Como viajero de negocios frecuente, era la primera vez que me hospedaba en un hotel de cinco estrellas y podía dormir hasta que me despertaba naturalmente. ¡El servicio brindado por el chico guapo Evan en la recepción fue excelente y muy agradable! La tía Ruby Zang del departamento de limpieza también es muy amable, trabaja con cuidado y concienzuda. Además, el desayuno buffet del hotel es muy rico y delicioso, ¡especialmente el plato de wonton pequeños! El punto clave es que el baño del vestíbulo también está muy limpio. ¡El conserje también es muy amable! La vista del gimnasio que ofrece el hotel también es muy buena y la calidad del agua de la piscina también es muy buena. ¡Esta es una muy buena experiencia! Volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

El hotel está muy cerca del área escénica de Baotu Spring, a solo tres o cinco minutos a pie. Es muy conveniente poder regresar a descansar después de la visita, ya que el sitio no es muy grande y se puede recorrer rápidamente. Se recomienda levantarse temprano para entrar al parque, recorrerlo y luego volver al hotel a comer y descansar. Por la tarde, se puede salir a las cinco para ir al lago Daming. Los tickets para el autobús turístico dejan de venderse a las 6:30 PM, y los barcos turísticos operan hasta las 9:00 PM. Se aconseja tomar el paseo en barco después de las 7:30 PM, cuando la Torre Chaoran se ilumina. Es recomendable alojarse dos noches seguidas.
El personal de servicio es muy atento y nos obsequiaron pequeños regalos.
El restaurante del hotel tiene un ambiente agradable para comer. También es muy cómodo pedir comida a domicilio, y los supermercados cercanos son muy accesibles.
Para moverse, hay unos pequeños carritos tipo tuk-tuk por unos 20-30 yuanes, lo que hace que sea muy práctico ir a cualquier sitio.

El hotel Wanda es un hotel muy bonito. El lobby es muy grande, Andrew es tan amigable: ofreció una buena ayuda cuando me encuentro y finalmente alguien habla muy bien inglés!
Recomiendo principalmente a los italianos que se pongan su delicioso desayuno: cappuccino, caca, dulce, avena, jam, yogur, nueces .... definitivamente mejor que todos los otros hoteles ch7nese reservados.
También es un gimnasio grande y bien servido.
Aquí hay una buena elección.

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable.
The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message.
This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay.
Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish.
This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

호텔이 매우 만족스러워서 겨울여행임에도 너무 만족이었어요. 저는 1월 겨울 제일추울때 가서 후기가 상대적으로 적더라구요. 저처럼 겨울여행가실분들을 위해 적습니다.
장점
1. 호텔이 정말 사진그대로 예쁘다. 겨울이고 눈이와서 분수도 작동 안하고 다소 황량했지만 그럼에도 예뻤어요. 날좋을때 오면 테라스도 이뻐서 더 좋을 듯 해요. 호텔사진이 진짜 많아요ㅋㅋ 너무 행복했어요.
2. 호텔직원분들이 영어를 못하시지만 엄청 친절하세요. 번역기돌려서 이것저것 잘 도와주시려고 하십니다.
3. 방이 크고 깔끔해요. 화장실 타일 줄눈같은 세세한 청소는 중국 전반적으로 쪼금 부족하지만 엄청 큰 방임에도 깔끔했어요. 생긴지 얼마안되어서 그런가 스마트하게 조작할수 있었고요. 커튼같은거 자동으로 닫힘ㅋ 암막커튼 있어서 빛없이 편안하게 잤어요. 침대도 킹사이즈 정도 되어서 넉넉했어요.
4. 개인적으로 가장 좋았던 점인데요(특히 한국인으로서ㅋ) 바닥이 따셔요... 심지어 화장실 타일도 따셔요.. 그래서 너무 좋았어요ㅠㅠ 히터빵빵만 하면 위에만 따숩고 핵건조한곳 많은데ㅠ 여긴 전체적으로 방에 훈기가 돌아서 좋았어요. 추위를 많이타서 전기장판도 가져갔는데 없어도 무방할 정도로요(쓰긴 썼지만요^^)
단점
거의 유일한 단점은 위치입니다. 위치가 중산로에서 다소 떨어져있어서 대체로 택시를 타야해요. 저는 도보 15분정도라 걸어다니긴 했는데요, 올때 지하철을 탔는데 캐리어끌고 15분은 좀 빡세긴했네요ㅎ 근데 중국은 택시가 싸서 큰문제는 안됐어요. 다만 위치가 외져서 택시가 잡히는데 오래걸려요. 54광장이나 번화가에 가니까 금방금방 잡히더라고요. 그래서 나갈때는 방에서 미리잡고 7분정도 뒤에 나가면 딱맞았어요. 참고하세요^^

