典型的北美汽車旅店的模式，入住的大部分都是自駕遊或者是本地的白人週末聚會，每個房間都可以開車到門口，酒吧氛圍挺好，前台的甜餅非常美味。如果習慣北美的自駕旅遊是非常合適的居住場所，週末也可以和朋友一起來這裏聚會，氛圍挺好。但是如果習慣了住五星級酒店的那種全套服務的話，那可能就會有一定反差，這就是北美文化和我們的不一樣之處吧。

Situado en el corazón de Charlottetown, el hotel está cerca de Net Red Lobster Shop. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y ordenadas, habitaciones con cama doble, camas cómodas y capacidad para dos adultos. El hotel ofrece estacionamiento gratuito, una amplia variedad de desayunos, frutas y carnes, y una buena elección.

Harbour House was a perfect place to stay for us! We came to PEI to do the Anne of Green Gables things, and came in the night before to stay at Harbour House. The tea (and coffee) available all day was so nice in the evening, and in the morning. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms very nice, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious! It also let us get to Green Gables early enough to avoid the crowds and hot afternoon weather. Would definitely recommend to any fans of Anne or nice places to stay in PEI! We stayed in the Yellow Room, which is 2 twin beds.

10/10 service and trip. Professional staff and very well trained. The new rooms are so clean and very cozy. Definitely will recommend. Staff are extremely helpful with any issue.

5/5 - uno de los mejores “valor” que he tenido. En realidad, una estancia sorprendente con poca cosa defectuosa. La lavandería y el dormitorio se sentían modernos y muy limpios. Si tengo que defectuar, el ducha de agua de ducha era un poco débil. Pero, el secador de pelo era fantástico y super fuerte, no como los demás hoteles. El servicio era grande y buenas elecciones cuando se trata de desayuno. Situación era decente, a unos 15 minutos en coche al centro. Me disfruté realmente de mi estancia aquí! ¡El 200% recomendaría este lugar, fantástico!

There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

Great location right on the waterfront. Beds are comfortable. However, the hotel needs renovations - the furniture is badly worn, there is a hole in the bathroom ceiling, the shower tiles are dirty, the walls are scratched and dirty, and there is mold growing on the window sill. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Could hear screaming kids, so no sound proofing. Do not plan to return again.

Centrally located for touring PEI, with everything you will need for an extended stay. We used the laundry twice during our stay, and the owner provided us with a great map showing many of the local spots that aren't in the typical tourist guides, including a fantastic place to watch the sunset. We had a very relaxing stay, and really hope to stay here again.
