platos principales, sabroso). El servicio de recepción es amable y bueno. El ascensor era único (transparente, de tirar y empujar). Ventajas: Fácil de conseguir comida, ya que el Pasar Malam estaba justo enfrente del hotel (19:30-22:00). Desventajas: Aparcamiento limitado, cuidado al planchar, limpieza mejorable.

Okay not bad... It's one that has single room. Surprising for a hotel built beside Chinatown, instead of making use of this to build Chinese style hotel it's actually more traditional malay style. Would be better if the Penang laksa is less salty, it's 60% close but can be better.

Tok Aman Bali es mi lugar favorito para pasar las vacaciones porque no está tan lejos de casa. Pero ayer fui y la limpieza no estaba muy bien. Por ejemplo, la zona para caminar olía a basura. Durante el desayuno, los gatos podían vomitar en el restaurante. El baño estaba estancado porque el agua de la ducha no salía por el agujero. Espero que la próxima vez mejoren la limpieza. Soy un gran fan de Tok Aman Bali.

The location of the hotel which is right in the middle of downtown makes it a good choice but the downside is parking is always a problem . There are probably 4 reserved spots for hotel guests only and you need to drive around the street several times bwdire wven finding a spot to park. Amenities are basic. Hotel is small so there is no buffet breakfast area. At best there is packed breakfast in the lobby and you pick it up and eat in your bedroom
