Este hotel no es grande, solo hay un pequeño lago en la puerta y las instalaciones de las habitaciones son muy antiguas. Es muy conveniente tener un centro comercial similar a un outlet cercano. Hay restaurantes y supermercados en el centro comercial. Pero la sensación general no es tan segura. A las 12 de la noche, el hombre maloliente en la habitación contigua golpea a su esposa, y la esposa grita todo tipo de gritos, y a nadie le importa cuando escucha todo tipo de golpes. Se siente como si la mujer estuviera a punto de morir a golpes. Nuestro idioma no es bueno. No se atrevió a abrir la puerta y esperó con el sofá contra la puerta. Afortunadamente, alguien llamó a la puerta durante media hora y se llevó a la mujer. De vez en cuando, escuchó el abuso verbal del hombre. Esta fue la experiencia más terrible de este viaje. No vi el hotel con seguridad y el estacionamiento del hotel estaba abierto. La habitación se puede usar para cocinar, hay una lavadora en la habitación y el sofá no parece abrirse como una cama.

I’m a Diamond member that travels frequently at Hilton brands with our service dog and a 1 pound emotional support bird. I made the fatal error of checking in at the front desk rather than using the digital key check in . I wanted the front desk to know I had a service dog and emotional support bird with full documentation showing their pics and credentials. The snarky and RUDE front desk team got into with me because they were determined to charge me a $75 fee for the 1 pound bird and nothing for the 14 pound dog….this despite I had the proper credentials . Not to mention I’ve been a Diamond member for two decades and spend a lot of money with Hilton brands. I called the Diamond Desk and they made things right. I’ve never been pushed so far as to actually curse out of frustration and dispicable customer service. I did in this case, which I regret. I will NEVER stay at this property again. Disgusted after showing loyalty, paperwork and then being so disrespected at a so-so property at best. If you plan on booking a Hilton Garden Inn in the area, book the property in Palm Beach Gardens. They respect their loyal customers, are animal friendly and have never charged me a fee. So much for my honesty when I checked in to this place. Goodbye and good riddence!

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. For this trip to West Palm Beach, I chose this Embassy Suites too add some variety to my week of stays at other Florida hotels in the Hilton family. Most Embassy Suites have their rooms built around an open atrium. Not this one. Yes there's something called an Atrium where the restaurant is, but it's only the restaurant and bar, nothing else. The first thing I noticed was poor signage. Having checked-in and choosing my room the day before arrival, I wanted to go straight to my room. Upon arrival into the lobby by Uber, I saw no signs directing me to the elevators leading to the rooms. I was walking around the Atrium looking at areas called East Tower and South Tower, and the only maps said that guest rooms are located on Floors 3 and up. Where? Finally I found the hotel's desk, walked past it, and went upstairs to my room. When I got there, my Digital Key did not work. I heard the lock move, but the door would not open for me. So I had to do the Walk of Shame and return downstairs to ask for an old fashioned plastic key at the desk. There was no apology that the Digital Key that Hilton encourages guest to use thus bypassing the check-in desk, did not work. I got my plastic key and returned to the floor, only to find that initially the plastic key also did not open the door. Only this time I jiggled it, and was able to then enter. Apparently I had to pull before pushing! I later went downstairs again to purchase items from the small gift shop for snacks. The place was depleted -- many items were out and the selection was very poor. I took my items to the desk to have the charge put on my room, and I also had to ask for the bottled water I was entitled to, which should have been offered to me when I was at the desk the first time to get the plastic key. I did not make use of the living room section, only the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom had ample space for my belongings, but I thought it was odd that there was no-place on the desk to plug in my electronics. No outlet or charging station. I did find a power strip on the floor and used that, but it was awkward and uncomfortable. WiFi and TV worked OK. The bathroom was relatively small, but it was just adequate. I had no issues with water pressure or water temperature. In the morning I went to the Atrium to have my complimentary breakfast. Nobody ever greeted me nor offered to serve me the whole time I was there. Nobody even checked to make sure I was a guest at the hotel. I partook of the buffet, and enjoyed it, and I did save money on gratuity since there was nobody to tip. Overnight, my receipt was e-mailed to me, and when I woke up, there was a charge of $8 for ”late cancellation”. What? If I had cancelled I wouldn't be there, would I? I was so disgusted I had wanted to just check-out on the Hilton app as I usually do, but I had to correct this

El hotel es agradable y conveniente, y alojarse aquí por negocios es una buena opción. La habitación del hotel también es relativamente grande, limpia y ordenada, el servicio también es muy bueno, todavía muy satisfecho, vale la pena recomendarlo.

Hotel is very well located in Downtown West Palm Beach. You can easily walk to wherever you would like in Downtown and a very short drive to the beach. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Property is clean but older. Rooms are quite small. I had a kind suite and the end of the bed basically touches the wall in front of it. So a very short gap for you to walk to get to the other side of the bed. That being said room was clean and efficient. Would stay again if in the area.

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel es un hotel con una habitación muy confortable y con una habitación muy amplia. Bien equipada con nevera, microondas y cafetera. Baño muy agradable y limpio. Todo muy acogedor, cómodo. Nos hospedamos por tres noches. El hotel está bien situado, fácil de acceder, cerca del aeropuerto de West Palm Beach y unos 10 minutos en coche de la playa. El hotel tiene estacionamiento, piscina y una tienda con snacks, agua ... Funcionarios bien educados y amables, equipo muy atento. ¡Super recomenda!

Mi marido y yo hemos estado en este hotel durante estancias de larga duración durante los últimos años Esta viaje estuvimos allí 22 días Es un hotel maravilloso en la mejor ubicación que puede pasear por todas partes incluyendo Clematis St. El nuevo lugar de la ciudad de Rosemary Square cuenta con muchos restaurantes y un 15 minutos a pie del aeropuerto para el hotel. El hotel está muy bien, y el hotel está muy bien. Para ser justos, el hotel sigue siendo bueno, pero tiene un defecto. Se puede llamar propaganda fraudulenta si es más grave: está claro al hacer la reserva que hay un autobús lanzadera gratuito al aeropuerto. Pero cuando llegué al aeropuerto de Palm Beach, llamé y les dije directamente que no era así.

La estancia era grande. No puedes oír los aviones, era muy limpio y la cama es muy cómoda. No esperes mucho para el desayuno, no tenían fruta, zumo naranja, panqueques o huevos. Tengo un bagel y mi novio tenía una waffle, pero esos eran buenos. ¡Yo iría de vuelta!
