En general, está bien. Sin embargo, la piscina cierra a las 20:00 en lugar de a las 21:00, como se indica. La habitación no incluye plancha ni calzador. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso y no hay balcón. El personal es amable y atento. El depósito requerido, que es proporcional al número de noches reservadas, es decepcionante. Se puede usar para el restaurante, el bar y los servicios del hotel, y creo que ese es su propósito.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

Tengo que trasladarme en Manila a Palau. Tomé un taxi amarillo desde el aeropuerto por la noche (costaba 400 pesos, de los cuales 60 pesos eran propina para el conductor) hasta el hotel. Me dieron una habitación en el piso más alto con vista al jardín triangular. La habitación tenía sido renovado. El vestíbulo es muy grande y el desayuno está bien. Cuando reservé la habitación, costaba más de 1.100 yuanes y no se podía cancelar (pero si gastas 66 yuanes con Zhongan Insurance, puedes cancelar sin motivo y obtener un reembolso del 90%). Me alegró ver que Ctrip tenía Aumentó el precio a más de 1.700 yuanes ese día. La seguridad en Manila no fue tan terrible como imaginábamos, también tomamos un taxi Grab para visitar la ciudad vieja y la bahía de Manila, y luego volamos a Palau por la noche. Al final no pude coger un taxi hasta el aeropuerto del casco antiguo, así que tuve que coger el tren ligero hasta la estación más cercana al aeropuerto (a 3 kilómetros del aeropuerto), entonces no me quedó más remedio que gastar 200 pesos en un triciclo para ir al aeropuerto fue una aventura muy interesante.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

¡Me encantó, me encantó el personal de Seda! Todo el mundo fue muy amable y estaba más que dispuesto a hacer de su estancia en el hotel una buena experiencia. No teníamos suficientes toallas en la habitación, llamé a recepción y me lo trajeron en 5 minutos. Todos los días después de eso, se entregaban toallas limpias a diario. Mi parte favorita de mi estadía aquí fue definitivamente la vista desde el piso 35, a menudo tienen una banda o un DJ por las noches, lo que brinda un buen entretenimiento para esas noches en las que simplemente no tienes ganas de irte. ¡Definitivamente regresaría!

Good enough hotel to stay but there was a lot of hair on the carpet in the room. Some amenities were not provided and had to be requested. The doorman was busy chatting and didn't help me to open the door even though both hands were full. Great location and breakfast was excellent.

Pedí que me transfirieran a una habitación diferente, pero la recepción me recomendó cambiar las sábanas, la manta y las fundas de las almohadas porque no había otras habitaciones disponibles. La mucama cambió las sábanas y tuve que bañarme en mitad de la noche para limpiarme y asegurarme de que no volvería a sentir picazón. Al entrar al baño, pude ver que las toallas no se veían tan blancas como las otras toallas que ofrecían los otros hoteles en los que había estado. Pero pensé que si estaban limpias, debería estar bien. Después de bañarme, me sequé con las toallas, pero apestaban y olían a moho. No tuve más remedio que usarla porque empezaría a sentir frío si llamaba a la recepción para que me dieran una nueva. Para poder descansar, la usé 😩 y luego se lo dije a la recepción. Solicité toallas nuevas al día siguiente y, menos mal, huelen a fresco. Me he alojado aquí antes, pero la experiencia fue mejor que la que acabo de vivir. La única buena experiencia que tuve en este viaje fue con el servicio de atención al cliente del personal. Son muy amables y agradables.

Reservé porque me atrajeron las aguas termales. Está cerca de la calle Burgos, así que se puede usar con un bar. Las aguas termales son al aire libre, y al menos no fueron diseñadas por un japonés. El suelo es resbaladizo. Te caerás fácilmente. Es peligroso. Los escalones que llevan a la bañera son demasiado altos. No se permite la entrada a personas mayores. Allí también te caerás. La sauna está bien, pero no hay baño frío. Tienes que ir a la piscina en bañador. Los baños solo abren a partir de las 12 del mediodía, así que no puedes darte un baño por la mañana ni antes de la salida. Hay un escalón desde mi habitación hasta el baño. Me golpeé el dedo del pie y lloré. Este hotel no es apto para borrachos ni personas mayores. ¡Cuidado al pisar!

En general, todavía estoy satisfecho con este hotel ya que la ubicación es muy estratégica, hay muchos restaurantes, bares bistró y pubs cerca en un radio de 10 minutos a pie. Solo es necesario mejorar la limpieza de la habitación, me estaba quedando en el estudio de la habitación king, pero la alfombra estaba muy sucia, el resto es aceptable.

La ubicación está muy cerca de donde mi negocio en Makati está. Restaurantes, tiendas e incluso tienda de conveniencia está justo fuera de la propiedad. Muy conveniente. El personal del hotel también es amigable.
