Nestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable. Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.

This place completely surprised us. We booked it for a relaxing family getaway, but it ended up being one of our favorite stays in China. Our kids were busy from the moment we arrived—playing, biking, kayaking, exploring the hotel—and somehow we still managed to slow down and actually relax. That’s rare. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and every member of the staff was so kind to our children. They remembered them, played with them, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s one of those places where you don’t feel like you’re staying in a hotel—you feel like you’re being looked after. We’ll definitely be back.

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Traer a la familia a Shaoxing a un viaje corto, el espacio de habitaciones del hotel es amplio y luminoso y la higiene es cuidadosa. El personal de servicio 🍉🍉 es modesto, cualquier objeto en el cuarto puede ser entregado a tiempo, el servicio es bueno y entusiasta. El hotel cuenta con todas las instalaciones, lavandería gratuita y secador de pantalones y restaurantes completos, además de probar la comida de una ciudad en Shaoxing, llevar a los niños a viajar con un corazón extraordinario. Las tiendas cercanas son super, la distancia de atracciones es modesta, el viaje es conveniente, el ambiente global es cálido y cómodo.

Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

El entorno del hotel es tranquilo y el decoración es muy artístico. El personal de servicio es entusiasta y educado, desde el servicio de la recepción hasta un ambiente incómodo y una buena bienvenida a las frutas en la habitación del huésped, y los detalles son muy destacables. Hay un restaurante de arte del hotel, que puede crear cualquier cosa que quiera. Al comer la mañana, el personal también envió sus medallas de fragancia, lo hizo muy cuidadoso, muy bonito y también huele bien. Todo el proceso de estadía es muy agradable y volverá la próxima vez.

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas, cuentan con gimnasio y algunas bebidas como café y té gratis para los huéspedes en el lobby.  Muy útil y conveniente para reuniones de negocios , el wifi tiene muy buena señal y también puedes reservar servicio de spa por la noche. El desayuno estuvo muy rico, le agradó a todos ya que las opciones del menú eran muy variadas. Y el tamaño de la habitación excelente, grande y con todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. Excelente hotel. 

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.
