A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently checked in at this hotel in Shaoxing, and the experience was excellent! Walking into the room, the spacious layout was eye-catching, the room was clean and tidy, the area was large, and the bed and pillow was good, suit me. The hotel staff was warm and considerate, especially the front desk guy was very enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast was delicious, the food was diverse, and both Chinese and Western styles were available. The food served in the Chinese restaurant was superb. The hotel facilities were brand new. The location of the hotel is also very good, adjacent to the subway station, whether it is to go to popular scenic spots or explore niche streets, it is easy and convenient. Highly recommended to friends who come to Shaoxing for travel or business!

Place is very near the train station. The check in process is fast and attended by friendly staff. They have quite a selection of breakfast and the noodles station is the most popular one.

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

The location os out of Shaoxing city center, it is in new district Shangyu. There is a Starbuck’s under the hotel building. Very close to several shopping malls. The Business Double Room bathroom and toilet is strangely equipped with glass windows directly looking into the room without enough frosting. You can hear every privilate sound and you can see the person inside very clearly. There is also a bathtub in the middle of the room. What kind of business colleagues can stay in such room, not alone a family. We had to cover the doors with bathrub and towels.
