La habitación está al lado del hotel, en dos intersecciones, con una gran puerta de hierro y un guardia que cierra a las 8 p. m., pero no afecta porque hay una llave que puede abrirla. Sin embargo, la decoración de la habitación es muy común. El proyecto de procesamiento rápido cuesta varios cientos de dólares (400). El precio no es caro, apenas se aloja. La ropa de cama es bastante cómoda. Toda la habitación tiene suelo de madera, pero la insonorización es deficiente. Puedo escuchar a la gente a mi lado afuera, por la ventana está la calle. ¡Un poco ruidoso por la noche! ¡Los artículos de aseo son buenos!

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в данном отеле. Мы пожалели, что не остались подольше. Отель невероятно красивый, с богатой историей и это чувствуется. Замечательный бассейн, чтобы поплавать и позагорать возле него. Вид с балкончика у нас был очень красивый. Уборка номера отличная. Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно : яйца, выпечка, йогурты, нарезка сыра и колбасы, фрукты, кофе. Территория отеля большая, чтобы погулять, посидеть в красивом саду. Очень хотели бы вернуться снова. Небольшой минус-отель находится далековато от исторического центра, 30-40 минут пешком, но плюс местоположения в том, что ночью тихо, район спокойный и безопасный.

¡Alojado en esta estructura por dos días! Todo perfecto! De comer , a habitaciones espaciosas (superior) al servicio en la playa! ¡También excelente la pizza (con horno eléctrico) servida en la terraza con vistas al mar.. Quiero decir que me sorprendió la amableza y la disponibilidad de todo el personal, sin exclusión, lo que no es de esperar.

La habitación era muy agradable y la decoración y el mobiliario era muy antigua y agradable. Además de las habitaciones, el hotel cuenta con un servicio de desayuno increíble y un patio muy limpio y un patio de Poll y Scuba, además de un spa y un restaurante. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero con un horrible tráfico en el interior de la ciudad, se encuentra muy bien a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad.

Плюсы: - расположение в 5-минутах пешком от ж/д вокзала, оттуда же ходят автобусы как в аэропорт Палермо, так и в другие города - улица выглядит достаточно безопасной даже вечером, но чистой ее назвать сложно. Район в целом непривлекательный - удобно гулять как в центр, так и в сторону моря. Недалеко есть приятный парк (Villa Giulia). По пути к нему (по стороне отеля), есть неплохой бар-пастичерия Bar Touring (коктейли, кофе, большой выбор пирожных и выпечки, мороженое) - достаточно чисто в номере при заселении (был номер с входом из патио). Видела фото из других отзывов, в моем случае в номере все было в порядке и в рабочем состоянии - хороший, достаточно мощный фен в ванной - завтрак не самый вкусный и разнообразный (варенные яйца, сыр, пару видов мясной нарезки, тостовый хлеб, джем, йогурты, круассаны), но голодными не останетесь Минусы: - плохая звукоизоляция (слышно все и всех, из патио особенно). Если чуткий сон и рано ложитесь или поздно встаете - берите с собой беруши - за 4 дня проживания ни разу не сделали уборку и не вынесли мусор - в номере был большой стол и 4 стула, но нет даже электрического чайника и чашки, чтобы приготовить чай - сотрудников на ресепшен почти никогда нет на месте, большую часть времени он закрыт на ключ.

El servicio al cliente es bueno, debido a la depuración de agua en la piscina de la habitación, el personal intenta organizar el viaje y finalmente se hospeda en la habitación de paisaje del mar, al otro lado es la Plaza de Italia. La cara de tinta del restaurante es deliciosa y el servicio es bueno. Hay un problema con el aislamiento de sonido cerca de la habitación de carreteras

MMike_travelHôtel situé juste à côté du funiculaire pour Taormina. Les chambres sont simples et légèrement datées mais parfaitement suffisantes pour une nuit. L’hôtel bénéfice d’une très belle vue sur la mer. Se garer gratuitement en voiture n’est pas évident en pleine saison (quartier avec beaucoup de passage).

