«I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake.

«I was initially sceptical when I read over 5,000 positive reviews on this hotel, as many of them had been upgraded. However, we truly had a great time. The facility is amazing, and we stayed in building 8, which is closed to the dining area. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. The dinner buffet costs RMB 138 on weekdays and 158 on weekends. The food was great, and there was a lot of seafood to choose from.
The hotel is quite close to tourist attractions, but be aware that taxis can be quite expensive. They can cost RMB 50 or more compared to the DIDI taxi . So, it’s best to order a taxi via DIDI or online rather than catching one on the street or in front of the hotel.
One place you must visit is Xu Shui Ancient City, which is the most well-documented museum in Shaoxing. It’s a walking distance away and free to visit.
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We extended three nights more , and will definitely stay this hotel in the future.»

酒店整體環境雅緻安靜，公共區域乾淨通透，綠植搭配恰到好處，香氛清淡舒服，完全沒有壓抑感，隔音效果很好，休息特別安穩。
衞生方面必須重點誇讚，標準拉滿。房間地面、桌面一塵不染，衞生間鏡面、台盆無水漬，床品柔軟乾爽無異味，角落、洗漱用品都消毒到位，細節乾淨讓人住得安心。
客房設施完善且嶄新，空調、電視、衞浴使用流暢，燈光佈局合理，床墊軟硬適中，配套洗漱、置物空間充足，日常所需一應俱全，使用感很舒適。

Usuario invitado暑期臨時把瑞士遊改成本土遊，原本還擔心會留下遺憾，沒想到這次紹興新昌安嵐之行，反倒填補了心裏某個小缺口。當初是被小紅書上博主的照片種草的——“山溝裏的世外桃源”，去了才知所言不虛。
酒店本身就已經很驚艷了，但真正讓我想認真寫下這段文字的，是人。管家Helen是我遇到過最貼心的管家。考慮到我們一家老小同行，她主動安排了雙床別墅，還特意挑了青崖的雙層房型，説是酒店景觀最棒的位置。事實證明，每天推開窗，整座山和整片森林的美景就這樣毫無保留地鋪展在眼前，晨昏變換，各有各的動人。
更讓我感動的是，有天臨時要開網上會，才發現忘了帶電腦充電器，**也送不到山裡。抱着試試看的心態問了Helen，她二話不説，自己從家裡幫我叫了**充電器，再人肉送到酒店房間。那一刻真的覺得，這不衹是“賓至如歸”，是“Home at Home”都裝不下的温度。
在安嵐Spa試了喜馬拉雅熱鹽按摩，April的手法柔中帶剛，力道剛好落在平時最僵的肩頸和腰背，按完之後整個人像被重新組裝過，當晚就睡了個久違的深度覺。
健身房和泳池也很加分。等房間隙，一個陽光帥氣的男生（應該是Eason）帶我們參觀了一圈，介紹得熱情又自然。臨走時還特意提醒我們噴點驅蚊液，説山裡的傍晚蚊蟲多。這些小細節，比任何硬件都讓人舒服。
這一程，超出預期。下次，還會再來。

Mietaiyou週末全家一起來山裡度假，酒店在陽明洞天景區，周邊羣山環繞，自然環境非常優越，距離紹興市區十幾公里，也不是很遠。酒店出自設計師jaya之手，也算是中國絕筆了，80多棟建築從徽鄉拆建而來，融入山間樹林，讓人可以在入住時細細品味古宅的底藴和魅力。
酒店有效範圍其實不算很大，步行也可以在十分鐘內達到房間，餐廳，大堂各處，配備的擺渡車也很及時，基本上電話後三分鐘內就能抵達。訂了兩間委婉閣的房間，前台還升級了一間陽明閣獨棟。委婉閣的房間面積也不小，梳洗區域非常寬敞，小陽台也可以出去走走，另外房屋主體都是新建的，所以密封性遮光性都比較好。陽明閣是絕對值得體驗的，超大的室內空間，年代久遠的古木柱樑，古樸典雅的佈置，帶有露台和廳園，瞬間把人帶回到百年前的的時光。地暖和空調除濕解決了雨季的潮濕問題，房間裏可以保證基本乾燥，隔音沒有問題，遮光稍稍差了一點，早晨會有些許光漏進來，原本擔心的蚊蟲的問題倒是沒有遇到，房間裏也備有電子蚊香和驅蚊盤香。
酒店的餐廳也很不錯，體驗了下午茶和晚餐，菜品和服務都令人滿意，菜價小貴，但量比較足，人多的話平均下來兩百左右也足夠了。早餐品種不算很多但比較精緻，現切的三文魚和西班牙火腿，特色的小餛飩，蒸點，年糕湯，都可以感受到用心的製作。
酒店的服務人員都很客氣，會及時解決各種需求，非常滿意的入住體驗，是體驗明清古宅野奢度假的理想選擇。
