El hotel es ya viejo y requiere de algunas reparaciones. Valoramos mucho que el hotel ofreciese servicio gratuito de transporte desde y al aeropuerto. La piscina está muy bien. La habitaciones que dan a la autopista son muy ruidosas y las ventanas no ofrecen aislamiento sonoro.  Se puede ir andando al centro de la ciudad por camino a través de unos jardines y por la autopista. Aunque Bandar Seri Begawan no es una ciudad preparada para el peatón.

Our stay at The Empire Hotel was truly exceptional! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special mention to Lynn (or Ann—I may have gotten the name wrong) (she was the one driving the buggy in the pic) who was always smiling, friendly, and very accommodating with all our questions. As first-time visitors to Brunei, this experience exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed by the warmth and respectfulness of the people. We enjoyed the in-house cinema and had an amazing meal at Pantai, the food was perfect! they will also say where to have your best sunset/ sunrise view. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended to friends and family!

Excellent stay! The location is perfect—only a 5-minute drive from the airport—and the hotel provides complimentary airport transfers at any time of day, no matter when your flight arrives or departs, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also outstanding: friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast options are not extensive, but considering the very reasonable price, the quality and value are more than satisfactory. If there were a coin laundry facility available, the hotel would be even better. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay, especially for travelers needing quick airport access.

La ubicación de StarLodge está convenientemente situada en el lugar donde yo trabajaba. Las habitaciones son limpias y el desayuno es bueno. Más importante es muy asequible para una larga estancia.

Early Check In before 12pm, few times stay here but this time doesnt need to put deposit ($200) like before. Staff is a boy (frgt to ask the name) is very friendly. Check in process is easy & fast. This time no outside parking coz many events in the hotel, so I park my car in the basement which is free parking till I checked out. Just gv the receiption our car plate no. Satisfied with dis room (529) clean & big room worth the money with free breakfast for 2pax.

Old design hotel. But complete with playground for kid but need to pay for 3 dollar. Parking available and have basement parking. 2 swimming pool available. Breakfast not many choices but good enough. Amenities is limited, the hotel only provide 1 toothbrush. Overall very satisfied as the price is reasonable.

I received very attentive service from the staff starting with the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Bed was comfortable with 4 pillows of different levels of hardness so you can choose which suits best.

The Centrepoint is a historical hotel. Its very old and still operating. I had a huge room, everything was ok. Bed super comfy, bedding ok. Breakfast is incredible ! So many options!!! Staff are super Friendly and always helped me booking my taxi with Dart 🤗🙏🏽 the only thing didn't like is the old style. I prefer modern hotels. All the room and hotel is very old, and the AC is so cold. Even I put it in ”fan modus only” at 30°c and it was cold.... Otherwise nice stay.

La decoración interior de la habitación del hotel es todavía relativamente vieja. Se siente como un restaurante interno. El alto precio no es compatible con el entorno real. No hay supermercados cerca del hotel y la vida es incómoda.
