Хочу написать отзыв об этих аппартаментах. Потому что у них нет совсем отзывов. Всего 3!! Хотя народу живёт полно. Сама квартира удобная, есть все необходимое, все электроприборы на кухне, посуда ( только не нашли нож) , большой холодильник.,Уютная, чистая. В ванной стиральная машина, полотенца только 2 больших. Для ног нет и это большой недостаток!! Выходишь чистый из душа и наступаешь на не чистый коврик при унитаза 💀 постельное белье неглаженное и сразу приходят мысли.. Оно неглаженное или мятое после предыдущего клиента (( И самый главный минус это ТАРАКАНЫ 💀💀 Если бы я знала о них, я б в жизни никогда не заброниросслс эти аппартаиенты!! Ещё непонятки с этими апартами. Называются они не как на сайте, а Air Residences. Еле их нашли с помощью сотрудника GRAB такси в аэропорту, по адресу. Потом была проблема попасть по коду в номер. Хозяйка не сказала, что сначала надо нажать на цифру 5 , разблокируется замок и только потом вводить код. Мы первый раз жили в аппртах, поэтому не в курсе были схемы. Для людей кто часто ими пользуется это было понятно. Поэтому мы уставшие с дороги 1, 5часа не могли попасть в квартиру ((

Our stay at Alpha Suites was truly enjoyable and comfortable. We booked a room that was suitable for a family, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh, well prepared, and offered a good variety of choices. There were options for both adults and kids, which made breakfast stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family. Everything was served warm and replenished regularly, showing good attention to quality and freshness. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were polite and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Alpha Suites is a great option for families looking for a comfortable stay, good amenities, and a satisfying breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other families as well.

El personal de servicio del hotel es muy profesional y el paisaje es hermoso. Si eliges una habitación más alta, también puedes ver el mar. Piscina, gimnasio y otras instalaciones están disponibles. También se ofrecen habitaciones especiales para fumadores. Asegúrese de no fumar en la habitación. La multa de 27.000 pesos es muy cara.

Dos cosas realmente, antes de empezar, he estado en dos hoteles Somerset, este y uno en Kuala Lumpur, ambos son fabulosos, la elección de apartamento que he ido por dos veces es como una segunda casa, cocina incluyendo lavavajillas y polvo, microondas, ¡Área de comedor, hermosa cama suave, ducha presiónada, casa de casa. Mis preguntas fueron al desayuno se le dijo en 09.15am que la estación de huevos estaba fuera de acción debido al hecho de que el hotel había salido de huevos! To have the audacity to suggest should’ve run to the local store to buy some was met with disbelief. The breakfast was hugely Asian, the KL hotel cated for all tastes. As an Englishman, I like eggs on toast, not too much to ask! En segundo lugar, todo el personal le saludará y le dará la bienvenida a usted con amableza, que es hermoso, pero también debe tener contenido - el segundo desayuno que me iba a las 5:00 y así se le pidió un sandwich envasado, El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, pero tiene un sentido común y algunos quieren servir al cliente.

Pasamos un rato divertido con la familia cuando nos registramos hace unos meses. Además, el hotel admite mascotas, lo que lo hace perfecto. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, especialmente Kuya Benjo. Muchas gracias al hotel Somerset por una experiencia maravillosa. Definitivamente volveremos 💖

As a resident of upmarket Makati, this is where I book family when they visit. Rockwell loosely resembles a kind of sovereign enclave within Manila, thanks to its security, excellent gym, and the Power Plant Mall just across the road—while still being moments from everything Makati has to offer.

Апартаменты неплохие. Расположение, чистота. Но уборка за отдельную плату, полотенца тоже. Плюс есть лишние расходы за карту доступа, и цена зависит от даты заселения. Очень неудобно, что для получения карты приходится ждать около часа. И непонятен порядок заселения вне работы службы, которая занимается выпуском данных карт. Депозит также приходится забирать долго и только в часы работы отдела. Лучше эти вопросы уточнять заранее.

Quite spacious hotel. And walking distance to greenbelt, glorietta and sm makati. Hope next time give 2 keys because a bit troublesome I need to wake up my husband to help me lock the door or need both of us together go out. But overall stay is very good. Very comfortable to stay.

on my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .
