Hoteles con gimnasio en Shaoxing

I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

I was initially sceptical when I read over 5,000 positive reviews on this hotel, as many of them had been upgraded. However, we truly had a great time. The facility is amazing, and we stayed in building 8, which is closed to the dining area. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent. The dinner buffet costs RMB 138 on weekdays and 158 on weekends. The food was great, and there was a lot of seafood to choose from. The hotel is quite close to tourist attractions, but be aware that taxis can be quite expensive. They can cost RMB 50 or more compared to the DIDI taxi . So, it’s best to order a taxi via DIDI or online rather than catching one on the street or in front of the hotel. One place you must visit is Xu Shui Ancient City, which is the most well-documented museum in Shaoxing. It’s a walking distance away and free to visit.  All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We extended three nights more , and will definitely stay this hotel in the future.

Stayed three nights and I think the hotel gave us one of the bigger rooms which is appreciated. The staff were friendly and the early check in at around ten in the morning helped a lot after a long flight. The free late night congee was good and the laundry room with detergent was very useful. The lobby also had free coffee, milk and bottled water which I used a few times. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big. The only problem was the water design because the shower and the sink both leaked onto the floor. Housekeeping kept the room tidy but the teapot and cups were never cleaned even when I left them used which was disappointing. There is a Lawson about two hundred metres to the left of the hotel which was convenient. There is also a noodle restaurant across the road that tasted good and was easy. Overall a good stay with friendly staff and useful facilities but some small details still need improvement.

Grand House Shaoxing was an 4000 years old village which had an ancient history, villagers surname Si (姒）were Dayu‘s (大禹)tomb guards for thousands of years. Now it is as a beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities ! Breakfast had many local specialties were very delicious ! It’s also had a big restaurant and wedding banquet hall ! Room is beautiful as in my photos. Hotel located only 4 KM from city centre, as taxi only cost less A$7. We stayed 3 nights, enjoyed peaceful country life, also the very busy tourist spot ! I must mention all the stuff in the hotel are so helpful, specially the young man who greeted us on arrival in the rain at night, helping us changed room because I can’t get to upstairs loft ! I hope more tourists visit Shaoxing and stay in this hotel, because it is a totally different experience from big city like Shanghai or Beijing, and you will not regret it.

The hotel has both positive and negative aspects. The room was spacious and comfortable, which was definitely a plus. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. First, the air conditioning was quite noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathtub also had a leakage problem, so it could not really be used for a relaxing soak. Another major concern was the noise every morning. My room was located on the 17th floor, directly below the canteen on the 18th floor. From early morning onwards, there were constant sounds of tables and chairs being dragged across the floor, which was very disruptive and made it hard to rest. Housekeeping service was also disappointing. There was no “Do Not Disturb” door hanger provided in the room. Even when I turned on the Do Not Disturb light, housekeeping staff still knocked on my door repeatedly to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. On one occasion, staff knocked loudly at around 9 a.m. while I was still sleeping, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the hotel offers self-service laundry facilities. The washing machines cleaned clothes well and the dryers worked effectively. There is also a gym with good equipment, as well as snooker and table tennis facilities, which provided enjoyable recreational options during the stay. Overall, the facilities were good, but the noise and housekeeping issues need improvement.

El hotel no hablaba inglés en absoluto, pero fue muy útil. La habitación no estaba limpia y había suciedad claramente visible en el tapete, también nos acostumbramos, sucios y olfactores de hotel - le pedí al personal usando un traductor para sustituirla y limpiar nuestra habitación porque no estaba limpia, el prometido para hacer esto. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El procedimiento de entrada y salida es demorado porque el personal no sabe inglés y sus procedimientos están envejeciendo - copiaron mi pasaporte entero con todas las visitas anteriores a China y producieron un montón de papel en el proceso por ninguna razón. El check-out se hizo y nos pidió que esperara (para comprobar si usamos minibar o algo), pero nadie nos dijo que después podíamos ir así que esperamos 5 minutos por ningún motivo, finalmente pregunté si podemos ir y sólo entonces el receptor dijo sí xD

首先，總的來説是滿意的。特別是服務！從前期的溝通對接，到入住後的管家式服務都很不錯。響應速度很快。退房還送了伴手禮，是新昌特色小吃和馬年的小馬掛件，很喜歡。 環境也是沒話説，在百丈巖旁邊的山坳裏，有大片的草地可以給狗狗玩耍。寵物友好。有滑梯，有秋千。雨後的清晨雲霧繞着山，唯美的像仙境。 再説説不足之處，我們定的田嘰是上下兩層的獨棟。缺點在於上下層的温度差太大了，上層開了空調大冬天也超級熱，下層因為暖氣是往上走的到不了樓下，導致下層很冷，上下層温差得有個十幾度。然後就是生態太好了，導致晚上開燈會有小蟲子飛進來。 其他的都挺好的，田嘰二層外有個露台，有弔籃和休閑椅，坐着喝喝茶曬曬太陽不要太舒服。 莊園的飯也很好抽，雖然節假日漲價價格有點兇，但食材新鮮，燒的也好吃，所以還是好評的。就是早飯比較一般，雞蛋和玉米冷掉了，牛奶一杯衹倒了半杯，問粥和牛奶能不能續，一個長頭髮的送餐服務員很勉強的説可以，勉強到真的很直接能感受到不高興的態度。不過要表揚一下短頭髮的有點胖胖的服務員，很熱情。 以後有機會帶家中老小和狗子來新昌應該還是會選擇他們家，總體還是比較舒服的。
