I came to the wrong hotel after landing, being my first time. I met the staff who made it clear that I had mistake but I was still at vista homes. After short deliberation they have me a room worth more than the basic room I had booked and I cannot be thankful enough. Very patient and very kind people. Any time I am in Kigali I am never going anywhere else

If you want to experience the city life of Kigali the 2000 Hotel Downtown is just the right place for that. The hotel room is tidy and comfy. Service of the staff exceptional and very good. Highly recommended for when staying some days in Kigali

I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel! 😊 It’s super clean and in a perfect location. The only little downside was that breakfast isn’t included for standard rooms over $100. Other than that, I absolutely loved it! The restaurant and bar deserves ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨ ✨

El hotel está muy cerca del distrito central de Kigali, con una fácil conmutación en la zona libre de coches. Alimentos y bebidas son muy razonables y de buena calidad. La piscina está en la sombra de la tarde, pero todavía es un área agradable para sentarse alrededor y disfrutar de un solador. Gran café Barista, cena de bife se recomienda muy bien. Buffet de la tarde es razonable y tiene una fantástica selección de alimentos de buena calidad, desiertos y frutas

The hotel has all you need for 1-2 nights. The street is noisy if your room is facing the street. Staff are nice though.

Nuestro cuarto cuenta con un gran balcón al aire libre. Aunque no hay balcón, el cuarto de los amigos cuenta con una sala de reuniones. Mucho es más cómodo que el bar normal. La recepción del hotel es muy entusiasta. Nos ayudó a reservar un conductor al parque nacional. El servicio de recepción de la cita por correo es también muy bueno cuando vaya, La desayuno es muy buena. La cena es bastante deliciosa, y la comisión está incluida en la comisión. La falta de China es que el conductor que nos ha pedido 60 cuchillos después de que el hotel se regaló al aeropuerto nos ha pedido 35 cuchillos antes de la recepción.

My room was not vacuumed during my stay, and some toiletries were missing; I had to repeatedly contact reception for items such as a dental kit. Although I had booked without breakfast and subsequently paid for it at the hotel, I was still approached by service providers during my meal to inform me that payment was outstanding. This was quite upsetting and embarrassing, particularly as the reception staff did not appear to be coordinating with those providing service. Would i eat breakfast and not pay??? Like really 😒

El servicio es muy bueno, la habitación también es muy limpia y higiénica. Hay un hotel en el lugar, se ha elegido para mucho tiempo sin sentir que no hay una mejor opción que Wanhoo, vale la pena ir de nuevo

シングルルームは部屋に窓無し、風呂場にのみ小さな高窓。エアコンなし。当然風が入らず暑い。キガリで晴れると、このホテルのエアコン無しのシングルルームには暑くて居ることができない。シングルルームには、冷蔵庫もない。テレビは電源は入るが、多くの部屋で(このホテルには宿泊4回目)何も映らない。映っても、チャンネルは3つのみ。朝食のパンのレパートリーは多く、カプチーノやカフェラテも旨い。果物の種類は多いし、野菜入りのオムレツは塩加減もとても良い。フロントの対応も良い。設備のみ、問題である。
