Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

El hotel es un hotel muy económico y nos encontramos en un concierto. Estamos en el metro del pueblo de Hütteldorf y sólo podemos recomendarlo. Pero también hay un aparcamiento gratuito en este hotel. El cuarto está bien decorado, pero limpio y tiene todo lo que necesita. No obstante, no reservaría el hotel por un período de estancia más largo, porque no tenía una caja fuerte en el cuarto. El desayuno estaba bien y el precio era adecuado. En la sala de desayuno, no obstante, era demasiado caliente (ya casi caliente), demasiado frío en el resto del barrio. Podemos recomendar el hotel y lo reservaremos para el próximo evento en la sala de la ciudad.

La habitación es muy bonita con el toque que tiene el hotel que ya de por sí es bonito en general, los trabajadores muy agradables, buena limpieza muy atentos y en la habitación hay cafetera con cápsulas (lo cual me salvó)la terraza está muy guay y bien decorada, el desayuno con mucha variedad sobre todo y grande ya que tiene dos salas no desayunas apretujado y se está súper bien. No hay cenas en el hotel, cosa que no sabíamos, ya que un día llegamos a las 22:30 y cerca del hotel tampoco había nada abierto, (no es España) es apagado entre semana y muy movido el finde, el recepcionista nos recomendó la app Foodora que es como glovo y pudimos cenar tranquilamente lo cual estuvo genial y se agradece ya que eso no en todos los sitios se puede hacer. En general volvería y lo recomiendo cien por cien

The hotel is a great base for exploring Vienna - many places are within walking distance and the u-bahn station is about a 12 minute walk away if you wnat to go further afield. We enjoyed our stay: The room was clean and comfortable with adequate storage for a few-day stay with a fancy coffee machine, fridge and carafe of water. There were a few issues with the shower, but it was lovely when it was fixed (thank you to the Fix-it Manager!). Anna said we should mention her especially :) , but all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was graet - and set us up for the day (until coffee and kuchen midafternoon, anyway!) We took adavantage of the Environment card - by hanging a card on our door handle, we could decline the room being tidied up in return for a drink at the bar. We never usually have a drink at the bar, so that was a treat! NB: In the same street (we discovered too late) is an English Theatre!

Excelente ubicación y estancia en general. Limpieza impecable. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno muy bueno tipo buffet con opción de tortilla/ huevos fuera del buffet. Una noche cenamos en el restaurante del hotel pero no nos convenció, la comida nada del otro mundo , tardaron mucho en servirnos y una de las camareras dejo caer la botella de agua mineral (8,50€) y se vertió bastante. Al pagar la cena no nos habían descontado la botella ni nos ofrecieron otra pequeña para suplir lo que la camarera había derramado. No me pareció correcto. A parte de este pequeño percance , sin duda volveria a repetir mi estancia allí.

Suficiente para el precio que hemos pagado, teníamos una cama en Viena. Las sábanas y las toallas lo único que olían a limpio. El resto no destacaba por su limpieza. Se escucha a los vecinos de habitación caminar, imagínate si llegan de madrugada. Hemos estado 4 noches y solo una hemos dormido tranquilos, a la gente le da por probar acceder a tu habitación de madrugada, por equivocación entiendo.

Las instalaciones del hostel en general están bastante bien. Es un edificio grande, por lo que tanto habitaciones, espacio común e incluso casilleros, son amplios. La recepción trabaja las 24h y tienes una tarjeta para abrir las puertas y también tu casillero. Lo cual es cómodo. La ubicación es buena, al lado de un supermercado y al frente del mercado. Además está muy cerca la Karlskirche y del centro en general.

Un gran hotel, con una relación costo-calidad excelente. Si bien el hotel no está en el centro, se encuentra literalmente a la salida de la estación de metro o de trenes de Westbahnhof; además la estación de metro es la U3 (línea naranja) que es la misma que te lleva a Stephansplatz (cinco estaciones entre el hotel y la estación de Stephansplatz). Cuento mi experiencia a partir de señalar que estuve con mi esposa y mi hijo de 16 años. Un hotel nuevo o que da esa apariencia, con grandes espacios comunes (sala, espacio para karaoke, para trabajar, para leer, para jugar, para comer, para beber, etc.), muy limpias las habitaciones, el baño está separado (todo dentro de la habitación): la regadera con su espacio propio y el WC con su propio espacio, lo cual se agradece cuando es más de una persona quien comparte habitación. Las camas muy cómodas con un diseño tipo urbano, cada cama cuenta con su lámpara individual y conectores tipo USB. A mi familia nos tocó un cuarto con una gran vista a la ciudad. El staff del hotel joven, muy amables y atentos. Destacar que el hotel está en el sexto piso de un edificio (si mal no recuerdo) con acceso desde la calle con elevador; y en el quinto piso hay un comedor de Ikea con el cual se desayuna bien a un precio económico, sino se quiere desayunar en el hotel y en el cual se accesa casi como si fuera parte del mismo hotel. Un muy buen hotel, a buen precio, limpio, con grandes vistas, en un lugar muy bien ubicado, con un muy buen staff, todo lo que necesitas.

El tipo de habitación seleccionado está en el cuarto piso, la vista es muy buena. La omeleta de desayuno también es excelente, que permite a la cocina añadir lo que quieres. La única insuficiencia es ir a una escalera para tener un ascensor, el ascensor es el tipo de ascensor viejo, muy interesante y con un sentido de diseño. Además, no reservar el primer piso, la habitación es humedecida y oscura. El cuarto de arriba con luz solar es muy cómodo
