La estancia fue decente. Lo que destaca entre otros alojamientos similares es la cama, que es realmente muy buena (la cama doble resultó ser una superking), el televisor de buen tamaño (de más de 50 pulgadas) y los enchufes con USB, una ventaja. El diseño interior es una cuestión de gustos, pero a este precio no es mi prioridad. Creo que se pueden destacar los muebles nuevos. Baño: Ducha limpia, cantidad estándar de toallas y alfombrilla de ducha, secador de pelo, toallero calefactado, champú, jabón, loción corporal y pastilla de jabón. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Desayuno: El desayuno es el típico buffet escocés completo y variado (huevos fritos, morcilla, papas hash brown, scones, salchichas, beicon, alubias) con abundantes condimentos, además de tres tipos de tostadas, un par de quesos y jamones, macedonia, yogures y varios dulces. Hay una selección completa de tés, mermeladas, mieles, etc., pero el café podría ser un poco mejor, pero, de nuevo, no puedo quejarme por el precio. El hotel está definitivamente infravalorado. Aunque algunas cosas alrededor del hotel son un poco frágiles y polvorientas, la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Todo se desvanece al darse cuenta de lo agradable que es tener una cama grande y limpia, y de que está a pocos minutos de la terminal del ferry. Las vistas espectaculares son una gran ventaja. Nota sobre el aparcamiento: muy limitado, pero se puede aparcar en el aparcamiento municipal, no muy lejos, a un precio razonable.

Convenient location with lovely views. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. We had a family room with a sea view consisting of a double and single bed. It was a very large room and had a sofa, coffee table and TV as well as tea and coffee making facilities  tThe staff were great but the hotel decor was a little tired. Parking is limited and cannot be booked in advance. It would be better if disabled drivers could pre-book parking. Parking is £10 a night unless you have a blue badge. There is only one disabled parking space and at the time we visited, some parking spaces were impacted by building works which made it awkward driving in and also took up several spaces.  I would stay there again and recommend.

Very Disappointing Stay I booked this stay after seeing it recommended on TikTok, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. It also wasn’t in the centre of town, which made getting around less convenient than expected. The mattress was so soft it felt like I was being swallowed by it, making it really uncomfortable to sleep. The room itself was extremely hot — even after turning off the radiator it was still warm, and the only way to cool it down was by opening the window. That would’ve been fine, except the noise from the spa pumps ran all night and made it difficult to rest. We must have been given an older room because it looked nothing like the pictures we saw on TikTok. Parking was valet-only and cost £25, which felt excessive. On a positive note, the room was clean, but it was also quite small and definitely in need of an update. Overall, not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

Tenemos una sala de vistas al mar que tenía una gran vista, pero las ventanas eran tan sucias y cobwebes en los rincones que realmente nos arruinaba eso. El personal y el servicio que proporcionaron eran excelentes, pero, sin embargo, esperaba una variedad más amplia de comidas, pero el menú era muy limitado. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. We booked 2 rooms 1 night last minute booking. I got Junior suite for me & my husband. Room is very spacious for UK standard, sea view is very beautiful Seaview. The hotel has lift thats very good for travelers with many luggages.The room is a little cold so we switched on spare small heater which is warm enough. Their specialist amenities are very good. Whisky Honey. Oh.our room door isn't working, that's pretty scary.

A lovely old hotel in a beautiful location. The room was very warm and I would have loved to open the window to cool down but was reluctant to let the midges in. Perhaps a fan would have been nice. Bed was comfortable and bathtub provided some much appreciated relaxation after a full day of hiking. Overall an enjoyable stay.

First day of my Scotland trip I booked arrochar hotel A Bespoke. The hotel is old but clean. As it is old there will be noise when people are walking or talking. So it common. Hotel has a traditional old Scotland style. The front desk staff is friendly Room for solo travellers is large enough. Toilet are well kept and clean

Perfect location close to rail station.Lots of positive points, however hotel was dated in parts, room carpet flooring was unstable so had to exercise caution not to trip and cause injury. Reception staff member Jamie pleasant and most helpful, so was Nicola over the phone the night before check-in. Food could be improved, with a better variety at breakfast, and providing fresh fruit. Room allocated was not what I expected. Would stay again if better room allocated.

This is very small botique hotel, didn't look impressive front the entrance outside hotel. The moment we went in, it is really cozy & we were greeted by very warming in house manager & booked dinner table as well. We enjoyed their breakfast and as well as dinner, very good quality. Our concern is this hotel doesn't have lift.