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

衞生：看起來裝修很新房間比較乾淨衞生。
環境：編鐘就在酒店的院子裏，早上吃完飯可以在海灘上散步，不用排隊就能拍氛圍感的編鐘和碼頭，拉開簾子正對海邊，海景很美。
服務：服務周到，但是早餐不用太期待，是咖啡店裡做的，種類比較少。

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

Una sorpresa inesperada.
De regreso a Pekín desde Shanghái, pasé por Linyi. Elegí el Hotel Pullman después de buscar en internet.
El mejor hotel de Linyi hace honor a su nombre.
El hotel está situado a orillas del río Yi, con un paisaje precioso. La recepcionista me arregló una habitación con vistas a la Torre de Televisión de Linyi. El paisaje desde la ventana es comparable al Bund de Shanghái.
Hay un aparcamiento subterráneo exclusivo, seguro y cómodo.
El servicio en todos los aspectos del hotel es muy bueno. El personal de recepción, planta baja, buffet y desayuno está muy bien de ánimo y tiene una atención de primera clase. Se nota que el hotel concede gran importancia a la formación en gestión y negocios.
El hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas y equipamiento de alta gama.
El buffet es muy variado, delicioso y asequible.
El desayuno es abundante y tiene todo lo necesario.
El gimnasio exclusivo del hotel está muy bien equipado y bien gestionado. Si vuelves a Linyi, no hay duda de que elegirás el Pullman Hotel.

UUsuario invitadoI found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests.
The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

Desde el momento en que entré al vestíbulo, pude sentir el estilo y la calidez del hotel. El personal de recepción fue muy eficiente y el registro fue especialmente sencillo. Además, tenían una sonrisa amable, lo que hizo que la gente se sintiera muy cómoda al instante.
La habitación era aún más increíble. No solo era espaciosa y luminosa, sino que la higiene era excepcionalmente buena. Las sábanas y los edredones estaban limpios y no había polvo en las esquinas. Las instalaciones también eran muy nuevas: el aire acondicionado enfriaba y calentaba muy rápido, el suministro de agua caliente era estable y el baño era particularmente cómodo. Lo más sorprendente fue el efecto de aislamiento acústico. Era tranquilo por la noche y dormí muy bien.
El desayuno era particularmente variado, tanto chino como occidental, con ingredientes frescos y un sabor excelente, ideal para todos los gustos. El personal también fue muy entusiasta al momento del check-out, y todo el proceso hizo que todos se sintieran muy considerados.
En resumen, ya sea para un viaje de negocios o para un alojamiento turístico, esta es una excelente opción. ¡Lo he incluido en mi lista permanente y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos!

RRoumingxue¡Dios mío! Me sorprendió mucho no encontrar ninguna crítica negativa cuando busqué opiniones, y mi estancia fue excelente. La sala de cine es enorme y también sirve como comedor y espacio de trabajo, ¡además tiene un montón de equipos de gimnasia! Todos los días hay proyecciones de películas, y nos dieron un mapa dibujado a mano con mucha paciencia, se nota que le ponen mucho cariño.

El hotel tampoco está mal. Aunque fue construido antes y la decoración es más antigua, todavía está limpio. . Hay una playa muy cerca afuera, no grande pero suficiente para que jueguen los niños. El mayor problema del hotel es que está un poco alejado, es incómodo para comer y está lejos de las atracciones.

UUsuario invitadoIf you are in Penglai you definitely must stay at the Penglai Manshe Homestays. I can vouch that those stories you read about the amazing lady owner & her concern for her guests are indeed all true. In our case when we contacted her after booking she immediately responded. Then when we initially couldn’t place our Didi order to her place she offered to pick us up. It wasn’t necessary in the end but we were very moved by her thoughtfulness. Plus she was a ready fount of information regarding the attractions in the area. She also welcomes us to keep close contact with her on WeChat. So, if you stay here you are assured that you will be safe in her capable hands, something to consider for clueless foreign visitors!
The room itself was another wonder. She upgraded us to a ground floor room with smart facilities. The bright & airy room was indeed lovely. Everything was carefully planned and in smooth working order. The bedsheets & towels were good quality stuff. We absolutely love them. And don’t get me started on the location! It is walking distance to the Eight Immortals attraction and a short ride to Penglai Pavilion.
The seafood restaurant around the corner offers cheap but delicious seafood with huge portions. So this place definitely has a lot going for it!
