Bringing friends on this trip was a great decision! As soon as we walked in, the housekeeper came over to help us with our luggage. They specially arranged a quiet room for us. There was also a shuttle bus available to pick us up and drop us off. My friends all said that the service was meticulous and heartwarming. They will definitely choose this place for their next vacation.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The service was excellent — all the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and everything was smooth during the stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation, making it easy to get around. One small downside was the sound insulation. Conversations in the corridor could be heard quite clearly, and noises from the neighboring room, such as showering, were also noticeable. This might be something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper. That said, the good service really stood out, and overall it offers good value for money.

La habitación de la cama de loft es grande, muy satisfactoria. La habitación es una estructura complicada, el dormitorio de abajo, el dormitorio de arriba, el espacio es rápido. La ropa está en la ventana, el salón es muy cómodo (adelante y el administrador dicen que quieren un salón de una vez). Las escaleras giratorias tienen un sentido de diseño y fotografía. El hotel está bien situado, junto a la tienda y otros restaurantes. El cuarto es muy limpio y tiene un buen espacio, no fumadores disponible. Personal muy amable. Servicio de lavandería con buen precio y también hay una zona de lavandería automática.

本人做了五年酒店業，業內人，秉着日行一善的原則，不好不噴，但好的一定要寫。 看老狼演唱會，這家體育館近，大堂裏的乾淨是那種透亮的乾淨，清新，沒有用什麼香味掩飾什麼的那種感覺，玫瑰茶，菊花茶，自助，關鍵是乾淨的讓人很放心的喝。 房間裏很驚喜，畢竟很多酒店衹是大堂讓人看着還行的，進房間就和開盲盒一樣，大多房間不如大堂。這個安玥一進屋我就知道乾淨，做過酒店的和消費者的關注點不一樣的，相信我。空調是美的的。很安靜。各種開關都乾淨的讓人很放心的。 打開衣櫃居然有浴袍，這個價位基本沒有浴袍，忘了拍浴袍，很乾凈，材質很好。 床和他們圖片的一樣，很多死角都乾乾淨淨，床墊確實是金可兒的，很舒服，床品是我唯一一次不用鋪自己床單就敢放心躺的，衞生和材質都很好。 茶具，洗漱口杯 馬克杯都乾淨，不是倒扣的，貼心的蓋了紙蓋，這個我很喜歡。馬桶自動的，很多死角也都乾淨。鏡子，不銹鋼的龍頭，把手，花灑都沒有手印和水垢。南方這樣潮的地方，沒有一點黴點，這在南方很不容易做到。耳塞，冰箱，小零食，不用看着也貼心。 週末二百剛出頭的價格，硬件設施是五百以上酒店的，酒店的清潔工作真的很難，但是這家的乾淨比那幾個四-五百的好太多。 早餐也很好，餐廳也乾淨通透，沒有油膩的感覺 如果非要比一下，就是房間不大，畢竟二百多的酒店，但是我出來就是玩，乾淨比什麼都好。

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel's family room. The spaciousness of the room provided ample space for my family and me to relax comfortably. The firsthand experience was truly delightful, allowing us to create memorable moments together. While the room boasted a pleasing view, it's worth noting that the positioning of the two beds felt a bit distant, which could be improved for a more cohesive family experience. The sliding bathroom door posed a minor inconvenience as it wasn't the easiest to navigate, and I found myself struggling with it at times. Another minor drawback was the absence of shelves or storage options within the shower area, making it a bit challenging to keep our toiletries organized. Despite these minor shortcomings, our overall experience in the family room was positive. The spaciousness and engaging atmosphere certainly outweighed the small inconveniences we encountered. We left with fond memories of our time there and would consider returning in the future.

Las instalaciones y equipamiento del hotel son bastante completos, incluyendo una sala de lavandería con secado automático y entrega robotizada. El hotel está muy cerca de las atracciones cercanas, lo que lo hace conveniente para viajar. El servicio de recepción fue muy atento y me regaló un pequeño recuerdo antes de partir.