Ad Agrigento era impossibile non andar a vedere la Valle dei Templi, allora abbiamo scelto questo hotel, siamo rimasti entusiasti su tutti i punti, la struttura è eccellente ma forse le persone che ci lavorano lo sono di più, gentilissime ed estremamente cordiali. Hanno saputo rispondere con competenza a qualsiasi domanda e poi la cena, che dire, ottima, non mi immaginavo che il ristorante di un hotel fosse così! La cura nelle pietanze servite è sicuramente da 10, hanno un cuoco o cuoca oltre ogni aspettativa, ripeto non solo nel cucinare, ma nel servire, nel consigliare, nel raccontare e spiegare le pietanze, il tutto non si limitava a degli ottimi cibi ma era condito anche da quel sapere che i gentilissimi camerieri hanno saputo raccontare a dei semplici commensali. IIntravenousNo un hotel, más como un Bnb con servicio limitado Octubre 2025 La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. Nos habíamos decidido aceptar la oferta del anfitrión de un transbordador de aeropuerto (no barato), ya que uno de nosotros tenía sólo una noche en Palermo y cada minuto contaba. El barco llegó 15 minutos tarde, y cuando finalmente llegamos a la propiedad, nadie estaba allí para inspeccionarnos, causando otro retraso incluso si el anfitrión había organizado personalmente nuestro transporte y sabía nuestro tiempo de llegada. El anfitrión ofreció entonces excusas que no se ajustaron a la historia del conductor de la nave (que el conductor ni siquiera sabía nuestro destino tuvimos que y sólo aceptamos efectivo, que no se nos dijeron previamente.) El ingreso fue confuso y desorganizado. A pesar de varios mensajes de texto del host para confirmar nuestra configuración de la habitación (que debería haber sido claro de la reserva), él todavía había asignado las habitaciones equivocadas y había encontrado una vez más excusas, culpando incorrectamente a la plataforma de reserva. Cuando le pedimos que lo arreglara, era relutante, pero finalmente acordó actuar como si nos hiciera un favor aunque ofreciera desayuno gratuito como compensación, que no necesitamos. La experiencia se siente como si una persona intentaba correr un hotel solo y muestra que el huésped prometió responder a los mensajes “en minutos”, pero las respuestas a menudo llevaron horas. Para ser justos, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, aunque en uno de ellos, el ducha estaba frente al dormitorio a través de una pared de vidrio, por lo que tuvo que duchar en la oscuridad por la privacidad. En general, el servicio y el profesionalismo cayeron muy por debajo de las normas del hotel.

GGalina EfimovaDisappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

CClaire MLa Chicca Palace Hotel was a wonderful experience! We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰 It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with. Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3. The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳 And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋 We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ... After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️ We are quite positive that we will return ...

UUsuario invitadoSi pudiera dar este lugar 20/10 para el servicio, lo haría. Después de comprobarnos en (unas horas antes), el receptor nos acompañó con alegría a la estación de gas y nos ayudó a traducir entre italiano y inglés, aclarando el malentendido de la situación. Este era un servicio excepcional y no nos esperaba la bondad. La habitación era increíblemente lujosa - en realidad teníamos 2 dormitorios (apartado familiar) para 2 personas. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad. La cama era muy cómoda y tuvimos un sueño muy tranquilo. Las galletas también eran la altura correcta. Gracias a Dios, había aire acondicionado - nuestro hotel anterior no lo hizo. Dormimos como bebés. El baño tenía todas las comodidades, incluyendo un secador de pelo que es esencial para mí. El mejor para la última - el desayuno la mañana siguiente fue una fiesta absoluta. El desayuno continental se extendió generoso y nos endulzamos en pasteles, yogur, frutas frescas y maravilloso café. Creo que todo está fresco en casa. Cuando nos echamos a ver, nos dio incluso un saco de pasteles para llevarnos a nuestro viaje. ＜3 Recomiendo muy bien este lugar y estoy siempre agradecido por la maravillosa hospitalidad que nos disfrutamos aquí.

CClaire MThis hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃) Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table! But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶 Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂 I can very warmly recommend this hotel! Really! I think, we'll be back!!! ❤️

The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. Here’s an updated version of your review that includes the negative aspects while maintaining a balanced and professional tone: --- **Great Location & Beautiful Room, but Noise Can Be an Issue** I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**. The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience. However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

UUsuario invitadoCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password. The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work. The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day. I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels. 5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.
