Hemos estado en este hotel por 3 noches para un tour de grupo en el bosque negro, hemos alojado aquí y el día nos hemos movido en más etapas. Un poco descentralizado, pero sin embargo cerca de varios supermercados. habitaciones limpias y bastante modernas. Desayuno esencial y sin exceso ....ma se podía dar más. Notas dolorosas? Me voy con la lista: 1. Personal recepción poco disponible y poco disponible (pregunté un cojín más y me respondieron que nn tenían 🙄..... ; me dieron un tela de ducha más y el día siguiente si lo recogí sosteniendo que los toallas tenían que ser 2+2 por cada camera y no más .....mah . Vale a entender!!!!!!); 2. A cada petición nn me apunté cuántas veces han despertado y levantado los ojos al cielo; 3. Esta es una verdadera chica ....Mi marido bajó para el desayuno a las 8,10 y le dijeron que para el grupo el desayuno estaba servido de 6,30 a 8,00 y no más tarde ....N.B los horarios para el desayuno eran de 6.30 a 10, 00.....QUINDI??? ¿Por qué esta diferencia????? We visited the garden restaurant after a walk to the waterfall for coffee and cake. The garden restaurant is situated at the bottom of some steps and was pleasant. The waitress was initially friendly and as it was a very hot day we ordered black forest gateau and iced cappuccinos each, as thought they would be nice and refreshing. When the iced coffees arrived they were quite small in the glass (only about half full) - see photo before we tasted anything- and when my wife had a sip she realised it wasn't cold but was luke warm. I asked the waitress if we could have an icecube to cool it down but was told no, she didn't have any ice cubes (bear in mind this is a hotel!). We think maybe she just didn't want to walk upstairs to get any. Obviously the coffees were pretty undrinkable (they seemed to have been made with a hot coffee shot and room temperature milk). My wife had about 1cm of hers and I had less of mine. When we came to bill the coffees had been included even though there was obviously something wrong with them (as I had pointed out to the waitress when I asked for the ice cube). We questioned about the coffees and explained that they weren't iced coffees but tepid coffees. However the waitress just repeated that if we ordered them we have to pay for them. My wife hates any fuss so I reluctantly paid even though we couldnt drink them. The waitress had three opportunities to put the situation right after they sold something they obviously were unable to provide 1) provide an ice cube to cool down the drinks when we asked 2) noted that we weren't drinking the coffees and offer us a replacement 3) remove them from the bill. 3 wasted opportunities to do the right thing. We had been in Germany for 6 weeks up until then and had really positive experiences, unfortunately this happened on our last day and it isn't the image we want to take away. The black forest gateau was OK but I'm sure there are much better establishments in Triberg. I would love to hear back from the manager of this establishment.

La habitación es hermosa, bien renovada. Una agradable desayuno. A pocos pasos del cachondo, que es realmente muy hermoso. Encontramos acceso para el cachondo en el hotel. El pasillo y la recepción no fueron renovados y un poco viejo y muffin.

La llegada a 13.00 frente a una puerta cerrada, la recepción ocupada sólo a partir de 15.00 Una dama muy estresada trata de ser el mejor ... el bar como parque de bicicletas y en la mañana la recepción es orfana , ...single contact option a ”decent” shown Handynr- Hierba se aterriza en la central de Berlín y se aterriza con un ”responsable” muy desagradable, el que rechaza la conversación muy desagradable cancela el 2.Nacht! Conclusión: Mucho diseño pero la hospitalidad NULL ! El martillo pero: La detención de los detectores de humo en el techo lee ! ...Los dispositivos se encuentran en el armario por casualidad!!!

Excelente servicio al cliente Tanya desde el escritorio delantero me ayudó con múltiples pedidos. Las comidas del restaurante fueron deliciosas. La habitación era muy grande, nueva y cómoda. Sólo a 20 minutos de la Forest Negra y a 10 minutos de coche a la plaza principal del pueblo. Recomendación muy buena.

Pasamos un fin de semana muy bonito en FederWerk con 44 personas. El hotel es muy moderno. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. Las instalaciones sanitarias son adecuadas para discapacitados y muy limpias. El restaurante nos ha desnudado con deliciosos 3- y 4-Gang-Menüs. Como servicio especial podíamos comer en medio de nuestras hojas sagradas. Todos estaban entusiasmados! El personal era muy amable y profesional.
