El hotel es grande, el estacionamiento también es muy conveniente, está en el jardín y no necesita reservas. La habitación es limpia y higiénica, pero no hay ningún aislamiento acústico, el paseo por encima afecta mucho al sueño. El servicio de la recepción no es muy fácil. Me caí de cerca del cargador en el hotel. Al preguntarle a la recepción, ella me dijo que podía casarme, pero necesitaba pagar los gastos de personal, el paquete y el costo de la comisión. No hay problema, pero me preguntó directamente si necesitaba el número de tarjeta de crédito antes, y no me dijo cuánto dinero tenía que pagar, Digamos que lo que necesitamos ahora es lo que ganamos.

El Cuillin Hills Hotel era hermoso, la comida y el servicio eran fantásticos y el entorno era atractivo.

Me alojo en este hotel para hacer senderismo en Ben Nevis. Está muy cerca, a solo 15 minutos en coche. El hotel está limpio y el baño tiene agua caliente en abundancia. Las vistas desde la ventana son preciosas. Por el precio, que incluye dos cenas deliciosas y desayuno buffet, es una ganga. Además, la música en vivo por la noche es muy agradable. Recomiendo este hotel a todo el mundo.

Great staff, nice room, very comfy bed but let down by some grubby stains on the carpet and a previous guests medication and yoghurt left in the fridge. Would stay again though

Perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area. Lovely location and views of the river and cathedral. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are of a high standard. Excellent drinks variety with the distillery and brewery on site. Service is impeccable. Great breakfast.

非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！

Perfect location for our stay. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate. We enjoyed our stay and our wee one (2 years old) enjoyed his breakfast and slept well both nights. We also rested well. Happy to recommend.

Fue un viaje muy agradable, recomiendo mucho tomar el autobús 302 y viajar hasta el lago Ness y también al castillo de Dunrobin, más 2 horas en tren, pero será agradable. En cuanto al hotel, el desayuno estuvo bien, pero igual, limpio, el personal muy amable, el agua tónica con sandía, lima y menta era interesante, la piscina americana y el gimnasio estaban bien.

位置看湖簡直是絕佳，距離威廉堡也不遠！到了發現之前定的房型看園景，想換房間，感謝攜程一直幫忙溝通，最後成功差價升級到湖景房。一定要定湖景！！

Our stay was lovely. We liked the novel idea of staying in someplace that is technically a castle. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. They didn't offer the info to us when we arrived, but we ended up walking ourselves around the hotel and found the reception desk person giving another couple a tour of the hotel and telling them the history -- I'd have been disappointed to have missed this, but I'm glad we got the info regardless that it wasn't offered to us. Had dinner and drinks in the Green Lady Lounge which was nice and had good food.
