구마가야 근처 호텔 중 최고로 가성비 뛰어난 호텔임 일단 조용하고 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절하고 특히 객실이 넓어서 매우 만족스러움 다음에 또 예약해서 갈 예정임

โรงแรมใหม่ ห้องสะอาด ขนาดห้องใหญ่กว่ามาตรฐานทั่วไปเล็กน้อย แต่แค่นั้นก็ทำให้มีพื้นที่จัดของได้ดีขึ้นเยอะเลย พนักงานบริการดูแลดีมากๆ ช่วยเหลือเต็มที่ มีน้ำแข็ง กาแฟ ให้กดฟรีด้วย มีร้านสะดวกซื้ออยู่ใกล้ๆ ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านขนมปังอร่อย ทำเลดีอยู่บนสถานีรถไฟ มีรถไฟ 3 สาย Tobu-tojo , Tokyo metro สาย Fukutoshin กับ Yurakucho ไป Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Disney land ไม่ยาก อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบเซ็ตเมนู แต่ตักเครื่องเคียง ข้าว ซุปได้ไม่อั้น

Hotel is within 5 mins walk from Kawagoe Station. Very convenient to travel with luggage. Very easy to travel around the area as bus terminal is also nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hotel especially they have a door to close to separate room from the walkway/toilets. TV option can see if the washing machines are available 👍

Uso el hotel todos los meses. Lo uso para relajarme y estoy muy agradecido por la amable hospitalidad del personal. También me proporcionan dos botellas de plástico gratis en el refrigerador de mi habitación, lo cual es muy útil. Espero verlos de nuevo el próximo mes. Gracias.

La ubicación es un poco lejana. Me mudé varias veces en el Super Arena. Es conveniente salir de la estación con 711 camas de noche. También me hice una oferta para estar cerca de la cabina de ascensores. Además de todos los pequeños puntos, es muy bueno. Hay una estadía autoayuda más conveniente abajo, es una opción media.

Este es un hotel nuevo y hermoso. Creo que les impresionará el baño. No hay escalones en la entrada del baño, y me pareció que se le puso mucho cuidado. La cama también era cómoda. Es un hotel muy bueno. En cuanto a la limpieza ecológica, la rechacé porque no beneficia al huésped.

La habitación es muy limpia, muy cerca de la estación de tren, Rosen está al lado de la calle, opera 24 horas, el hotel tiene un depósito gratuito de equipaje, incluyendo desayuno, un hotel de alto precio.

The most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama. It's a few train stops from Ueno and there's more than one way to get there depending if you're coming from say Shinjuku or Ueno. The rooms are immaculate with drip coffee, a humidifier, and you are given the option to have your room cleaned on specific days (not every day). JP customer service, as always, is excellent and although the breakfast buffet doesn't change, the options are more than enough to keep your palate satisfied for a week's stay. There's a Lawson at the second floor and an excellent gym, pool, and spa (not really an onsen). Unfortunately, the sports center isn't free and you have to pay a small fee (1200 yen) to use it but it's more than worth it. It's extremely popular with the older locals and make sure you visit in less busy times. There is a Cocoon mall nearby which is not busy and since the hotel is located in the CBD, you only come across salarymen rather than the annoying Western tourists. I also highly recommend the Railway Museum in Saitama, which is a short 2 stops away. If you're familiar with JP trains and don't mind the short commute, I highly recommend the hotel.

ナビで行きましたがトラックが多く通る道なので大きな車の後ろだと入口が見づらく初めての人は分かりにくいかも知れません。実際、私達は通り過ぎてしまいました。事前に連絡をしていたので足の悪い母は、すぐに車椅子を借りられました。晩ごはんは個室でゆっくりと地元の食材で作ったお料理を堪能。とても美味しかったです。旅館の方たちは皆さん親切でした。 大浴場は掃除の時間帯があり夜遅くには入れません　(23〜24時)。その点露天風呂がある部屋だったので好きな時間に入浴できました。 数多く温泉に行きますが、入った時の柔らかさ、気持ちよさ、私はやっぱり秩父の温泉が一番大好きです。

ラブホテルの業態変化？ 寝るだけなら良いが、ゆっくり休むには適さないかな❢ 朝食は注文しなかったです。水はウォーターサーバーで美味しかった。
