Hoteles con piscina en Makati

En general, está bien. Sin embargo, la piscina cierra a las 20:00 en lugar de a las 21:00, como se indica. La habitación no incluye plancha ni calzador. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso y no hay balcón. El personal es amable y atento. El depósito requerido, que es proporcional al número de noches reservadas, es decepcionante. Se puede usar para el restaurante, el bar y los servicios del hotel, y creo que ese es su propósito.

This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers. It’s located in the heart of the business district, surrounded by well-known hotels, restaurants, 24-hour convenience stores, as well as plenty of pubs and bars. The area also feels very safe. The only thing I found unusual was that every hotel had sniffer dogs at the entrance checking for explosives and *****, although I understand it’s part of the security measures.

Antiguo y viejo, pero con un interior pesado. La comodidad es buena El vestíbulo es mejor que la habitación. Vi cómo se celebraba una boda adinerada local y fue divertido ver a los invitados con trajes y vestidos, tomando té en el vestíbulo mientras se realizaba una interpretación de piano y un cóctel de manera elegante en el piso de arriba del vestíbulo.

Me enamoré de este hotel porque ¡es TAN LIMPIO! En serio, es una limpieza de 5 estrellas. Desde el estacionamiento en el sótano hasta la piscina de la azotea, todo está impecable. Me encanta. Había casi todo lo que necesitábamos en la habitación y en el baño, incluso neceseres y pañuelos faciales, algo poco común en hoteles de 3 estrellas (sinceramente, les daría 4 estrellas 🤩). Servicio… Tuvimos un problema con un camarero en el desayuno del restaurante Kaokee de abajo. Ojalá le hubieran dado más tiempo de capacitación y supervisión, porque parecía que no encajaba bien en este restaurante ni en el hotel. Si sigue trabajando así, solo habrá muchas malas críticas y clientes decepcionados. Por lo demás, todos son súper amables, atentos y acogedores. Ten en cuenta que el estacionamiento NO es gratuito. Pagamos 400 pesos por unas 24 horas. Supongo que será más caro si te quedas más tiempo. Además, si me vuelvo a alojar allí, no elegiría desayuno porque me encanta el desayuno malayo/singapurense (tostada Kaya con huevos y té con leche), pero no está incluido en la reserva. Tienen un menú aparte para los huéspedes del hotel (opciones filipinas/con un toque continental). Sin embargo, el restaurante Kaokee es uno de mis favoritos ahora en Makati. La comida es riquísima; me recuerda a nuestros viajes a Malasia y Singapur. La próxima vez pagaría el desayuno y elegiría lo que realmente me apetezca. También recomendaría su laksa y sus camarones con huevo salado, y el teh (té con leche condensada) caliente y frío; el caliente es más sabroso y delicioso que el frío. ¡Pero mi tortilla de champiñones y queso también estaba riquísima! Al igual que la longanisa de mi pareja. Hay otro restaurante donde se puede desayunar, así que consulta el menú allí. Su piscina en la azotea es bastante poco profunda, pero se sentía bien relajarse allí bajo el sol, rodeado del horizonte de Makati. Fueron nuestras vacaciones en casa y todo salió perfecto, porque nos sentimos como turistas en nuestra propia ciudad. 🤩 Gracias al personal que lo hizo posible, a pesar de algunos momentos decepcionantes en el desayuno. Espero que no vuelva a ocurrir.

The spread is varied and well executed, with a wide selection of dishes catering to different tastes, making it a satisfying start to the day rather than a perfunctory offering. A welcome drink accompanied by live music is a thoughtful touch and a genuine bonus. It creates a relaxed first impression and sets a positive tone for the stay. Above all, New World Hotel Makati delivers solid value, comfort, and a few well-judged extras that elevate the experience beyond the ordinary.

No obstante, el hotel es un huésped de Dusit Thani, pero siempre hay un problema de mantenimiento de la casa, pero responden cuando se hacen. El servicio al desayuno es delicioso y excelente.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

¡Me encantó, me encantó el personal de Seda! Todo el mundo fue muy amable y estaba más que dispuesto a hacer de su estancia en el hotel una buena experiencia. No teníamos suficientes toallas en la habitación, llamé a recepción y me lo trajeron en 5 minutos. Todos los días después de eso, se entregaban toallas limpias a diario. Mi parte favorita de mi estadía aquí fue definitivamente la vista desde el piso 35, a menudo tienen una banda o un DJ por las noches, lo que brinda un buen entretenimiento para esas noches en las que simplemente no tienes ganas de irte. ¡Definitivamente regresaría!

En general, todavía estoy satisfecho con este hotel ya que la ubicación es muy estratégica, hay muchos restaurantes, bares bistró y pubs cerca en un radio de 10 minutos a pie. Solo es necesario mejorar la limpieza de la habitación, me estaba quedando en el estudio de la habitación king, pero la alfombra estaba muy sucia, el resto es aceptable.

Situated in the heart of Makati and just a block away from Ayala Avenue, it strikes a pleasant balance between accessibility and quiet. You’re close enough to be in the middle of everything, yet tucked away from the busiest streets. Greenbelt, countless restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options are literally just a short walk away. For travelers looking to unwind after a long day, there are several massage establishments nearby, and even in-house massage services are available, making it particularly convenient for guests staying a few days or longer. The building itself is undeniably old. Not neglected, not unsafe, and certainly not dilapidated—but old in the way many well-built structures are. You can tell it has decades behind it. In fact, it feels like one of those older buildings that have simply endured better than some newer developments. If you’re expecting sleek contemporary aesthetics, this may not be your first choice. If you’re primarily interested in practicality and location, the age becomes less important. The elevator situation deserves mention. During my stay, only one elevator was operational while another was undergoing upgrades. The functioning elevator is manually operated and has a charmingly old-school character—including a ceiling fan. Surprisingly, it was more efficient than elevators in some much newer buildings I’ve visited. Guests simply contact reception when they need the elevator to stop at their floor. It sounds unusual on paper but worked smoothly in practice. The room itself was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and functional. The shower, toilet, and sink were all well-maintained with reliable water pressure and both hot and cold water available. The air-conditioning cooled the room effectively, Wi-Fi was dependable, and the television offered a respectable selection of channels. I also appreciated the practical amenities: a stove with kitchen ventilation, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and an in-room safety box. The windows face the courtyard side of the property, allowing natural daylight into the room. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my stay. If your priority is finding a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to rest while spending most of your time exploring Makati, I would happily recommend Prince Plaza II Condotel. In fact, given its location and room amenities, it could also work quite well for longer stays.
