A very clean hotel with great customer service at a very central location ... ~ 5-10 minutes walk to the Sarawak Museum, near to carpenter streets and also the river. Have a beautiful view looking over the Sarawak River and Astana / parliamentary house. It has a shopping mall connected it via level LG, G and level 4 where the cafe is located. Will definitely consider staying with Waterfront Hotel again in my next visit to Kuching.

Nos alojamos dos noches en la Torre B para asistir a una boda. La habitación tenía una buena vista del río Rajang. Nuestra habitación tenía llave y bonitas vistas, mientras que vimos la habitación de un amigo en la Torre A, que usaba llave, no tenía vistas y un inodoro viejo (el agua se acumulaba fácilmente alrededor de la bañera y se derramaba en el inodoro al ducharse, lo que mojaba el inodoro). Nos proporcionaron una toalla de baño más fina.
Aunque nuestra habitación solo tenía dos almohadas y no tenía tabla de planchar, el servicio de habitaciones nos la proporcionó gratis si la pedíamos.
El hotel cuenta con una peluquería convenientemente ubicada en el interior, rodeada de restaurantes.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hotel Kuching. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great view of the city. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, close to eateries and attractions, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay — highly recommended!

I had a truly pleasant experience staying at the Grand Margherita Hotel in Kuching. The location is excellent—right by the waterfront—making it very convenient for sightseeing, relaxing walks, and exploring nearby attractions and eateries.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better.
Breakfast had a good selection, with both local and international options, and the dining area was comfortable and spacious. Facilities like the pool and common areas were also well-kept and enjoyable.
Overall, Grand Margherita Hotel offers great comfort, good service, and an ideal location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kuching, whether for leisure or business.

La ubicación era fantástica. Justo al lado hay un 7 eleven. La habitación era bastante amplia y proporcionan toallas nuevas todos los dias. Estuvimos en la planta 7, las vistas son geniales. La moqueta estaba bastante sucia y manchada, ambas noches al despertarnos por la mañana, nos levantamos con varias picadas de insecto...posibles chinches? Aun no sabemos. Lo que si sabemos que no eran de los paseos de la calle, porque estamos bien y nos levantamos con ellas. Recomiendo una limpieza a fondo...

habitación con vista al río. la ubicación es increíble. A poca distancia del paseo marítimo de Kuching. La habitación es modesta y bastante sencilla: decoraciones y muebles sencillos y simplemente aburridos. Decir que el lugar es un hotel de cinco estrellas es una exageración. decepcionado con el aire acondicionado, incapaz de enfriar la habitación al nivel deseable. Las comodidades proporcionadas no son adecuadas para una habitación familiar.

Great Choice for Families with Kids
I recently stayed at this hotel with my small family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for a short and convenient trip. The service was consistently warm and helpful throughout our stay. The receptionist recommended a cozy family room that suited us perfectly — comfortable, clean, and ideal for parents traveling with young children.
One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is within walking distance of many key attractions, making it very easy to plan outings with kids. There’s also a shopping area located within the same building, which was extremely convenient. We were able to get almost anything we needed before 9 PM without having to go far.
As for dining, I wouldn’t recommend the food court attached to the building. The hotel’s own dining options or nearby restaurants offer a much better experience in terms of quality and comfort, especially when traveling with children.
Overall, this hotel offers great service, an excellent location, and a family-friendly setup. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free stay with kids.

3320063****El hotel es bonito. Nuevo. Las instalaciones en el interior son muy nuevas. El desayuno es prácticamente igual que en otros hoteles aquí. Relativamente asequible. El precio con impuestos incluidos es de 240 RMB, incluido desayuno para dos. Puedes llegar en taxi por poco más de 10 RMB. Los fideos de camarones locales costaban RM60 y estaban realmente deliciosos. Los camarones eran enormes.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most spacious and well-equipped rooms I’ve ever booked within this price range. The room was exceptionally huge, offering more than enough space to move around freely without feeling cramped or cluttered. Whether you’re traveling solo, with a partner, or even with family, the room size can easily accommodate extra luggage or a few hours of in-room activities without making the space feel overcrowded.
One of the first things I appreciated was how clean and organized everything was upon arrival. The bed was neatly made, the floor spotless, and all surfaces dust-free. The layout of the room was practical, with the furniture arranged in a way that made the space feel both functional and cozy. The bed was large and comfortable, providing excellent rest after a long day. The pillows and blankets provided were also of good quality, not too stiff and not too soft—just right for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Amenities in the room were impressive and met all basic needs for a comfortable stay. Firstly, the hot water functioned perfectly, which is always a plus point in any accommodation. Some places advertise hot showers only for you to find lukewarm water at best—but not here. The water pressure was just right, and the shower area was clean and equipped with enough towels and toiletries to last through the stay.
Another amenity that stood out was the mini fridge. This was particularly convenient as I was able to store snacks and drinks to enjoy at my leisure. It worked well and was clean inside—no foul smells or leftover stains. It's always great to have a functioning fridge in the room, especially for longer stays.
There was also a television available in the room, which offered a decent selection of channels. While I didn’t spend too much time watching TV, it was a nice option to have, especially if you're planning on relaxing in the room for the evening. The remote worked, and the image quality was clear with no issues in signal.
Small touches like a clothes rack, a mirror, and a desk or table were also present, which added to the practicality of the room. It was easy to keep things organized and have a spot to sit down and work or eat if needed.
Overall, I would say this stay was well worth the value. The room was not only large and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for a short or even extended stay. It’s clear that attention was paid to guest comfort and convenience. However, I was disappointed to find that we were assigned a room facing the kids swimming pool, lacking the promised sea view that was stated in my reservation. YYourhighnessOur 5th time staying here and have always been happy with hilton kuching rooms being spotless. However this time, we have got a room that is not so clean and things were in bad condition as compared to the previous rooms I have stayed in. Check in was great as attended by Bong. One other feedback, the lobby area parking attendant, there is one lady with short hair seems to be quite fierce looking and not sure if this is a hospitality service from Hilton Kuching as she does not even have a smile on her face as compared to the rest of the staff attending to the parking in the Lobby, they were very friendly and welcoming which I have always experienced in the past. Hope the management is able to do something about her and remind her on the basics of being in thehospitality service.

MMarie BumaOur room was ok but I was not happy with the toilet bowl. The water from the flushing cistern is not strong thus making the toilet paper accumulate in the toilet bowl. This doesn't only happen in our room but we also notice the same problem for the female public toilet at the lobby area.

UUsuario invitadoI found that this hotel has been operating for a long time. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is well-maintained for the comfort of guests coming here. I stayed in a Premier king room at a very reasonable price. I got a spacious room with space and sofa. As for the room comfort, I am very satisfied. The large king-sized bed made my sleep very comfortable. I stayed here for 3 night. Each day, I returned from the city to find the room had been cleaned and the towels and other items replaced. I am very satisfied. Besides being located in the middle of Bintulu city, there are also plenty of parking spaces
