Debo decir que este lugar es una maravilla. Nunca me sentí tan bien: el dueño es súper amable y la habitación es enorme, con un estilo que lo supera todo. Un auténtico ambiente mediterráneo con un toque único. ¡Definitivamente vale la pena experimentarlo! ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.

EN GENERAL: Un encantador hotel boutique con una preciosa decoración de cuevas y rocas. Lo elegí porque la decoración es una mezcla de ambas, a diferencia de otros de la zona. El servicio es excelente y el personal es muy servicial. Se ofrecieron a ayudarme a subir la maleta a la zona de dormitorio. Fui a principios de temporada, a finales de marzo, y el hotel amablemente me cambió de categoría gratuita a una habitación de lujo, que tiene dos plantas: el baño abajo y el dormitorio arriba. En la habitación, dos ventanas ofrecen vistas de la ciudad de Göreme y los globos aerostáticos, si te levantas temprano para verlos antes del amanecer. También han ampliado recientemente la oferta de terrazas; parece que ahora tienen varias, sin diferentes tipos de almohadas. El desayuno se sirve en forma de bufé libre de 8 a 10 h; la variedad es limitada, pero hay algunas delicias turcas de meze, menemem y huevo cocido a diario, salchichas, un pastel caliente, pan, queso y jamón, y en cuanto a bebidas, zumos, té y café, lo cual está bien. COMODIDADES: El baño es MUY espacioso, pero no cuenta con muchos artículos realmente útiles. No hay ningún kit de higiene personal adicional, así que no hay gorros de ducha, bastoncillos de algodón ni nada por el estilo. Hay una ducha de pie en una esquina, una bañera en el otro extremo y un inodoro en el centro, con lavabo y espejo en otra zona. La puerta incluye un espejo de cuerpo entero. Tiene un diseño precioso, pero la distribución es un poco peculiar y creo que el hotel podría mejorar la experiencia del baño, ya que tiene mucho potencial. El agua caliente, los desagües y la cisterna funcionan perfectamente, así que es sin duda funcional. UBICACIÓN: El hotel también está convenientemente ubicado a unos 10-12 minutos del famoso punto de observación de globos aerostáticos (desde allí se pueden ver despegar). ¡Que se pueda ir andando es increíble! Está ubicado en una pequeña ladera, y la calle principal de Göreme está a solo 20 pasos de la calle principal.

We stayed at their best suite and everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed the private pool and sauna. The breakfast was also very delicious in very luxurious Turkish style. It was easy to park in front of the hotel with a rental car too. We would definitely choose to stay at Karlık Cave Suite next time we come back to Cappadocia!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, puedes caminar hasta el hotel en siete minutos desde la estación de autobuses. La recepcionista del personal al principio estaba bastante alegre. Más tarde, el resto del personal, especialmente un hombre, no sonrió mucho, pero al ver que le encantaban los perros de hojalata, pensé que no importaba. La habitación asignada era muy oscura y estaría en la planta baja. Fui al segundo o tercer piso. Será más luminoso. La calefacción era incómoda, así que les pedí que la apagaran. Aunque solo hacía mucho frío por la noche, no sentí frío por alguna razón. ¿Será porque los materiales de estas casas retienen el calor? Reservamos un paseo en globo aerostático y caminamos hasta la recepción temprano en la mañana para esperar al conductor. Vi al miembro del personal masculino durmiendo y sentí pena por despertarlo. Hay cuatro perros durmiendo con él en la cálida habitación, que se siente muy acogedora. Incluso si el miembro masculino del personal tiene mala cara, no importa. Hay cuatro perros, dos son grandes y dos son bebés. Pueden saltar sobre la arena como quieran. Se nota que la gente de aquí los trata bien. Si te gustan los perros y los gatos, este es el hotel indicado. Cuando regresamos, los perros salieron a recibirnos. Cabe mencionar que el desayuno aquí es bastante bueno. Debes saber que el desayuno general en Turquía es queso, queso y queso, mermelada, miel y mermelada, pan, pan largo, pan redondo, pan plano. Pero el desayuno buffet aquí tiene muchos estilos diferentes y el sabor es bastante bueno. Vi que lo preparaba una señora un poco gorda con sentimientos maternales. Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

非常特別的主客交融的住宿體驗！ 酒店位於格雷梅小鎮邊緣，夜晚非常安靜。去格雷梅小鎮可以先走到路邊再打車（大概160-250里拉左右）洞穴房是當地特色，不可避免有灰，但衞生過關的，但不是每天打掃，可以去要缺的備品。 酒店早飯是固定的餐食，可以一邊看景色一邊吃，老闆推薦周圍的BBQ house物美價廉非常好吃，推薦！ 預訂之後，可以讓老闆幫忙預訂項目。我訂了接送機、綠線和熱氣球，車子會來門口接送，價格相對合理，入住時付現金即可，非常省心~ 因為類似民宿不是標準化的酒店，雖然門鎖和熱水不太好調（開門技巧是用力壓着門，開熱水技巧是先調全冷水再轉熱）但老闆人非常友好也很健談，在卡帕的三天非常開心~！

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.
