No es un hombre que escribe una denuncia pero este hotel es horrible. Las habitaciones son viejas, el tapete es sucio y desagradable. Las maneras de la sala en el Hotel son horribles y sucios. El peor hotel que he permanecido en y viajo mucho! Es una vergüenza, porque el personal es agradable y la recepción fue buena, entonces me puso en el hotel a lo largo del parque de autos y no parece nada como el otro lado. Tiene una hermosa externa y aún dentro parece que es de los años 80. Altamente decepcionado y me vería vergonzoso de tener mi nombre en este hotel como una marca. La peor parte es que han hecho algunos del hotel RU y no el resto, así que si usted tiene el otro lado ser Decepcionado. Toda la habitación y el baño necesitan un refugio. La calle y la entrada parecen crudos y sucios. Si hubieran gastado el dinero en esto y lo hubieran hecho todo el hotel, sería fantástico, desgraciadamente, es una cabra y un desastre. Mi habitación 310 tiene pinturas en la pared, baño viejo, molde en las telas y el tapete parece viejo y sucio. 🤮🤢

From the moment I stepped into the doors, the gentleman’s warm smile and genuine hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Definitely would love to see Bimochan at front in future stays. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The amenities were top-notch and the service was outstanding. A lot clean hotel rooms and truly exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Kudos to Bimochan and team for making our time at Travelodge Woking unforgettable !!!! ✅

We booked to stay at the Talbot as we were attending a function there. We appreciated the building is listed so as expected it's a little tired looking. The room we stayed in no.214, unfortunately smelt of drains so rather unpleasant. The hotel was fully booked so there was no chance of changing rooms. The safe was locked shut when we arrived, something I would have thought the staff getting the rooms ready would have had on their check list to ensure all was ok. It was just a little inconvenient to have to go & find a member of staff with a master key to rectify. The evening of the function we had attended we intended on having a light meal of pizza in the bar but were told they weren't taking any more orders due to staffing numbers so we were really disappointed as we'd had a few drinks so couldn't drive elsewhere. Breakfast was OK although pricy if it hadn't been included in the room rate. Also items mentioned on the breakfast menu weren't available which was disappointing eg French toast which is something quite basic! Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
