EEnder 22Bringing friends on this trip was a great decision! As soon as we walked in, the housekeeper came over to help us with our luggage. They specially arranged a quiet room for us. There was also a shuttle bus available to pick us up and drop us off. My friends all said that the service was meticulous and heartwarming. They will definitely choose this place for their next vacation.

However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. LLennykolennyОчень приятный маленький отельчик. Завтраки были небогатые, но почти все что там предлагалось было очень вкусно. Не надоело за 3 дня. Удобно что можно курить на улице у номера и в самом номере не было запаха сигарет. Удобные розетки - есть юсб и тайпси разъем у кровати. В номере довольно прохладно было, само состояние номера отличное - все новое, в том числе сантехника, наличие умного унитаза порадовало😁
Из минусов:
- лично для меня местоположение - хоть и в самом центре, но очень шумная улица, звуки с улицы слышно в отеле. Метро неблизко, но если ехать никуда не надо и планируются прогулки по центру то супер;
- фен без сопла - любительницы укладок берите лучше с собой свой;
- напор в душе оставляет желать лучшего;
- изнутри не закрываются окна или мы не поняли как. Свое я смогла закрыть с улицы, а вот подруга не смогла, тк жила на втором этаже и окна выходили во внутренний двор.
- в номере холодно (середина апреля, на улице было + 17)

DDuniyawatiThis establishment is not only exceptional but also incredibly convenient for all tourists. Every attraction is within walking distance, and if you feel like taking a stroll behind the hotel, you will find Jishan Park, which connects to various tourist spots. The hotel is extremely cozy, making you feel right at home. Moreover, the serene environment, surrounded by trees and ancient buildings, makes this hotel the top choice. The rooms are very comfortable, and Puwei even upgraded our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea right at our doorstep. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service, especially from Puwei. He is not only incredibly helpful but also guided us through all the surrounding itineraries. He even picked us up from the car park and assisted with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated due to the uneven roads. Overall, this trip has been thoroughly enjoyable, despite Shaoxing not being fully developed for international tourists yet. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

PPATRICIACCEl hotel está bien situado, junto a la tienda y otros restaurantes. El cuarto es muy limpio y tiene un buen espacio, no fumadores disponible. Personal muy amable. Servicio de lavandería con buen precio y también hay una zona de lavandería automática.

UUsuario invitadoViajando con el viejo Shaoxing, descubrimos que un hotel tan tesoro es limpio, el servicio de recepción es muy interesante, la sala está bien vista, la habitación está incolora, el precio clave es alto, el negocio alrededor está todavía en desarrollo, el futuro debe ser un negocio entusiasta, la vivienda es muy satisfactoria, Volvemos tarde a la piscina, no recibimos a las 20:30, no disfrutamos de la pena, pero la próxima vez volverá.

GGabor87The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

CCherry WeddelI thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together.
While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized.
Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.
