The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out. The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning. Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

El hotel está a las afueras de Kotor. Si bien no tiene vistas a la bahía de Kotor, ofrece una vista despejada del aeropuerto y la bahía de Tivat. También se puede ver el puerto de Montanengro. Está situado en la cima de una colina con aire muy limpio. Quienes viajen en coche podrían preferir este hotel. La habitación cuenta con lavadora, lavavajillas, hervidor, fogones, nevera, vajilla, ollas y sartenes; de todo. Incluso hay detergente, pero como ya mencioné, está bastante lejos del centro de Kotor, por lo que resulta ideal para quienes viajan en coche. Sin embargo, no se alojen en la habitación C20; es increíblemente húmeda. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación, pero no fue posible.

El hotel es parte de la pared, el estilo de decoración antiguo y tradicional, el viaje es muy conveniente, el personal de servicio es muy entusiasta, ayuda a reservar un coche también es barato, el desayuno es rico, el agua caliente es buena, la única sugerencia es que el coche puede montar dos manos para reducir el riesgo de deslizamiento. ¡Un hotel muy cálido!

The hotel I stayed at was a small, cozy, and clean place by the sea. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. If I have the chance in the future, I would definitely stay here again!

Номер большой, красивый, много удобств, комнатных и ванных принадлежностей, красивая терраса с теплым полом. Спасибо за теплый прием! Обязательно вернемся!

La ubicación del hotel es buena, a 300 metros de la puerta de la ciudad. Los edificios antiguos, todas las instalaciones son muy pequeñas, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y son muy inadaptables. No hay agua potable en la habitación de los huéspedes, todo desde Jane, como el hotel económico interno, el aire libre puede dormir. Más de 2000 dólares en gastos de habitación, el mapa de la antigua ciudad y la antigua pared de la ciudad es conveniente para subir a la vista. El desayuno es muy pequeño y la comida es buena. En resumen, la sensación personal es muy general, las personas que le gustan pueden sentirse bien.
