Nestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Rooms are modern and clean, the only issue is a personal issue with smoking in the main bar, just is unacceptable for me, but thats more a location issue.

最近去紹興在攜程上訂了這家開元名都，整體體驗很驚喜。酒店是2024年新開業的，設施很新，房間面積很大，基礎房都有50平起，新中式風格很有質感。地理位置也很方便，樓下就是地鐵梅山廣場站，坐地鐵幾站路就能到魯迅故里，去景點很省心，而且不在鬧市區，住着很安靜。 服務方面特別值得誇，入住前就有服務經理主動加微信，提前溝通需求、登記車牌、幫忙留房間，全程入住非常絲滑，衞生打掃得乾淨到位，房間住着很舒心。 早餐和餐飲也很有紹興特色，能吃到地道的“一城一味”，像梅乾菜餅、麪餑餑這些本地小吃都有，醬鴨和紹興三鮮口碑也不錯。酒店旁邊走幾分鐘就是鏡湖濕地公園，吃完飯去散散步很愜意，算是紹興出行性價比很高的選擇了。

This place completely surprised us. We booked it for a relaxing family getaway, but it ended up being one of our favorite stays in China. Our kids were busy from the moment we arrived—playing, biking, kayaking, exploring the hotel—and somehow we still managed to slow down and actually relax. That’s rare. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff was so kind to our children. They remembered them, played with them, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s one of those places where you don’t feel like you’re staying in a hotel—you feel like you’re being looked after. We’ll definitely be back.

Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

寧波過去，高速出口偶然間發現了這家半山腰上的酒店，從停車場到酒店大堂需要坐電梯上樓，前台小夥子挺好的，帶我去前台辦了入住手續，送我上樓的過程中也介紹了酒店的美術館、陶藝館和雅學館等特色，房間挺大的，推窗出去是一大片草坪，早上感覺特別好，好多小鳥在上面玩耍😃😃😃，這生態👍👍👍確實適合放空養生[跳跳][跳跳][跳跳]雅樂館的藝術課程，感覺對我這個手殘黨好像也挺友好[呲牙][呲牙]這次因為沒有計劃，需要趕赴下一站，陶藝館就等我下次有時間再來體驗吧！

週末全家一起來山裡度假，酒店在陽明洞天景區，周邊羣山環繞，自然環境非常優越，距離紹興市區十幾公里，也不是很遠。酒店出自設計師jaya之手，也算是中國絕筆了，80多棟建築從徽鄉拆建而來，融入山間樹林，讓人可以在入住時細細品味古宅的底藴和魅力。 酒店有效範圍其實不算很大，步行也可以在十分鐘內達到房間，餐廳，大堂各處，配備的擺渡車也很及時，基本上電話後三分鐘內就能抵達。訂了兩間委婉閣的房間，前台還升級了一間陽明閣獨棟。委婉閣的房間面積也不小，梳洗區域非常寬敞，小陽台也可以出去走走，另外房屋主體都是新建的，所以密封性遮光性都比較好。陽明閣是絕對值得體驗的，超大的室內空間，年代久遠的古木柱樑，古樸典雅的佈置，帶有露台和廳園，瞬間把人帶回到百年前的的時光。地暖和空調除濕解決了雨季的潮濕問題，房間裏可以保證基本乾燥，隔音沒有問題，遮光稍稍差了一點，早晨會有些許光漏進來，原本擔心的蚊蟲的問題倒是沒有遇到，房間裏也備有電子蚊香和驅蚊盤香。 酒店的餐廳也很不錯，體驗了下午茶和晚餐，菜品和服務都令人滿意，菜價小貴，但量比較足，人多的話平均下來兩百左右也足夠了。早餐品種不算很多但比較精緻，現切的三文魚和西班牙火腿，特色的小餛飩，蒸點，年糕湯，都可以感受到用心的製作。 酒店的服務人員都很客氣，會及時解決各種需求，非常滿意的入住體驗，是體驗明清古宅野奢度假的理想選擇。

Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My checkout was originally at 12 p.m., but since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., I asked at the reception if I could stay in my room until 2 p.m. It was no problem at all. Afterwards, I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby. After a few hours of exploring the city, I came back to the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance, there was complimentary coffee and tea for guests, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee there. I stayed at the hotel until around 6 p.m. and felt very comfortable the entire time. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was quite large, but it was mostly local-style food. It would be great if there were more Western or international options for guests. There is a beautiful lake near the hotel. Overall, my stay was very pleasant – a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
