The locations is very good and landmarks are accessible. Will book again.

A great stay indeed. We just didn’t get a chance to got with 5ft pool since we are only 4ft hahahah but overall it was a great experience

It’s very near greenbelt and few walks only to the convenience store. The room looks cleaned and they have microwave and fridge and kitchenwares. What we didn’t like and almost cannot tolerate is the strong smell specially inside the room - its a very strong ammonia like smell not sure if coming from pipe or because of the wooden floor. Bring an air spray to cover the smell a bit. The door is still the old key type which is sometimes hard to use. Only one lift if working during our stay. The staff are very good though.

Front desk guy, not flexible enough and giving black face, explain to hil that i had long flight and exhausted needed a room since i arrived earlier than expected but denied. I request for a quick shower if they could provide since i have a meeting at 0930hrs but denied, i ask for dental kit but i was told they charge 30pesos!😏 My goodness, they are only 3 star (not even 3 star) other hotel an provide FOC but every things for them was chargeable. I ask if i could leave my extra box to their concierge but they front desk guy replied “u could bring it to your room and we could bring it down once the mover arrive” what a stupid idea. When i book the room, i have stated clearly buy it seems they never bother or shall i say neglect it. Still need to call HK to ask for it Shower room too petit and i ask the HK for sleeper room but they need to charge 30pesos🤦🏼♂️ TV using cable, old way and not smart tv, sound was terrible! The cushion/bed, u could really feel the spring in your back when u lay down, so i decided to find a corner of the bed more comfortable, i really wanted to change change but i dnt like to be fuzz. Closet was dusty, hanging cloth they only offer 5 pcs of it Buffet breakfast spread, scramble egg too dry, hot dog too pale, pancake taste was blunt, they offer margarine instead of butter. It is great great location but terrible experience Will definitely will not book a room again.

To begin with, the layout of the front desk area is cold and distant. The hotel reception staff are closed off behind glass doors that isolate them from guests. The several security guards who are always on duty, and loitering in the lobby, serve as the "face" of the place. The front desk staff are coldly professional in their dealings with guests, but failed to respond to simple requests such as extra towels and such. They, ironically, showed much greater enthusiasm and helpfulness when we checked out. The location is quite nice, with the lodgings conveniently located to shopping malls and a variety of eateries. The amenities include a breakfast nook, with buffet, a small exercise room and a smallish swimming pool. Be way of that last; there is a cheap plastic drainage skirt surrounding the pool that will eat the feet of anyone careless enough to step on it, and stepping on it is all but impossible to avoid. The amenities are not effectively advertised. The room itself was of adequate size, but not terribly clean. The blanket on the bed smelled of old sweat socks. The floor is not carpeted and very slick when wet. The bathroom is tiny, with barely space for a large man to move. The water pressure, though, was wonderful. It is a three star hotel that earned only a grudging two stars from me, but I must confess that I got what I paid for. The place is cheap.

Walking distance from shopping malls and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future.
