Estaba aquí dos veces. La primera era realmente buena, la segunda vez la habitación todavía tenía un poco de rubia. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones son tranquilas. Situación es grande, cerca de la mega estación de transporte y el transporte público. El desayuno era simple - no queso ni yogur - pero bien. La única cosa negativa es el WiFi. Es lento y a veces se abraza. También tiene una cuota mínima.

We had a wonderful stay at Brisbane Skytower Apartments and would definitely book again! Location: Right in the heart of the CBD, with Queen Street Mall, South Bank and the casino all within easy walking distance. So convenient for exploring the city. Room: More like a stylish studio apartment than a standard hotel room. Very spacious, bright and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. We had a lovely view overlooking the river. Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped – not just basic stuff, but actual cookware, utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a decent-sized fridge. Perfect if you feel like cooking. Also great to have both a washing machine and dryer in the room, really handy for travellers. Service: The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stored our luggage with them for a few hours after check-out so we could explore before heading to the airport – no issues at all. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for space, convenience and a home-away-from-home feel.

Recomiendo muy bien este hotel. El hotel está en una situación muy difícil, pero no es un hotel muy agradable.

La propiedad fue encontrada por Kayak, que me llevó a Trip.com. La confirmación de correo electrónico tenía las fotos correctas y eso es cuando me di cuenta que algo extraño estaba pasando. No sabía que compartiría este pequeño apartamento con un extraño hasta que me desperté. Es básicamente el apartamento de alguien. El salón tiene una zona cortada donde creo que alguien más está dormido. La galleta huele como si alguien ya la hubiera usado. El salón tenía un ventilador de pie desaparecido. La habitación no está cerrada, así que no me sentí segura dejando nada valioso allí, dejando dormir con un extraño justo a la puerta. Wifi tampoco funcionaba. Me fui inmediatamente y encontré en otro lugar para quedarme. No vale el dinero en absoluto, sólo una situación muy extraña. Viajo mucho y nunca volveré a usar Trip.com. No puedo confiar en él.

The room was very clean, and the female front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were given slippers for free, and the complimentary coffee was delicious. Since it was Christmas, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, which made it very convenient.

The hotel has a nice and classy overall look, but the room and bathroom felt somewhat dated. The front desk staff were unfriendly and not very accommodating, which was disappointing. However, the concierge team was excellent—very helpful and genuinely welcoming. The main advantages of this hotel are its location and the great concierge service. During my stay, several events were held in the hotel hall, and it became overcrowded, making it uncomfortable for in-house guests to use the facilities such as pool etc. Despite paying a substantial amount for accommodation, the hotel declined even a 30-minute late check-out request, which was quite frustrating. Overall, you could easily spend less—or top up a little more—and enjoy far better service at other nearby hotels.

Mould throughout wet areas. Major health hazard for my handicapped son who is a chronic asthmatic No maintenance done. Ceiling in several spots is collapsing. Toilet lid broken. Shower head unable to be kept upright so you can have a hands free shower. Balcony louvre screen panels were off the sliding rail so you could not slide them. Etc, etc, etc .....

Location of the resort is very good, on the river, close to the Surfers Paradise central area and walking distance to the beach. It has lots of free garage and on site parking. It has tennis court, beautiful pool with hot outdoor spa , gym and dry sauna. All service desk guys were very attentive and helpful. Downside is that the resort is old and needs lots of maintenance. All common areas are in need of a facelift. All units have individual owners. The unit I stayed had blocked sink in the bathroom and bed mattress in the bedroom was worn out and sagging to one side. Lucky me I was able to sleep on the other side!
