Hoteles con Bares en Punyab, India

This hotel is good and buffet breakfast is yummy. Communication is a big issue. Tried to ring them but no one answered. (Tried calling direct and on net through Trip App. ) Emailed them but again no response. When asked about it on checking in .. there response was that we did not read it.

Everything was good Mr Nishkar Singh from FB chef was excellent in service and hospitality Appreciate his attention and service

Amazing stay! Excellent staff, always ready to help definitely made our stay very warm and comfortable  Breakfast had a good selection of food Freshly made paratha, masala omelette, puri and many of other dishes.  Hotel was clean  Thank you for a wonderful stay and big thank you to all the staff!

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

Good mid-range hotel especially for the price, however, restaurant and bar over-priced. Easy to get to Temple from there, pool was nice. Really need to STOP giving out plastic bottles - water on arrival, in room and every time you ask for water in the restaurant Staff were excellent.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Attended a wedding and we are happy with the hotel we picked. We had a total of 4rooms booked. The free breakfast was a great place to mingle and discuss the days events. Thank you Priya for having chai ready for us. The only issue was no hot water in a couple of rooms but that was sorted out.

I had a wonderful stay at your property! The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The facilities were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious food, which was fresh and flavorful. The staff was very courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your excellent service!😀
