The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful cleaning lady who always checked to make sure I had enough water and other necessities. The location is ideal as its easy to take the metro into downtown Qingdao and also only a 5 minute walk to the beach from the hotel.

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.
