La entrada fue mucho más difícil que mi última estancia, que fue decepcionante. No había internet disponible durante la visita, por lo que la TV no funcionaba en absoluto. También, el ducha claramente necesitaba mantenimiento. En general, no la experiencia suave que yo tenía anteriormente. No hay caja de salida precoz que haya llevado a ser retrasado a la conferencia.

This is the third time I've stayed here and everything about this place is fantastic. However, the office closes at 5 pm and customers have to call for check-in process after this time. Either the office hours should be till 7 pm or the staff should call the customers regarding their arrival time.

El hotel es excelente y muy recomendable! ¡Afortunadamente estamos dispuestos a quedarnos en una habitación de esquina con vista panorámica! La única interrupción es el desayuno... que está mezclado con los otros dos hoteles y por debajo del estándar esperado.

Week Visit to Townsville and loved it. Great Location and very hand to everything you need.. Close to Cowboys Leagues Club and walkable to the new Stadium

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación doble, como habíamos pedido. La habitación parecía espaciosa, pero cuando entramos al baño, la bañera estaba sucia, la ducha estaba llena de moho y había un olor muy extraño que venía del desagüe. Cuando fuimos a encender el aire acondicionado, la unidad estaba llena de moho y se podía oler. Fuimos a la recepción y preguntamos si podíamos cambiar de habitación, ya que nos acomodaron y nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho más moderna y limpia. La zona de la piscina es preciosa y el personal fue muy servicial. Por el precio que pagamos por noche, fue una excelente relación calidad-precio y una visita a la ciudad costó unos 9 dólares.

La piscina del apartamento con servicios es buena. Las vistas son bonitas, ya que nos alojamos en la planta alta. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren.

La habitación está cansada. Las habitaciones son baratas en comparación con otros alojamientos cercanos, tan populares con los retaguardistas. La cama tenía el olor subtil de humo de estafa. También cam de depósito de seguridad sólo son visa o Mastercard, no hay efectivo ni amex, y si usa una tarjeta de débito, se saca dinero. El hotel está en una situación muy difícil, pero no es muy fácil.

Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Cairns—what a treat! Check-in kicked off with those legendary warm chocolate chip cookies—pure bliss after a long flight. Bedrooms were massive and super comfy, with all the space you need to unwind. Pool area's tropical vibes nailed the Aussie escape, and staff were friendly pros. 5/5, cookie alone worth the stay! 🍪🏖️

AMAZING location! Right in the center of everything: food, events, fine dining, river bank, beautiful gardens - very convenient to get around from here. Cool style, old-school colonial building. A few rough patches that could use a face-lift, but can defo still feel the wealth and power behind the design. Really comfy beds that you just melt into. Great AC and wifi. Beautiful marble and colonial style. Very helpful staff with lots of ideas and recommendations. Thank you, loved the stay
