Hoteles de 4 estrellas en Shaoxing

Bringing friends on this trip was a great decision! As soon as we walked in, the housekeeper came over to help us with our luggage. They specially arranged a quiet room for us. There was also a shuttle bus available to pick us up and drop us off. My friends all said that the service was meticulous and heartwarming. They will definitely choose this place for their next vacation.

Amazing stay! Staff were incredibly friendly, room spotless with great decor & balcony view; breakfast was superb, but pillows were too firm. Great value, will return!”.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

This hotel is situated in an area where public transportation systems, i.e., bus, metro, and railway stations are easily accessible. The front desk personnel are professional, polite, and capable. The tea bags provided for the room are surprisingly the best I have ever had during my 2-week trip in China this time. I am also impressed by the books available in the reading room.

excellent service received from all staff. Great attention to details and needs. Got locked from room due to key failure and staff came to help without even asking. Enjoyed the stay there. Breakfast has good local variety but basic. Comfortable stay and very quiet sleep.

The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement.

Well-located hotel in old city, just a few steps from metro station. Not far from major sights in the old city like 15-min walk to Shusheng Guli and Cangqiao Zhijie. Short walk from hotel's entrance along Jiefang road to Yuanji wanton and Tongxinlou restaurants. Hotel is new and well-maintained. Free laundrette, gym and breakfast place are on the ground floor. Two adjoining rooms with connecting doors sleep three adults very comfortably. Breakfast has good West-East combination. Hotel reception provides extra bottled water upon request. Only downside are the very warm corridors outside hotel rooms.
