Free drinks are provided in refrigerator 7. Stadium view room is recommended for reservation 8. Car parking 2000 yen per night is a bit experience 9. Suggest Hotel to consider in providing stadium tour for hotel guests 10. There is no coin Laundry which is not convenient. 11. Not enoguh signage to hotel entrance when driving inside stadium

La ubicación es buena, la estación de tranvía está justo enfrente. Se puede ir andando a tiendas y restaurantes. Las instrucciones de aparcamiento deberían estar en el correo electrónico de confirmación de la reserva. Dimos vueltas y vueltas para buscar aparcamiento en el hotel, sin saber que el hotel está en la galería comercial. Paramos el coche en una esquina y uno de nosotros fue al hotel a preguntar, y entonces nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos que aparcar en el aparcamiento público que había enfrente del hotel. El personal del hotel nos dio un mapa con las tres zonas de aparcamiento, pero la letra del mapa es demasiado pequeña y borrosa, así que acabamos pasando por alto el aparcamiento más cercano al hotel.

I didn’t receive a code for get in at the first. But super friendly people in reception. Great location, maybe the air conditioning during the night was too strong..very cold even with pijama and Nordic blankets.

Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!

Location is excellent. Less than 5 mins walk to mall and JR station. Service by front desk is impeccable. The front desk is most helpful with the check in and assisted us with our carpark parking validation many times as we drive in and out often. A male staff took a map and show us the restaurants nearby where we can have our meals. On our check out day; he even offer to help us take photos and assisted with our luggages.

Situación muy conveniente en Chinatown. Estacionamiento en la esquina, muy conveniente precio cuando se recibe el bono de la recepción en check-out. Nice onsen en el techo con piscina al aire libre.

Está bastante cerca de la estación de Nagasaki, a diez minutos a pie, los alrededores son relativamente tranquilos.

Es una vergüenza que no se pueda abrir la ventana para ventilar la habitación. El sistema no puede hacer frente, y respirar aire de estafa, alternando entre ser demasiado frío y demasiado caliente. De lo contrario, todo está bien, un nivel previsible de confort.

Good location and quiet and comfortable rooms . Very nice bedding and good mattress .  No communal spaces in the hotel other than the lobby . No living room . No laundry service at the weekend . No English speaking  staff and google translate didn’t seem to work for them which meant I had a lot of frustration in trying to find out some information . If I spoke Japanese it would be a lot easier
