Muy buena y muy especial experiencia. ¡El salón tiene café todo el día y la noche tiene Macaron! La habitación tiene aire limpio y un estilo sur. También es muy conveniente la ubicación del transporte. En general, es muy recomendable.

I simply must commend the management on their groundbreaking, complimentary wellness program. I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress? Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for! And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise. The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to! So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Las habitaciones del hotel son bastante espaciosas y cómodas, pero en comparación con los hoteles de estrellas de alta gama, las instalaciones son normales y la relación precio / rendimiento no es mala. ¡Es adecuado para viajes familiares!

Cuando entré en la habitación, el olor innegable de orina perfume el aire. Busqué la fuente y, mientras estaba en la cama, la encontré. Era el MATTRESS!!!!! ¡Pido que nos ponga en otra habitación, que fue acompañada de una disculpa. En la otra habitación, huele menos como la orina. Sin embargo, levanté la alfombra y me di cuenta 2 sucias, Quiero decir sucias, SOCKS que habían estado allí desde quién-sabe-cuándo!!!! Esto significa que las hojas no se limpiaron, tampoco!!!! Teníamos que irse!!! Esta fue una excursión de emergencia y nunca volveremos a ir aquí!

El servicio en el hotel era bueno. El hotel estaba cerca de todos los lugares de comida para comer. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Cuando vuelva a Nueva Orleans, reservaré el mismo hotel.

I booked this Americas Best Value Inn & Suites @ Lake Charles I210-Exit-5. There was NOTHING that was comparing to a suite. In fact, it is more like a motel class. There were several factors that made us NOT HAPPY staying here, and will probably will not stay here in future. I am explaining why I rated this hotel/motel below its class: (a) first the hotel is on ”cheap” side. The towels provided were very limited, and there was no towel for the floor. The lighting in the room, as well as thru-out the property was annoying. Everywhere I see bright florescent day-time white light, so bright. The room has this same light from ceiling down. It was so bright, no adjustment. It's hard for a person to sleep, while the other person is awake and needs light. The room is a lacking several fundamental items for a hotel, no coffee machine. The shampoo/soap provided were some sample 1-person ones. The ”breakfast” area was a joke. The only thing proved was coffee, that were not good at all. Yet, trip.com's reservation had me selected either room with or without breakfast. So, I booked with breakfast. But there was nothing provided. I asked the receptionist, he said, they don't have breakfast, just coffee. The plus side was that, they provided a good size refrigerator. And they have the microwave in the 'breakfast” area. Although it seemed a recently built hotel, but it's just a basic motel, lacking basic necessity items in hotel room. Overall, I would not stay here again.

El hotel está justo encima del casino. No hace falta decir que es magnífico. Simplemente coma, beba y diviértase en el casino, pero el tráfico para ir a otra parte es un problema. Tienes que conducir solo.

Ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza y servicio, excelentes.

Un gran lugar para relajarse y pasar un rato a solas. Ojalá limpiaran el piso a fondo mientras mis pies se ensucian.
